Stayed only for two nights and it was a very excellent stay. The hotel's location is very convenient along a major bus route and it was closer to a shopping center and a good number of excellent restaurants/cafes/bakeries. The faculty of the hotel is also great. It has a gym and laundry facility. The breakfast was very good with a good number of options. The highlight was definitely the hotel staff and their service. The front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, proactive and extremely helpful. They offered to make a few calls for us as we didn't have a local number. This is one of the few hotels I've stayed at in China that had a security guard that actually patrol each floor of the property.

La chambre était spacieuse, décorée avec goût, avait une grande fenêtre, et était d'excellente qualité! Tout dans la salle de bains fonctionnait comme il fallait. L'ensemble de l'hôtel était bien entretenu et propre. Les propriétaires sont agréables et utiles. Je voyage en vélo, et il y a un court-court où je peux stocker ma vélo en toute sécurité. J'ai également été autorisé à utiliser la terrasse couverte pour secher mon lavabo. Je recommande très bien cet hôtel!

On-duty staffs at the check-in were wonderful service. Welcoming me upon getting off the taxi and provided such a warm hotel introduction even though using mobile translation. Bringing me with my luggage up to my room where this seems to be disappeared from current standard of service for many hotels. Room was nice (5th fl) with openable window where outside cooled wind can make the room freshly even though the street sounds might come together. The guess room corridor on that floor can give me a notice of kind of strange smell but not in the room. Good experience here.

選擇維也納酒店（運城槐東路店）感覺很好。前台工作人員接待客人主動，辦理入住快捷。衞經理還非常友好的給免費升級了房間，並熱情、詳細的介紹了運城的旅遊景點、路線、出行交通以及酒店周邊的美食。客房乾淨衞生，佈局很合理，住着很舒適、滿意。非常感謝衞經理和前台、客房、餐廳的工作人員熱情周到的服務。全五星好評。以後再到運城，還會選擇維也納酒店（運城槐東路店）。

房間整潔，入睡安靜，設施齊全，謝謝老闆，以後還會光顧，稷山的古蹟真是不少，要慢慢看，慢慢欣賞，已經是第二次來稷山了。

The location is good, very close to a night food market serving local food, cheap and yummy. And the local breadfast was yummy as well. The condition of the hotel is normal, considering about the low price, it is acceptable. The view from the room on the 9th floor was not bad. If you want to expereince full culture of Yuncheng local people, probably it is not a bad choice.
