J'ai vu beaucoup de critiques négatives avant de m'enregistrer, et cette fois, je me suis enregistré pendant la haute saison, comme les vacances du 1er mai, donc mes attentes prédéfinies avant l'enregistrement n'étaient pas élevées. Cependant, après une expérience personnelle, je pense personnellement que le lac Banyan Tree Songshan est assez bon et qu'il répond globalement aux normes de Banyan Tree. Côté service, la femme de ménage me contactera la veille du check-in. Après avoir ajouté WeChat, je peux communiquer divers besoins pendant le séjour. Le personnel de l'hôtel que vous rencontrerez pendant votre séjour accueillera les clients de manière proactive et aura une attitude cordiale et amicale. Il n'est vraiment pas facile de maintenir un tel niveau de service pendant les vacances du 1er mai. Je voudrais exprimer mes remerciements particuliers au service des relations clients BELEN pour son service de majordome professionnel, enthousiaste et attentionné, et remercier également Wu Yun du bar du hall pour son service attentionné et méticuleux. Votre excellent service est ce dont je suis le plus satisfait pendant mon séjour. L'inconvénient est que l'hôtel n'est pas grand et que certaines zones sont encore en construction. La pièce a un nouveau style chinois. Le design est tout à fait satisfaisant sans grande avancée. Le matériel est d'une nouvelle marque et haut de gamme. Il n'y a plus beaucoup d'odeur de décoration. Cependant, plusieurs plantes en pot placées sur le balcon sont jaunies et doivent être remplacées par l'hôtel à temps. Dans l'ensemble, le lac Banyan Tree Songshan a encore besoin d'être amélioré, mais il vaut toujours la peine d'être recommandé. Il y a diverses plaintes sur Internet. Après tout, le tarif de base de l'hôtel est proche du niveau des hôtels de luxe haut de gamme. Les clients évalueront certainement divers détails avec des normes plus élevées. The location of this hotel is superb. It is only a short walking distance away from the Metro station. Within walking distance are several restaurants which serve excellent meals at reasonable prices. Opposite the hotel is a fresh fruits & vegetables market which is worth visiting. The front office staff are very helpful and will go all out to assist you. They gave useful advice on places to visit and good restaurants to go for meals.

I had an amazing stay at Ji hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Songsan area. The environment is exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made the entire stay feel comfortable and relaxing. The room was very spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing plenty of comfort and space to relax after a long day. Everything felt new and well organized, which added to the overall premium experience. One of the best things about this hotel is its excellent location. It is very convenient to travel anywhere in the city, with many attractions easily accessible nearby. There is also a large shopping mall directly beside the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment without needing to travel far. The traffic at this area quite heavy and a lots of cars sound their horn that could be disturbing, however I didn’t experience the noise pollution after late night hence it is acceptable to me. Their breakfast start from 7am-10am and plenty of choices even though only Chinese style is served. Hopefully their coffee machine is working in the future, as an overseas traveller, coffee is part of our basic need. One thing I wish to special highlight is about the free laundry, you can view the available machine slots from your room (open the TV and you can see the info). Super convenient! You don’t have to walk all the way to the laundry area to check by yourself. I would definitely give this hotel a full 5-star rating and look forward to staying here again in the future.

As per usual, the location is amazing and the rebranding and new staff are great. Still loving both pools and the beds are like clouds. The restaurant continues with its buffet style breakfasts in the best possible way, and I'd argue that other hotels can certainly learn from this Dongguan branch's example. Thanks again!
