Très satisfait, le sommeil est spécial de champagne, les installations de l'hôtel sont complètes, l'espace de la chambre est très grand et très confortable, une vue large et lumineuse est bonne, la nettoyage est particulièrement propre, le lit est particulièrement confortable, la télévision est également très nouvelle, il y a un grand canapé, très confortable, le service de la réception est très bon, Recommandation Facilités : Nouveau hôtel 2 ou 3 ans Santé: OK, un peu de noir sur le bord du bain. J'aurais voulu essayer pour le prix de leur magasin. Cela a abouti à une surprise inattendue. L'hygiène générale de la chambre est très propre, le lit est confortable, l'équipement est très complet, chérie, viens choisir cette maison ultérieurement.

La qualité des vacances en ligne est choisie par IHG. La chambre est propre et propre, la disposition est raisonnable, les lits sont doux et confortables, l'effet d'isolement est bon, le sommeil est bon. Le service de la réception est enthousiaste et efficace, le traitement de l'hébergement est rapide et il y a une réponse rapide aux problèmes. La situation est excellente, le transport est confortable et le milieu mange et boit tout. Les installations sont maintenues, le Wi-Fi est stable à grande vitesse, la garde à sec est bien utilisée, l'interface de chargement est suffisante. Excellent rapport coût-efficacité, le commerce ou le voyage sont appropriés, la prochaine fois, vous pouvez choisir ici, fortement recommandé!

Je suis heureux d'entrer dans le salon, je me sens très luxueux, le service de la réception est très bon, le séjour est très rapide, j'ai également reçu les fruits de bienvenue, et un petit cadeau, je suis entrée dans la chambre, je me sens très propre, le lit est sans chaussures, la salle de bain est très propre, les fournitures à usage unique sont également très complètes, L'hôtel a un parking gratuit, le parking est super grand, le voyage est également très pratique, il y a une rue de petit déjeuner à la porte, il y a aussi beaucoup de magasins de fromage à vendre, très pratique, vous pouvez demander à la réception de monter et de prêter des choses rapidement, l'attitude de service est particulièrement bonne, les tantes sont très polies, le deuxième étage peut manger un petit déjeuner riche, Il y a beaucoup de goûts. J'aime manger son petit gâteau, il y a un petit gâteau en bas, je peux jouer à des milliers de gâteaus. En outre, je dois payer en particulier que je demande de me livrer deux choses. Je vais rapidement résorber les ongles, il y a aussi un désinfectant, donc je me félicite (o^^o)

A very comfortable hotel with a relaxing hot spring. The room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a balcony with a beautiful lake view and a large bathtub. Breakfast was decent, offering a wide variety of food. The hotel’s lakeside park was peaceful and perfect for romantic walks or jogging. The hot spring was enjoyable, though only three pools were open (the others were closed for maintenance). However, the spa massage was disappointing, overpriced and low quality. I would avoid it.

Il est très propre et tout est nouveau dans l'hôtel. Le service était professionnel et j'ai reçu un cadeau pour le Festival de l'automne. Merci pour le bon temps.

GreenTree Inn, Jurong (Jiangsu Province) is an oldie but a goody! I stayed there for 5 nights in late August/early September (2025). At first glance I was a bit dubious, but it turned out to be a really great place to stay. I felt very safe there and in the neighbourhood (day and night) and would stay there again. Excellent customer service ..… the Reception and cleaning staff were all really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The first room I was allocated smelt of cigarette smoke (no thank you!), but I was immediately moved into a nicer smelling room, which was absolutely spotless, quite large, and had a nice new smart tv, air con, an opening window with a flyscreen and security bars (essential for a ground floor room), nice solid furniture, pure white linen (impressively imprinted with “GreenTree Inn”) and a clean, comfy doona and pillows. A standard hard’ish Chinese bed, but I find them quite comfy. The old carpet runner along the length of the long ground floor hallway (where my room was) is a relic from way back when, but it was clean and well maintained, as was the rest of the hotel that I could see. The shower head needed fixing, but that’s an annoyingly common problem in pretty much every budget ＞ mid range hotel I’ve ever stayed in, in China. The hotel is only about 20 metres from Jurong Chongming Subway Station. Local bus stop almost at the front door (& across the road). The entrance to the old cobbled road (no cars allowed) & all its little shops is across the road at the lights, and a large pharmacy at the entrance (near the “archway”). Electric scooters galore to hire (via the AliPay or WeChat apps) outside the subway. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance once you get past the trades shops (plumbing supplies etc). My only gripe about GreenTree Inn Jurong (& this is a gripe I have for many hotels etc throughout China) is that smoking is allowed on the premises. I think it’s the worst it’s been since 2002 when I first started travelling to China. It’s awful walking into foyers and lifts that reek of cigarette smoke, and copping wafts of the smoke along hallways from smokers in their rooms (& ashtrays at lift entrances), and horrible arriving tired after a long flight and long trek from airports etc, only to discover you then have to request a room change to escape the smoke, and start all over again. No matter how accommodating the staff are, I could easily do without that hassle and the horrible smell. In my opinion, hotels etc in China need to up their game where that’s concerned, and follow the lead of the many countries which have banned cigarette smoking in all public buildings (including hotels), all public indoor and outdoor spaces, anywhere near children and shopping centres, on and near public transport etc etc etc.

It was a nice stay and splendid staff service. Receptionist woke up in the middle of night for me to help open the doors.
