衞生清潔、設施完備，晚間在深池中泡個澡解乏舒服。環境優雅、庭院中喝茶放空非常愜意。地處銀杏村中心，步行銀杏廣場、銀杏王景點約5分鐘。老闆熱情真誠，服務周到，並提供免費接機，村口接送，抽空駕駛遊覽電瓶車帶我們在銀杏村周邊一遊，景色宜人。老闆的廚藝也非常了得，銀杏燉雞鮮美、大救駕美味、餌絲等，酒水可免費暢飲，其飯菜可口，價格實惠，食材有機。兩位美女小姐姐熱情好客、貼心友善，有求必應。一次非常滿意的旅程，非常棒，值得下次再次惠顧！

During our two weeks travel in Yunnan with our parents and kids, this guesthouse was the biggest surprise of the trip! It was incredibly comfortable and superb clean for all six of us — from the elderly to the little ones, everyone absolutely loved it. My parents couldn’t stop raving about how thoughtful and cozy it was, saying it’s the best place they've ever stayed. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every little detail was taken care of — whether it was travel tips, food recommendations, or little thoughtful touches, we truly felt at home. Their hospitality made the whole trip smoother and even more enjoyable. The guesthouse itself is beautifully designed, with unique and creative touches in every corner — we couldn’t stop taking photos! The rooftop view was especially stunning, with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets that looked like paintings. Our whole family went up there every day; we didn’t want to miss a single moment of the scenery. If you’re coming to Heshun, you have to stay here! The environment, service, and warmth of the hosts are all top-notch. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality travel experience — we’ll definitely be back next time!

這次入住這家民宿真的太驚喜了，完全超出預期，是近期住過體驗感最好的一家，真心強烈推薦給大家！ 民宿整體環境特別温馨治癒，裝修風格簡約又有格調，每一處細節都能看出店主的用心佈置。進門就感覺乾淨敞亮，全屋打掃得一塵不染，地板、桌面沒有一點灰塵，床鋪被褥乾淨柔軟，陽光灑進房間特別舒服，氛圍感直接拉滿。 房間設施配備特別齊全，空調、網速都很給力，洗漱用品品質很好，衞生間乾濕分離，通風效果好沒有異味。日常簡單做飯完全沒問題，生活日用品也準備得很周到，完全不用自己額外添置，住着就和家裡一樣自在愜意。 地理位置也特別優越，出行特別方便，周邊商超、餐館、小吃店都很近，步行就能到達，逛街吃飯買菜都特別省事。小區環境安靜安全，安保到位，晚上休息特別安穩，完全沒有嘈雜聲，特別適合休閑度假、短途出行居住。 房東人超級貼心温柔，溝通特別順暢，提前會詳細告知入住路線和注意事項，有任何問題隨時回覆，態度特別熱情，全程自助入住也很方便，私密性很好。性價比真的超高，環境、衞生、服務、位置都無可挑剔，住着舒心又安心。 已經果斷收藏店鋪了，下次再來還會優先選擇

L'hôtel que nous avions réservé pour notre autotour dans la vieille ville était très accueillant. Cependant, la chambre des enfants se trouvait au troisième étage et il fallait y accéder par un escalier court et raide, ce qui était peu pratique avec beaucoup de bagages. Elle n'était pas vraiment adaptée aux enfants de moins de 6 ans. La chambre était propre, mais sans fenêtre. Le petit-déjeuner était plutôt bon.

The B&B was amazing. I stayed here with my wife and other family (total 7 people) in the summer of 2026. They provided an airport pickup for us that went smoothly. The rooms are very clean and cozy, and they provide fruit and snack trays for each room daily. The bathroom toilet is equipped with a nice bidet, the mini fridge has a few drinks included, there are small amenities such as steam eye masks, and all daily necessities are provided (e.g., toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, nail clippers, etc). There is also a common area for people to hang out, and their lobby has additional amenities not in the room (e.g., pads, tiger balm, etc). Additionally, they can provide breakfast, which includes local cuisine like er si or mi xian with many different toppings and side dishes. In addition to this, all the staff are super friendly, and the boss provided an accurate and curated list of things to do, places to eat at, and valuable recommendations as a local. My entire family loved the stay at this B&B, and if we come back to Tengchong in the future we will definitely stay here.

Nuangui Homestay I sent emails to Nuangui via trip.com on 24 Nov and 30 Nov to arrange for complimentary pick up. I got no reply to my 2 emails. I telephoned Nuangui via trip.com on 1 Dec before flying out to TengChong, a lady answered the phone, she insisted she didn't receive my 2 emails, but promised to arrange pick up. When we arrived in TengChong we were picked up and dropped off at the entrance of HeShun and given a gps map sharing location and told to find our own way to the minsu after eating because their staff/boss refused to meet and greet us at the HeShun entrance. At the time it was around 9.30pm. Despite the gps map sharing, we spent a long time walking around dark, narrow, quiet streets of HeShun looking for something to eat and then later the minsu location. In the end we couldn't find the minsu. There was no one around to ask for durections and it was quite dark and very cold. By around 11.15pm we finally gave up looking and called the minsu to come and find us and take us to the minsu. They only answered after a few minutes of calling. It was lucky we insisted on calling, we would never have found the minsu by ourselves. The minsu itself was great, comfortable and clean. The location is convenient (when u know where it is and how to get there). The minsu staff took our luggage all the way, from the airport to the minsu, which was very helpful, I wouldn't have made it to the minsu if I had to carry my own luggage because a lot of the HsShun streets are uneven, uphill and many steps. The only hic up was the bath, originally we thought it wasn't working because there was no hot water coming out from the hot water tap. After 3 nights of stay, we later found out that the taps were installed incorrectly, C water tap meant hot water and the other way round. Also, even though staying in minsu in HeShun, you still have to pay entrance tickets, that wasn't pointed out on the minsu details.

Mes muscles se sentaient moins douloureuses, et j'ai dormi si bien après. La chambre était sans place et très confortable. Le lit était doux, la salle de bain était moderne et bien entretenue, et même les toilettes se sentaient de haute qualité. Le service était très confortable et très confortable. Ils étaient toujours rapides à aider quand on avait des questions. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, avec des spécialités locales de Tengchong, telles que des noodles de riz et des œufs frais. Si vous êtes en visite en tant que couple, avec une famille, ou si vous apportez à vos parents un accès relaxant au bien-être, je recommanderais certainement cet endroit.

環境不錯，開車進去那段路有點窄，側邊有個門走出去三分鐘就到野鴨湖，去艾思奇故居、大水車很近，吃飯、喝茶、咖啡的地方都很方便。晚上可以去側院泡温泉，很舒服。以後有時間會再來多住幾天。

首先，再次入住騰沖悦椿依然倍感親切，這裏的工作人員都超級的認真熱情，提前兩天就打電話諮詢是否需要接機服務，由於雨季飛機改飛了保山，司機師傅還貼心的提醒注意，真的非常負責。很遺憾衹記住了Bill和Susie，其他的小夥伴也都超級棒，比如給我房間打掃衞生的小美女，我第一天和她説下雨地滑，我在室外洗温泉怕摔倒，希望多給我一條地巾，之後的每一天她都會貼心的多放一條地巾。餐廳的一個戴眼鏡的小美女更是第二天就認識了我們，在我要走的最後一天還和我到了別，歡迎我下次再來，這種被放在心上的感覺很温暖。總之，在任何地方碰見工作人員都會熱情的打招呼問好。 之後是吃的，酒店的餐廳有很多好吃的，都不是預製菜，味道非常棒，我定的套餐有7種菜譜可以選擇，強烈推薦土鍋子，連吃了兩次 太好吃了。需要注意的是餐廳營業到晚上9點，8：30以後就不能點餐了。酒店的下面泡腳池附近有幾家吃飯的地方 有一家叫想吃稻花魚的不錯，可以送餐，最晚能到10點。 酒店有很多免費的活動都不錯，小朋友很喜歡。 最後提一點建議，我去的時候難能可貴的趕上了騰沖久違的晴天，酒店的手工活動在室外，真的特別曬，另外蚊子超級多有種要被吃掉的感覺，不知道雨季如果晴天的話假如能夠把活動地點放進室內是否會更好一些。 祝更好～～～～
