There is no traffic noise or street disturbance, which makes a real difference when you are traveling for work and need to rest. The staff are excellent. They are friendly and professional, but what stands out is that they actually remember my preferences from my previous stay. Those small touches go a long way when you are there for an extended period. I also appreciate the pillow menu. I personally cannot sleep without a memory foam pillow, so having that option is a real plus. They also have a robot delivery service for food and parcels. It sounds like a small thing, but it is surprisingly convenient and adds a nice modern touch. The view from the room is beautiful, and breakfast is another highlight.
