La chambre était incroyable - immense et propre ! J'ai apprécié l'espace, les toilettes automatiques avec bidet, les gels douche de Crabtree, les serviettes en nombre suffisant, la balance, la table, la chaise et le canapé. Les chambres ne sont pas vraiment insonorisées, on pouvait entendre les bruits des autres chambres mais c'était quand même tolérable. Service - la réception était super serviable, sympathique, joyeuse. J'ai vraiment senti que leur service était sincère et excellent !! Ils ont donné de bonnes recommandations pour le petit-déjeuner, m'ont aidé à appeler pour vérifier si les restaurants avaient la nourriture que je cherchais, m'ont aidé à réserver un transfert à l'aéroport. Le service au petit-déjeuner était également excellent ! Petit-déjeuner - très digne d'Instagram !!! J'ai apprécié le choix de boissons, les plats principaux étaient corrects, les pains étaient vraiment délicieux. J'attendais avec impatience le petit-déjeuner tous les jours Salle de sport - était équipée d'eau et de serviettes et même d'une salle de bain. Très impressionné. Le seul inconvénient est l'emplacement. C'est assez proche du quartier de Zhongshan, mais marcher dans la chaleur estivale jusqu'à la gare n'est pas une blague. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de nourriture délicieuse dans les environs. Mais Uber est relativement abordable, donc si vous acceptez de vous déplacer en Uber ou de marcher un peu jusqu'à la gare, c'est tout à fait parfait.

Il y avait beaucoup d'espace pour transporter une valise et les toilettes et la salle de bain étaient séparées, donc c'était pratique. Cependant, j'ai été un peu déçu de constater qu'il semblait y avoir une odeur de moisi dans le lavabo. Je suis satisfait de l'état général de la chambre car elle était propre. C'était bien que de l'eau et des commodités gratuites soient placées près de l'ascenseur à chaque étage. C'est à 5 minutes à pied de l'entrée de la gare, et il y a trois supérettes à proximité, donc c'est pratique ! C'est un hôtel que j'aimerais utiliser à nouveau lors de ma prochaine visite.

Nous avons choisi une salle avec tatami de style japonais. La chambre était plus petite que prévu, nous ne pouvions pas utiliser la salle de bain car nous allions nous baigner dans la piscine publique. Les fournitures dans la chambre provenaient de Shi Shuya. le réfrigérateur était gratuit. Le riz gratuit. Les fruits et les crêpes sont également délicieux. Le petit-déjeuner est petit mais beau et le goût est rafraîchissant et délicieux. La vue depuis le restaurant est le musée des sources chaudes de Beitou, qui est très beau. L'hôtel propose une visite gratuite de la cérémonie du thé et une dégustation de thé. Il existe également de nombreuses scènes pour prendre des photos dans l'hôtel, ce qui constitue un environnement très relaxant.

Excellent and very friendly service throughout my entire stay from doorman to concierge to front desk to housekeeping to restaurant to gym. Great location next to Shandao temple MRT and within walking distance to Taipei station, nice restaurants, cafes and the famed Fuhang soy milk. I also enjoyed the excellent lunch buffer at the hotel restaurant Kitchen 12 at incredibly reasonable price. But please note that Marriott Bonvoy platinum elite or higher tier members do not receive the usual executive lounge access or free breakfast if you book via Trip.com (you need to book directly with Marriott to enjoy the benefits).

We booked 6 rooms and stayed 3 nights. After we checked out and about to board the flight homebound one of us found out that his had left his wallet in the hotel's room. We called the hotel and although they had found the wallet, however they did not contact us immediately (so we may return to hotel before heading to the airport). Also they were not willing to return the wallet to us by courier, and require us to arrange courier to come and collect by ourselves. We then asked them to assist packing the wallet for safety (due to cash, credit cards, ID involved) but they also refused to assist. We are rather disappointed for the hotel's unhelpful behaviour and attitude, if they can contact us at first instance then it can save all of us time and costs. Hope the management can review and improve their quality.

I recently stayed at Taipei Marriott Hotel and overall had a good experience. The staff were professional, polite, and generally helpful whenever I needed assistance. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a pleasant space to relax. In terms of dining, however, I found that the on-site restaurant options were somewhat limited, especially for longer stays. It would be great to have a wider variety of choices for both local and international cuisine. The hotel’s location is decent, with access to transportation that is acceptable but not exceptionally convenient. It may take a bit of time to reach the main tourist spots or central areas. Facilities such as the lobby and common areas are modern and well-presented. Overall, I would rate this hotel 4 stars and consider staying again, but mainly if I do not rely too much on in-hotel dining.

The location is excellent—just a short walk to metro stations and bus stops, and about 15 minutes on foot to Ximending. It’s close enough to the action but still quiet at night, which was perfect for us. There are also several kid-friendly attractions nearby, which made getting around with our son easy and enjoyable. The hotel offers a free shuttle service, which is a great convenience, although it would be even better if it started earlier and ran more frequently. One of the highlights of our stay was the free guided tour—our guide was amazing! She spoke fluent English, was very knowledgeable, and made the experience truly memorable. Another charming feature is the old-school snack corner, which is complimentary for guests. It’s a nostalgic and fun touch. It’s not available 24/7 (unlike another hotel we stayed at in Taiwan), but since it’s part of the restaurant area, it follows their opening hours—which is understandable. The staff deserve special praise—they were consistently helpful, proactive, and kind. From check-in to daily interactions, everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The rooms have recently been renovated and look fresh and modern. I particularly appreciated the switch from carpeted to hard floors—it feels much cleaner and more hygienic. The room itself is spacious, with ample closet space, and the layout is thoughtful, especially for families. However, the bathroom design could use some improvement. While I liked the concept of having a bathtub in the shower area—great for kids to enjoy a bath without splashing everywhere—the tub design wasn't very family-friendly. It's a Japanese-style, tiled tub with sharp edges, and I got scratched multiple times. It doesn’t feel safe for young children. The wooden rack and bucket also had visible mold, and mold was beginning to appear around the tub edges as well. This was disappointing, especially since my son has sensitive skin and developed a rash after using the tub. Despite the bathroom concerns, we still had a great overall experience. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location, friendly staff, thoughtful services, and family-friendly features—just be cautious about the tub if you're traveling with young children or anyone with sensitive skin.

Boîte à disques/horloge d'alarme de bureau en monos. Fournir des sandaux de chambre, un réfrigérateur et une caisse. Sac à thé et café - bonne qualité Les toilettes sont de bonne qualité. Conception moderne de toilettes. Location confortable. Beaucoup de plats si vous êtes dans des aliments locaux. Le plus proche de 7 est à l'angle du trafic. Globalement très confortable et abordable avec la condition de l'hôtel et les équipements. Il s'agit d'un environnement désert, confronté à une école ancienne, apparemment pas en service.

Le séjour s'est bien passé. Malheureusement, il n'y avait pas de navette pour l'arrivée le mercredi, et le trajet à pied avec mes bagages a été très difficile et a duré près de 15 minutes. La chambre était bien agencée. Une navette était prévue pour le retour le jeudi. J'ai demandé si elle pouvait aller jusqu'à Xinbeitou, mais comme c'était la saison des sources thermales, le chauffeur a refusé, précisant qu'elle devait aller jusqu'à Beitou. J'ai donc pris le métro (MRT) de Beitou à Xinbeitou. Bien que le bus soit passé par Xinbeitou, il a refusé de s'arrêter.
