Hôtels à Shangri-La avec parking

Sur la route, non loin de Bendiwan, alors que je prenais des photos, mon téléphone est tombé d'une falaise. Une fois arrivé à la maison d'hôtes, j'ai expliqué la situation au propriétaire. Sans la moindre hésitation, il m'a accompagné à la recherche de mon téléphone. Nous avons parcouru la zone de haut en bas à deux reprises et, grâce à l'aide d'autres villageois, nous avons finalement retrouvé l'appareil. Cette recherche nous a pris plus de deux bonnes heures. La petite cour de la maison d'hôtes est aussi très agréable. Elle est parsemée de fleurs, avec des poiriers et des pommiers à l'entrée, et un adorable petit chat câlin. La chambre dispose d'un balcon avec une vue directe sur la Montagne enneigée du Dragon de Jade. Je donne cinq étoiles aux propriétaires pour leur incroyable aide et leur gentillesse.

Le propriétaire de la maison d'hôtes était incroyablement attentionné, nous expliquant en détail la météo locale et nous conseillant sur les vêtements et les aliments à consommer. Dès notre arrivée, il nous a offert un thé préparé par ses soins pour prévenir le mal d'altitude. La maison d'hôtes était équipée d'un humidificateur et d'un concentrateur d'oxygène, ce qui nous a permis de passer une nuit très paisible, et les chambres étaient très spacieuses. De plus, la maison d'hôtes était idéalement située, à quelques minutes à pied de nombreux sites d'intérêt.

C'est une nouvelle réservation, haha. Pour faire suite à mon précédent message, outre le calme des chambres, le généreux thé de l'après-midi et l'absence de toute pression commerciale pour les souvenirs ou les activités touristiques, le propriétaire est très à l'écoute des suggestions de voyage des clients. J'ai pris des photos du jardin, impressionnée par le souci du détail, même dans les endroits les moins fréquentés par les touristes. La buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge offre un confort appréciable. Voici quelques clichés pris avant mon départ ; je ne suis pas montée sur le toit-terrasse pour prendre d'autres photos, mais j'ai hâte de découvrir les autres surprises que réserve son aménagement lors de ma prochaine visite.

Staying here really shaped our time at Shangri-la - may have enjoyed our time here as the highlight! It was perfect to relax here at the end of our Yunnan trip, away from the bustle of the ancient town. In April, the grass of Napa Hai was a bit dry with the ”lake” area being diminished, so it wasn't as pristine and picturesque as seen in some photos. I did love the expanse of the clouds in the sky though. Also, to get to nicer and more scenic spots, that required calling a Didi (which didn't take long, in spite of this place being more remote) - just something to note. When coming back from the ancient city, it does take longer (and the roads are quite dark at night), but we didn't have any problems getting back. Our favorite part was all the super friendly animals roaming around - ”Ke le” (Coke) and ”Ka fe” (Coffee) the two samoyed dogs, ”Duo duo” and ”Dou dou” the two cats. Each time, they came to greet us. On one night, Duo duo the cat followed us into our room upstairs and started taking a nap; on the second night, Ke le, the large white samoyed, came into our room and started relaxing there, happily drooling and panting all the while. During one of the mornings, we had breakfast, and both (especially Ke le) were also clustered around us. On one of the days where we were heading out, Ke le even walked all the way with us to the street entrance where we called a taxi. (Apparently Ke le often accompanies and sends guests off.) Breakfast was the familiar mi xian noodles, with some pickled vegetables available. We enjoyed the pets around us as we ate. The accommodations were also super modern and very fancy, one of the best renovated stays I've experienced. They even had a machine that would increase the oxygen flow in the evenings, an air purifier, and floor heating - the whole floor got very warm. Very comfortable beds. The shower and toilet are in separate rooms, with the sink in the middle - slightly inconvenient to change in the shower, but not a big problem. The staff was super helpful too! They came to pick us up from the train station upon arrival, and even sent us back when we were leaving around 6:30am (thanks to him for waking up so early to help us, even before the sun had risen)! It's about 10-15min away from the train station, very convenient. When we arrived, there was even a complimentary afternoon tea and snacks option, which they delivered to our room. There's also a rack of Tibetan-esque clothing you can borrow, though we opted to try some other clothes in the ancient city. It was hard to leave after the affection of the animals and how relaxing it was - wish we could've stayed longer!

Le personnel est sympa, l'accueil chaleureux et l'hospitalité pour faciliter le trajet entre la gare et l'hôtel, y compris un trajet en voiture jusqu'au temple 🥰 comme ils sont formidables ! De plus, l'hôtel est super, avec une vue panoramique magnifique devant la chambre….je l'adore 💗

The owner was kind enough to lift my heavy luggage as per request. The room was on the 3rd floor with this amazing view. Clean and spacious room. Intelligent toilet. Newly equipped amenities. Hotel is Easy to find. In the middle of the city where it is easy to find food 2 minutes walk to the main attraction Guishan park. Unfortunately I was unwell I needed a room with traditional heater with hot air blowing in my face. otherwise I would stay longer. This hotel has a floor-heated system which is quite common in Shangri-La.

Our stay here was the highlight of our trip, defined by breathtaking views, modern luxury, and unparalleled hospitality. The hotel is perfectly situated away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist crowds. It offers a peaceful sanctuary overlooking the stunning Napa Lake, with majestic mountains framing the distance. Waking up to such a quiet, picturesque landscape was incredibly rejuvenating. That said, be mindful that this would come with a trade off in terms of convenience. The room itself was exceptional, blending modern amenities with high-end comforts. We were especially impressed by the features designed for the high-altitude environment: • High-Tech Comfort: The room included oxygen control and a humidifier, which made a massive difference in our comfort. • Entertainment & Relaxation: We loved the large projector and screen for cozy movie nights, and the deep soaking bathtub was perfect for unwinding. Exceptional Hospitality & Care What truly sets this place apart is the genuine care provided by the owner and the staff: • Warm Welcome: The owner personally fetched us on our first day, surprised us with a room upgrade, and even pre-heated the room before we arrived. • Safety & Service: He provided an oxygen canister for emergencies, giving us total peace of mind. The friendly caretaker from Dali was also wonderful, preparing delicious meals and ensuring we were well-looked after. • Local Experiences: The owner gave us expert travel tips and drove us to Pudacuo National Park at a very reasonable rate. The highlight was being invited to his thome to share Suyou (butter) tea, local bread with cheese and wild honey with his family. This was a raw experience that we found very meaningful While our stay was fantastic, there were a couple of minor maintenance points that would make the stay better: • Housekeeping: Some of the toiletries were not replenished during our two-night stay. • Bathroom Maintenance: The shower head was not fixed very securely, and there was some visible limescale. We understand this might be due to the current season and lower occupancy, but a quick fix would make the room perfect. Overall, this is a gateway to the heart of Shangri-La. J'ai réservé deux chambres dans cet hôtel. L'hôtel est magnifique, la vue est imprenable, il y a beaucoup d'animaux, le personnel est très attentionné et veille à votre confort. Un petit-déjeuner halal varié nous a été proposé, et le café et les biscuits sont offerts au Heidou Cafe (évidemment !). On peut même se faire photographier en costume tibétain. La chambre est conforme aux photos : confortable et belle. Avant notre départ, on nous a offert des souvenirs. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. De plus, il est situé juste à côté de l'hôtel Li Siman. Les prix sont un peu plus élevés à Li Siman, mais ici, le prix est vraiment abordable pour une vue tout aussi époustouflante.

Nous sommes arrivés assez tard au magasin, mais un coup de fil a rapidement réveillé le personnel. Le service était excellent. Un parking est disponible devant le magasin. Comme il faisait assez froid en hiver, le personnel a immédiatement allumé le chauffage au sol dès notre arrivée, même s'il a mis un peu de temps à chauffer. La température de l'eau de la douche pourrait être légèrement plus élevée pour un meilleur confort. Après avoir réglé nos achats, le personnel nous a conseillé d'emprunter le périphérique est, car la portion longeant l'autoroute Huxiang présente des particularités intéressantes. Dans l'ensemble, le service était excellent.

La chambre est bien, comme le montre la photo. L'hôtel est proche du site pittoresque et permet d'aller n'importe où. Le service de réception est très enthousiaste et vous recommandera des endroits délicieux et amusants à proximité. Il n'y a eu aucune gêne durant le séjour. Je reviendrai ici la prochaine fois et je le recommanderai à mes proches et amis autour de moi.
