Hôtels à Shantou avec parking

We chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to the Shantou railway station. The night prior, we stayed at a nearby Hampton but had a disappointing experience, so this was our first stay with a local Chinese chain brand. Check-in was smooth and efficient, although no English was spoken at the front desk. We had requested a higher-floor, quieter room via WeChat in advance and were initially assigned Room 602. Upon entering, the room appeared clean and well-maintained. However, we encountered an unusual and inconvenient issue with the Wi-Fi. Guests are instructed to turn on the TV to access the Wi-Fi password, but we discovered that the TV must remain on in order for the Wi-Fi to function. This was confirmed by multiple staff members, including what appeared to be a front desk supervisor. This setup was quite disruptive, as the TV screen is bright and cannot be dimmed, and the work desk is positioned directly in front of it. To their credit, Ms. Lin—responded promptly and offered to move us to another room (also 602, but with a different layout). The new layout was more practical, with the desk positioned at a 90-degree angle from the TV, which helped mitigate the issue somewhat. That said, the second room had its own drawback: there was a noticeable gap in the window, which allowed in road noise. Since we stayed over the weekend, traffic noise and honking were quite noticeable at night. In addition, we heard neighbors chatting and laughing past midnight. Lotion could be a nice addition too. A small humidifier with scented oil definitely gave a zen touch. Aside from these two issues (Wi-Fi dependency on the TV and sound insulation), the overall stay was comfortable. As a gesture of goodwill, the hotel provided complimentary breakfast. While we are not typically breakfast eaters, we did try the noodle station. The offerings were entirely Chinese-style. One suggestion would be to label the protein options more clearly (in Chinese or English), as we observed multiple guests asking staff about them—one of which turned out to be pig’s heart. Overall, this was a good introduction to a Chinese domestic hotel brand. I learned that they got a few locations in Europe. While there are areas for improvement, particularly in technology setup and soundproofing, the service recovery effort and general room quality made for a satisfactory stay.

Il est incroyablement pratique d'aller à **Zhujiang Food Street ** : tournez à gauche de l'entrée principale de l'hôtel, marchez directement pendant environ 5 minutes jusqu'à atteindre la lumière du trafic, tournez à gauche et vous y êtes ! 🛎️ Service Le service client est exceptionnel. 🧺 Comparaison des équipements Cela dit, en comparant les équipements spécifiques, notamment la machine à laver et les installations à sèche-linge, avec l'hôtel **Mehood Lestie Flagship (Shantou MixC)**, je préfère toujours l'emplacement MixC. 🏨 Impression de marque Je suis très satisfait des normes de service à la clientèle dans toute la marque Mehood Lestie. Après deux séjours distincts avec le groupe Mehood Lestie, ils seront certainement notre choix le plus important à chaque fois que nous visiterons la Chine à l'avenir. 🥢 Bonus Food Recommendation! Ne manquez pas le magasin juste à côté de l'hôtel vendant des rouleaux de noix de riz (*zhu chang fen*) et *har gao* (dumplings de crevettes). Nous y avons fini de manger pendant trois jours consécutifs! *har gao*, en particulier, était exceptionnel, doux, Les équipements de la saveur sont très bien adaptés à la qualité de l'air.

I had a wonderful stay at Yuhouse High Altitude Sea View Loft Apartment (Shantou High-Speed Railway Station Branch) with my family. We booked a total of six rooms, and all of them were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The facilities were excellent, and the breathtaking sea view made our stay even more enjoyable. Even though we never met the staff in person, their service was still excellent. They responded quickly to our inquiries via WeChat, which made the check-in process and overall stay smooth and convenient. The only slight drawback was the location, which was average in terms of accessibility. However, this did not significantly affect our overall experience. Overall, we truly enjoyed our trip as a family and would highly recommend this place for those looking for a clean, well-equipped, and comfortable stay with a beautiful view!

Exceptional Stay – Truly Felt at Home From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and professional welcome from the front desk team. Every staff member I encountered – from reception to housekeeping – went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their friendliness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality really made me feel valued as a guest. They also help to receive my taobao delivery of parcels. Well down for all staff. The hotel’s room & lobby cleanliness is well-maintained. My room felt fresh, tidy, and inviting, with thoughtful touches that showed the care and attention put into daily upkeep. The housekeeping team did an amazing job, and I truly appreciated their promptness and consistency throughout my stay. The location is also a major highlight – conveniently situated near key attractions located in shantou old city , dining options, yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. It made exploring the area effortless, and I could easily return to the hotel for a quick rest before heading out again. The amenities exceeded my expectations. The facilities were modern, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to cater to both leisure and big group of families. From the helpful lounge areas to the private VIP big room facilities, and in-room conveniences, everything was in place to make my stay both enjoyable and productive. Overall, my experience here was nothing short of excellent. It’s rare to find a place that delivers consistently on all fronts – cleanliness, service, location, and amenities – but this hotel truly does. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their dedication and kindness. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Hygiène : Correcte Équipements : Assez vétustes, la télévision ne permet pas la diffusion d'écran, pas de prise USB, la chambre double a été convertie d'une chambre avec un grand lit, il n'y a qu'une seule prise près d'un des lits, et une seule table de chevet. Les livraisons à emporter ne peuvent pas être apportées par un robot. Service : Lors de l'enregistrement, il n'a pas été mentionné oralement que des travaux de rénovation auraient lieu le dernier matin du 1er mai. Le marteau-piqueur a commencé avant 9 heures du matin. Sinon, le reste était bien. Environnement : Plutôt bien, généralement calme. Proche de la rue des snacks et de l'arrêt de bus pour l'île de Nan'ao.

No regrets paying more for this beautiful homestay! 花多点钱住这里一点遗憾也没有！ My parents, sibling and I stayed for a total of 3 nights in their 4 pax room. It’s a beautiful and tastefully decorated accommodation with personal courtyard and interior. Bed and duvet were so comfortable especially in the chilly weather of 18 ~ 22 degrees. I didn’t spot anything obvious I can complain about regarding the cleanliness of this place, hence 5/5 for cleanliness. Location is perfect (5/5). Next to streets of food places that have good ratings, and super near 万象城 shopping mall (restaurants, luxury shops, retail and more). Anyways cabbing around Shantou is really convenient, fast, and affordable. Even though it is nested amongst other tall residential area, once we close the door we couldn’t hear much noise from outside. Service is 5/5 as well. There’s free pickup and drop off serviced from the railway station. There’s daily fresh fruits delivered to us, as well as chicken soup. There’s also free laundry service which we really appreciate! Staffs were always ready to help and always ready to give recommendations. We really felt their hospitality and they are genuine in providing best service possible. Amenities is 5/5 as well. The hair dryer is Laifen brand which is so strong and sleek looking. They provide disposable towels on top of those reusable towels. Their slippers are fluffy and comfy. They have like everything we need. Bonus: Their residential cat and her kittens are adorable!!! All in all wonderful stay and would stay again if i ever visit Shantou again. Suggestions for improvement: (1) more variety in breakfast options (stayed for 3 nights and felt that some breakfast options would be great), and (2) the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are a little too hard to pour out maybe can consider using press bottles.

La chambre était propre et sans odeur. Spacieuse et lumineuse, elle offrait un grand salon et des équipements bien agencés. Notre séjour de quelques jours a été très agréable ; le personnel a tout fait pour répondre à nos besoins. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité des attractions touristiques, ce qui facilite les déplacements. Des bornes de paiement partagées, rapides et pratiques, sont disponibles juste devant l'hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner, servi au rez-de-chaussée, est délicieux. Nous avions réservé un appartement de trois chambres à un prix raisonnable. En résumé, un séjour cinq étoiles : nous y retournerions sans hésiter.

La chambre est très belle, mais elle est très belle et très belle, et elle est très belle et très belle. Le canapé a l'air un peu vieux et sale quand vous regardez bien, mais dans les photos tout est joli. Il y a un grand café et un grand terrain de vapeur dans la rue pour le petit déjeuner. Il est à 10 minutes de route à Zuimei Beach qui était très confortable. En général, pour le prix que nous avons payé, j'ai pensé qu'il était tout à fait valable, le personnel était gentil, et ils nous ont aidé à partager gratuitement environ 5 minutes à pied de la rue. Ils avaient des écouteurs dans la salle, mais aussi une zone pour obtenir d'autres services tels que laver la bouche, les liens de cheveux, laver le bug, etc. Ils avaient aussi de l'eau pour vous aider. La meilleure partie? À la fin de la nuit, ils ont livré un sac de lait et des masques d'œil chauffés avant le lit. C'était inattendu et très mignon. Nous reviendrions. Cet endroit est proche de plusieurs restaurants et magasins, mais à l'extérieur, l'architecture elle-même semble très vieille et désormais déchirée. Une fois que vous entrez dans la chambre, même si elle est très belle, il est difficile de garder l'esthésie blanche complètement claire. Quand vous regardez soigneusement, le canapé semble un peu vieux et sale, mais sur la photo, tout semble bien. Il y a un excellent café et un superbe magasin de pain à manger sur la rue. Vous pouvez arriver au port pendant 10 minutes à pied. Vous pouvez vous promener et vous détendre la nuit ou faire une promenade au soleil le jour. Conduire 10 minutes à Zume Beach est très pratique. Il faut environ 25 minutes de route pour partir du pont, au centre de l'île. En général, pour le prix que nous payons, je pense que c'est tout à fait digne de cela, le personnel est très bon, ils nous aident à marcher dans la rue pendant environ cinq minutes de stationnement gratuit. Il y a des dents dans leur chambre, mais il y a aussi une zone où vous pouvez prendre de l'eau, des bandes, des pesticides, etc. Ils ont de l'eau, vous pouvez boire. La meilleure partie? Quand la nuit est arrivée, ils ont envoyé un sac de lait et de larmes de larmes avant de dormir. C'est inattendu et très mignon. Nous reviendrons.
