The hotel's exceptional comfort and welcoming atmosphere played a crucial role in helping us manage our challenging schedule with ease. Great location, a nearby station easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was terrific, they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable even they allowed us to check in earlier without any extra charges and the best things their Mongol Tea is very delicious, I had a wonderful experience this Hotel, staff member are very polite and friendly and even cleaning staff was helpful and eager to help! A very clean, comfortable, and wonderful hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They went out of their way to assist us with everything we needed, and we truly appreciated their warm hospitality. I would 100% recommend this hotel!

This hotel is in quieter section of the city. The room is very nicely decorated with traditional Mongolian themed items. The massive lobby has many interesting displays and art works. The breakfast buffet has a very large selection of Mongolian and regional Chinese dishes. I really enjoy my stay there. Room also has very good air conditioning. The bed is very comfortable, the towers and sheets are very clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

Xilin Baima Hotel is a four-star hotel with comprehensive facilities, including a conference room and a large banquet hall. Rooms range from business rooms to VIP rooms and suites, offering a variety of options. The spacious rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The mini-fridge was particularly convenient. The front desk staff was very friendly and provided accurate answers to my many questions, making my trip a very pleasant one. I relaxed and enjoyed my three-day, two-night stay.
