Food is excellent, they offered a 300NTD voucher x2 during my stay.
the first room wasn't ideal as the room has smoke smell and I requested to change room which they offered and it was great.
Room has good sound proofing windows
second room I stayed at #2003 is near lift has updated modern look.
they have morning shuttle to science park 8am, 8.30am, 9am which is great.
they have evening shuttle to Big City mall which is also a ++
otherwise would have to spend 250 NTD for taxi which is expensive.

Pros: Petit déjeuner est parfait, très bonne combinaison de l'ouest et *********. La situation est parfaite si vous visitez l'Université de Jiao Tong et l'Université de Tsinghua. Seuls quelques arrêts de bus. Très authentiques restaurants locaux autour. Les employés sont prêts à aider. La soda est gratuite dans le réfrigérateur, le gym digne. Bon balcon dans certaines chambres.
Cons: Mon salle était propre mais la tête de douche était laissée, bien que je puisse la réparer moi-même, il a fait de la salle de bain un chaos. Le bidet électronique qui vous nettoie mais ne vous séche pas ... Les bains publics peuvent être un bon endroit pour se détendre, mais il ne peut que s'ouvrir 4-10pm, ce qui n'est pas amiable pour les voyageurs qui restent seulement pour la nuit.

Stayed one night. As it’s a pretty new hotel, the hotel room amenities are very new. We checked in late. Although it’s self check in, the staff is very helpful and very obliging. The room has got shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Personally, I quite fussy but I like their products. They also provide toothbrushes and toothpastes etc. They give 2 bottles of drinking water. They gave humidifier in each room. There is bath tub and standing shower. The hotel is located in the industry area but they are quite near to Hsinchu HSR. If I would travel to Hsinchu, I will stay again.

Clean room. They got machine to do self check in and check out. Parking space was available in the basement level. Location wise is not too far from central area if you drive, but have to walk very far. Breakfast was nice. They will also give you voucher to redeem cake or drink. Recommended.

Très proche de la gare et du terminal de bus à pied. La chambre est petite. La douche n'est pas séparée du toilette. La toilette est petite, il est préférable de rester à pied si vous êtes homme. Le petit déjeuner est inventé mais très simple et presque pas de protéine.

LLEE CHUN YANGWe were unaware of a policy until we arrive at the motel and it is inconvenient for stay more than a night. This policy was not flagged on the booking platform. Staying for 3 nights mean we are to check in from 6pm and check out next day 12 noon, return 6pm to check in and check out again next noon, total 3 times.
A service fee (for the 6 hours 12noon to 6pm) is charged in order to keep the room thru the day for the 3 night stay avoiding the daily check in and out. This said to applies for 2pax room and is addition to the booking paid on the booking platform.
We picked this motel for convenience of parking and walk up to the room. Everything was good in the room apart the narrow stairway carrying our luggage and the floor better off wearing a slippers. Breakfast is ok with a small spread of buffet and few additional items you can order from the kitchen.

IInvitéMy first stay at the Lakeshore Hotel was in the early 2000s.Since then, the rooms have been updated but the service is still first rate. I needed help with getting my high speed train ticket issued and the person at the front counter offered to go with me to the convenience store to help.
The bathroom has a Japanese toilet accessory and a bathtub shower so you can soak a bit if it's been a hot day in Hsinchu.
A large mall is located 5 minutes away and there are several convenience stores on the same block so there are plenty of eating options.

FFreelaxBooked at about 10pm. Staff are friendly and patient. The hotel is quite old. The room is quite big. As they only left with 2 queen size beds and within our budget so we just grabbed for a night stay. The room is not very well lighted. They have a balcony and there is a stationary bike. They provide toiletries and they have separate shower and bathtub. The hotel is just opposite the police station so it’s super safe. Nearby hotel has got 2 temples. There is a KTV and convenience stores too. But we note that not many shops are opened even at around 9am.
