Although the hotel reservation replied that they will look into special request in the e-mail during booking. The first thing counter staff emphasis that they do not entertain special request. Breakfast is value for money. Room assigned is very small for four persons.

Positives: - Perfect family resort with tons of activities for children to enjoy. Can spend the whole day just taking part in activities - breakfast is fantastic, in terms of taste and variety, especially the usage of local hsinchu food - Room big, comfortable and with nice decor - international power socket - baby shampoo, soap and lotion provided - eco friendly (toilet amenities such as tooth brush, paste) only provided upon request - indoor swimming pool - sauna Negatives - location not the best (next to a lake but not near the city centre or other amenities. Only a convenience store at the outside of the hotel) - sound insulation not perfect. Maybe just my room. Room facing the road, can hear the sound of traffic.

離開時女友上洗手間忘記拿房卡，下樓後門已鎖，進不去。跟櫃檯反應說明原委，早班櫃檯小姐還跟我強調要拿房卡下來，否則要加收工本費，我解釋第三遍，櫃檯翻白眼直接轉身離開，在現場等了五分鐘，後車排隊三輛。我就是沒房卡進不去，如果很麻煩我們也願意直接繳交房卡工本費。直接翻白眼甩頭就走真是無法忍受。

For the price, this place was very disappointing. First surprise was when checking in, you're told that you have to hand your keys in whenever you leave. I asked why, and they said they don't want people copying the keys, but it certainly doesn't make me feel my stuff is safe when I don't have the key. Why they couldn't use a key card system like every other hotel, I don't know, but they wouldn't have that problem if they did. In any case, the locks are terrible. Like the kind for locking a bathroom door, it'd probably open if you rattled hard enough! The room itself clearly hasn't been redecorated in years, and looks tatty and everything is old and outdated. Worryingly, clearly there's a water leak from the bathroom and the corner of the wall on the bedroom side showed obvious water damage and looked damp. I think the room had been cleaned well enough but everything was so old, I didn't really want to touch anything. There was no quilt cover, just a sheet under it, so who knows how dirty that might have been. Likewise, there was a water cooler in the room rather than supplying bottled water, but I didn't feel confident trying it and bought bottled water from the shop instead. I think they'd tried to make an effort to make the rooms colourful. That was a focus of the room pictures and also they have photos of different room styles downstairs in the breakfast room too, but it just looks a bit weird. In my room, it looks like they found a random outdoors picture on the internet and copy pasted some random English text over the top. So, there's a full wall sized advert for a foreign internet company. It just looks tacky on a bedroom wall! The shower is over a bath, which is pointless as the bath is about 1m long and so nobody would fit in it comfortably anyway. Of course, there's no shower curtain so everything in the wet room gets soaked when you have a shower. Also, there's a sign by the toilet paper dispenser telling you not to put paper in the toilet, so I put my dirty paper in the bin provided. Was quite shocked that they don't clean the room daily as it wasn't a pleasant smell a day later. The breakfast was very basic Chinese style. I've enjoyed the Chinese breakfast in every other hotel I've stayed here, but here it's basically only rice, tofu and pickled vegetables. The location is good though. Close to the train station, and so near to all the sights as well.

La chambre et la salle de bains étaient très spacieuses, mais la propriété est clairement datée et se sent comme un regard de luxe passé. Un désavantage majeur est le manque de débits de courant près du lit, qui est inconvenant pour les dispositifs de charge. En général, un séjour confortable si vous n'êtes pas trop inquiets pour les équipements modernes.

第四次入住 設備年代感較明顯 但地理位置優越是不爭的事實 附近吃喝玩樂都有 可在下午3點半入住 較一般汽旅方便 傍晚外出時告知櫃檯人員房間的蓮蓬頭有點狀況 櫃檯人員有確認是否允許工作人員 在我不在房內時進去處理 這個詢問相當貼心 晚上回房間時已更換成新的蓮蓬頭 浴室的門是電動門 按鍵並不是很精準 浴室內牆上的電視控制按鍵故障 無法調整音量與選台 早餐選擇多樣 送餐也準時 下次若再來新竹辦事 還是會選擇入住 但若是有攜伴 可能會選擇設備更好的住宿選項

Very nice hotel, old but gold. 😍 the staffs are very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is great. Near mrt station and other tourist attraction. We will definitely check in again in this hotel soon. 🤗

L'espace de la pièce est très exquis. Le couloir de la chambre quadruple est juste assez grand pour passer. Gel douche et shampoing rechargeables, Il y a aussi un nettoyant pour le visage rechargeable à côté de l'évier ! Est-il pratique d'avoir un distributeur d'eau séparé dans la pièce ? Le parking coopératif payant prend le passage du parking moto ! Il y a des traces de brûlures de cigarettes à de nombreux endroits de la pièce, mais il n'y a pas d'odeur de cigarette, ce qui est encourageant ! Mais le lendemain, j'ai vu Xiaoqiang grimper sur la coiffeuse, ce qui faisait un peu peur. Le petit déjeuner chinois et occidental est très copieux !

We enjoyed our stay at the motel, the room was clean and the staff was friendly. We loved our room ,it looked exactly like what we saw in the pictures. Would I book again? Yes 😊😊 , Would I recommend it to friends ,yes I would . Thanks for your hospitality.
