We came to visit my mom who was unexpectedly hospitalized. The hotel is right across from the hospital. This is a brand new hotel. The staff, Ms. Candy Wang, had excellent attention to detail and service mindset. I told Ms Wang just incidentally that we were only there for a night but may need to extend it on demand due to family care requirements. Ms Wang gave me an upgrade to a bigger room in case my mom needed to come in to rest for a while before we catch the flight home. We exercised this option when my mom eventually discharged, which I am so grateful for. Ms Wang made sure that travel and breakfast was well taken care of. She also helped me in my busy state of affairs to take care of parcels that I received on behalf of my mom. We have travelled to many places and countries. This has been the best experience ever!

Absolutely perfect! The guesthouse gave us a free upgrade because we had two doggies which was a marvelous start. I love a guesthouse who is so hospitable and puts the needs of their visitors above cost. The location is perfectly close to Helan mountain which made for a wonderful morning ride to the mountain. The free wine taste each night was most welcomed and delicious. The free tour of their wine cellar was also a lovely touch. Food was the best of the three Dalezhiye that we visited this trip. Five Star Michelin feeling in the restaurant with gorgeous views is the Helan mountain and greenery. Also close to many top vineyards in the area. Absolutely quiet and perfect for those wishing to leave the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend for a relaxing and peaceful stay in Yinchuan.

J'y ai séjourné quatre jours au total. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai trouvé l'hôtel très professionnel et économique. L'hôtel est nettoyé et les fournitures renouvelées quotidiennement. La Tour du Tambour se trouve juste devant l'hôtel, ce qui en fait un lieu très pratique pour manger, boire un verre, jouer et voyager. Le bus 34 dessert directement le parc Lanshan et le bus 1 le musée. La rue piétonne de la Tour du Tambour est toute proche. Il y a aussi un marché nocturne à droite de l'hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner est également délicieux. Je suis très satisfait du prix.

We very much enjoyed our brief stay at JW Marriott in Yinchuan. A real highlight is the breakfast provided - a very wide selection with some local choices too. The room was very clean and comfortable and we would happily stay in the same hotel if visiting the area in the future.

We recently stayed at the hotel for 19 days and had a truly wonderful experience. The service from all staff was fantastic, making our stay feel comfortable and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and well-maintained throughout our visit . A special highlight was the breakfast—it was very varied and changed every day, which was a real treat during such a long stay. Every team member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We’d like to extend my particular thanks to: · The Front Desk team for their always-efficient and cheerful assistance. · The Housekeeping and Cleaning staff for keeping everything impeccably clean. · The Breakfast Team for starting each day with great food and a smile. L'emplacement est très bien. Il y a un marché matinal juste devant la porte. Un grand frère vous aidera à sortir du parking. S'il y a beaucoup de monde, il vous guidera également. Haha, c'est une expérience agréable et très économique.

First of all, the hotel accepts foreigners (as of April 2024). It's a four-star hotel, and the facilities are typical of such hotels in China - very good. The staff was also kind and helpful. It's possible to store your luggage for free before check in and after check out. The location is a bit of a mixed bag, but that's more due to the fact that Yinchuan station is quite far from the city center (about one hour by bus). The hotel itself is located very close to the city center, but there aren't too many things to do there. Still, public transportation is quite accessible from the hotel, and of course, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, good value for money, especially since cheaper hotels don't seem to accept foreigners.
