Visit Date: November 30 - December 2 2025 __ Service: - The hotel owner himself picked me up and dropped me off at the local Hengshan West high speed rail station. - The owner was very friendly and invited me to try some extremely high end tea. As I was a solo traveller, he also invited me to eat with him - trying some local dishes and sharing a few beers after. - The owner offered to do a guided tour of some local attractions. - The service is very personalised as there are only 12 rooms, with the owner himself personally serving guests and explaining the history of the local area. __ Property: - The construction is extremely high quality, with Tang-style aesthetic in the rooms, but a modern, western style common area and cafe. Having visited many boutique hotels in more remote areas, emphasis must be placed on the materials, polish and finish - giving a very sleek feel. - There is a good balance of water features, with a fishpond where you can feed fish. - The valley facing rooms have very good framing of the scenery including river and mountains in differing depth peripherals. - The layout, location and surrounding mountainside adds a strong sense of privacy compared to the city. __ Room: - The rooms have high-end Toto bidet toilets. - Rooms are very clean. - The front-desk has different scented candles that can be used in your room. - The furniture and amenities within the room are all brand new and at or above the standard as every 5-star city hotel. __ Food: - The owner kindly covered all 3 meals, of which lunch and dinner were more local, as I was joined by the owner and some staff. All meals are a-la-carte made to order by an in-house chef. - The beef rice noodles with soup was an exceptional breakfast, especially for me who cannot eat very spicy food. (The local cuisine is generally very spicy preference.) - You can pick fresh oranges in the orchard immediately adjacent to the hotel. __ Local Area: - The local area is not as popular for tourism as compared to places like the nearby Zhangjiajie Avatar Mountains. Many attractions are mainly Buddhism related such as temples or a purported 1000 year old Gingko Tree. - The local Mount Heng can be hiked in under 4 hours. - The local city is small and the hotel location is somewhat far from the city centre. __ Overall this hotel provides a very tranquil environment to meditate and destress over tea, while looking at beautiful scenery. For the price point given, it offers a much better value compared to attempting to get the same conditions in the more popular, crowded scenic areas nearby. If visiting the local city or adjacent Hengyang, this hotel is by far the most unique experience, as almost all other high end hotels are just the high-rise business hotel type.

地理位置：屬於離衡山遊客中心比較近又相對好的酒店。酒店走到遊客中心最近的路 衹需要 12 分鐘。還能選擇從南嶽大廟進去祈福後，來到南嶽大廟的後門，就正對着遊客中心。 設施：常規設施該有的都有。不挑剔的人都覺得沒啥問題。 衞生：乾淨衞生。 服務：前台人員熱情。入住時主動幫我提登山包。離開時，提醒我可以到茶室坐坐休息，主動給我袋子裝濕鞋子。 衡山西站高鐵接送站服務（非專車）: 很好很實用。商務車的椅子還帶有按摩功能。司機能解答各種當地旅遊的問題。 養生夜宵:雖然沒去吃，但是上下電梯時看到去吃的人不少。 吐槽一個：2 樓自助早餐廳的位置離電梯有點遠，且餐廳空調出風不均勻，好幾個位置處沒風。

給這家民宿點100個贊，春節期間不漲價，房源實拍所見即所得，這個價格真的太良心了，步行至大廟才5分鐘不到，附近的民宿真的全都在漲價，但是他家沒有。老闆一家人特別熱心，爺爺奶奶超級親切，晚上回來很熱心的問我們喝不喝茶吃過飯了嗎？走的之後還送水果和特產給我們。再來依然選擇他家。房間很乾凈，又大，300塊不到在大廟附近還是春節期間真的太良心了。

Shuixieshanshe Homestay is a relatively new lodging started by a young couple. The room we stayed in was clean and bright. The room's temperature can be adjusted accordingly, and there is a warm shower that is strong even when 3-4 people use it consecutively. The lodging is value for money and the young couple managing it goes out of the way to make the place homely and comfortable for the guests. The owner provides complimentary pick-up and drop-off at the Hengshan West Railway station. My elderly mom was ill during the trip and the owner went out of the way to send us to the TCM clinic. We extended our stay for another day due to the kindness and courtesy of the owners. Shuixieshanshe Homestay is within 5 minutes of walking distance to the Grand Temple of Mount Heng ( Nányuè Dàmiào) which makes it an excellent base from which to explore Mount Heng (衡山)

Je vais bien dire que vous avez posé un problème à l'hôtel. Je ne sais pas qu'il y a un lit de cinq mètres. La sœur de la réception m'a changé un lit de huit mètres. Mais il est possible que cela ne soit pas mieux. C'est vraiment super, je suis vraiment un hôtel de jardin sélectionné, je pensais être calme, et j'ai déménagé une rue qui s'oppose. Je suis étonnée de revoir le concert après avoir vu un bouton d'oreille. Environnement: la voiture ne dorme pas bien, la fenêtre n'est pas super séparée. Une voix de l'hôtel peut également entendre le bruit de l'autre côté. Hygiène: Il est fortement recommandé que l'hôtel utilise un peu de champagne. Ce type d'hôtels est utilisé pour les bébés, et que le lit soit nettoyé par le couvercle, le goût indoor est intact, et le bouton est toujours vieux. Les chambres de la saison de la pluie de Mei sont en passe de la saison. Deux jours, je suis décidé de rentrer.

The hotel is great! The location is very close to the temple and also to the mountain! The staff are fantastic! They are very friendly and helpful! They can pick you up and drop you off from the railway station and the bus station! I had to change my travel plans last minute, and they helped me change the drop off time and location! The room is very clean and the amenities are great! The roof has a lovely terrace with a great view of the mountains! The food at the hotel is also great! I ate all of my meals at the hotel, and everything was delicious! If I ever return to hike the mountain, I will definitely stay here!

L'expérience globale est super pleine! Très proche de la gare de chemin de fer haute, la position est particulièrement pratique, le bas est la place Wanda, et il y a beaucoup de boissons autour de lui. La chambre est propre et propre et sans odeur, les lits sont doux et confortables et dorment particulièrement stable. Les produits de bain sont entièrement hygiéniques. Le logement est très pratique, le service de la direction est enthousiaste et attentif, et le rythme de départ est très rapide. Le rapport coût-efficacité est super élevé, la prochaine fois que vous choisissez cette maison, il a été recommandé à vos amis, c'est vraiment recommandé à cinq étoiles!

Le patron est très sympa ! En plus du service de prise en charge inclus lors de l'enregistrement, ils nous ont également emmenés à la gare TGV à notre départ ! L'environnement d'hébergement est également très propre et sanitaire. Il se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à pied du temple Nanyue, très pratique ! Le patron savait que c'était notre première fois là-bas et que nous n'avions aucune idée de comment fonctionner, alors il a pris l'initiative de nous emmener dans le temple pour adorer et nous expliquer les choses ! Je leur en suis vraiment reconnaissant à 10% !

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, outdoor sitting were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, she was very helpful and polite.

L'environnement est particulièrement bon ici. La réception de la sœur de la réception est très attentive. Il est très proche de la ville universitaire. La santé est très propre. Les installations de film sont très confortables. Très adaptées à la visite de la famille !
