Hôtel spa à Dongguan

La végétation luxuriante qui s'offrait à mes yeux était un vrai régal pour les yeux. Le matelas offrait un excellent soutien, si bien que je ne dérangeais pas mon voisin lorsque je me retournais. La douche diffusait un jet doux et agréable. Le personnel de la réception était efficace et sincère, contribuant grandement à la réussite de ce séjour.

The Service was exceptional, staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Everything was delivered and acted upon very fast. The room was immaculate, they do an evening turn down to prepare for sleep and light an incense stick and essential oil that changes every day, the amenities inside the room are of very good quality baccarat glass wear and Dyson hair dryer etc, rooms are spacious with enough seating area and make up stations in the big walk in wardrobe area. The outdoor area is very comfortable and the bath is wonderful in an evening. The spa is a must visit very well educated and trained staff that tailor the experience just for you. The restaurants serve excellent variety and quality food. It is a must return hotel after you visit once you will definitely want to come back

設施：入住當晚，浴缸的水是冷的，洗澡水是熱的，反饋到前台第二天才解決，空調我設定23℃，第二天起來顯示温度18℃，太冷，反饋給前台至入住結束均未解決 服務：入住當晚我的卡權限衹有一晚，第二天回來刷不進房間又返回前台重新刷 環境：如果是第一次入住，因為樓層有兩條道，最好是先熟記方向，因為樓層裏面沒有標識牌告訴你電梯在哪裡，得自己摸索 説實話，我基本都是好評，但是唯獨這一次感覺真的很一般

Je suis venu ici le 1er mai et je n'ai pas choisi les lieux touristiques très fréquentés, je voulais essayer un hôtel thermal. Je l'ai choisi quand j'ai vu que l'hôtel disposait également d'une aire de jeux pour enfants. Shenzhen n'est pas loin et il n'y a pas eu d'embouteillage le premier jour des vacances. Vous ne pouvez vous enregistrer à l'hôtel qu'après 15 heures, c'était donc juste après 15 heures. J'ai choisi une chambre dans le bâtiment principal. Il ne faut que deux ou trois minutes à pied pour se rendre à la source chaude♨️ et se baigner dans la piscine. Vous pouvez également prendre la petite voiture à batterie qui y est connectée, ce qui est également pratique. J’ai vu que le bâtiment principal dispose également d’une piscine chauffée, mais je n’ai pas eu le temps d’y jeter un œil. Environnement # La chambre est assez grande. J'ai choisi celle avec baignoire et balcon, et il y a des fruits de bienvenue. C'est très attentionné. Il y a quelques boissons dans le réfrigérateur et un petit café, mais je ne l'utilise tout simplement pas. L'insonorisation est médiocre et le bruit des passants n'est pas audible. J'ai déposé mes bagages tôt le lendemain. Quand j'ai vu la chambre d'amis, j'ai demandé si j'avais quitté la chambre. On m'a dit qu'il y avait des gens dans la chambre qui n'avaient pas encore quitté la chambre, mais ils ont frappé à la porte après. quelque temps. Comme il n'est pas encore midi, c'est un peu étrange. #spa La piscine thermale se trouve au même endroit que le parc aquatique pour enfants, et il y a aussi une grande piscine. Il y a beaucoup de monde, mais vous pouvez aussi choisir un endroit pour vous détendre, grand et petit, et il y a un comptoir de service qui fournit de l'eau tiède, du thé au gingembre et des serviettes~ #petit-déjeuner Il y avait effectivement une file d'attente à neuf heures pour le petit-déjeuner buffet du lendemain. Il y a peut-être trop de monde, mais le restaurant est assez grand. Le type de petit-déjeuner est correct, la soupe de nouilles fraîchement préparée n'est pas mauvaise, mais il faut faire la queue un moment😂 L'aire de jeux pour enfants de l'hôtel est assez grande. Des billets sont nécessaires, 178 pour un grand et un petit. Adapté à la sortie ~ Il y a aussi une aire de repos pour les parents + surveillance. Dans l'ensemble, c'est pas mal~ C'est adapté pour des petites vacances en famille.

Le personnel de la famille a été accueilli avec satisfaction. Le buffet de dîner était vraiment étonnant. Je ne suis pas un amoureux de déssert mais tous les désserts comme les gâteaus et les puddings étaient délicieux! La chambre des enfants était spacieuse ! La piscine extérieure est à l'abri de la piscine extérieure, à 1 m 50cm et à 70cm. Durant les vacances d'été, si la piscine extérieure a la même profondeur que la piscine intérieure, plus d'invités seront en mesure de nager!

The hotel provides a wide range of amenities that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I especially appreciated the daily housekeeping service, which kept the room clean and fresh throughout my visit. The room itself was quite spacious, even though I booked one of the more budget-friendly options, which was a pleasant surprise. One area that could be improved is the lighting control in the room. There is no central switch to dim or turn off the lights, so I had to walk around the room to switch off different lights before going to sleep. Additionally, the bathroom layout separates the toilet from the shower area, requiring a few steps to move between them. The hotel provides clothes washing services but it’s chargeable and the price is on high side. One piece of normal ladies pant cost RMB50, male pant cost RMB45. If you give the clothes the housekeeping staff before 11am, they will send the clothes back to your room within the same day. Pullman Hotel also offers several in-house dining options, including Chinese and Japanese-style restaurants within the premises, which made dining very convenient. If you order food delivery , they have the robot machine to send your food to the room, just make sure you indicated the room number clearly. The lift required a room card to access hence the dispatcher will not be able to send the food to your room. Hotel staff is helpful, I requested them to collect the parcel on my behalf from the locker located at basement and they acting it very fast. Keeping them for me even though the check in date was a week later. Overall, it was still a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Pullma.

Hyatt Regency Hotel is located in the heart of Song Shan Lake district of Dingguan, a fast developing techno hub that still remains surprisingly green. The hotel has a decent indoor pool (outdoor pool is closed during winter months ), spa, sauna and a restaurant that offers lavish buffet lunches and dinners. It was noting first time to stay, and I will be back. Perfect for a short staycation, a self-care retreat and whatever leave you have in mind. Walking distance from restaurants, shops, a mall.

Bien que ce soit peu vieux, mais ils sont coopérants, toutes les équipements que j'ai trouvé la chambre.  Bien.
