UUtilisateur anonymeJe suis très satisfait de mon séjour, je dois lui donner une bonne critique. Le personnel de la réception est enthousiaste et patient. Si vous souhaitez vérifier dans la chambre, deux bouteilles d'eau supplémentaires vous seront livrées immédiatement. . Les installations sont complètes. Le petit déjeuner est également très copieux. C'est très pratique pour obtenir ce que vous voulez. Je choisirai certainement à nouveau cet hôtel si je reviens ici.

Location: 15mins drive from Zhaoqing city, which is 35mins bullet train ride from GZ south station. Located in a village 250m from Dinghushan mountain, the area's main scenic attraction with waterfall, temple and lush greenery. Steps from food and local shopping.
Service: One of the best in GZ. Owner couple were extremely friendly and helpful. Treated me to lunch and drop me off to town on last day. I extended a day due to the mountain being closed off due to typhoon and have no regrets.
Cleanliness: Clean and smoke free. Entire hotel was spick and span.
Room: Neat, good size and everything you need is available. The toilet and automation features compare well with more expensive hotels.
Value: Good price. Worth it. Highly recommended if you want local experience, clean rooms and friendly owners.
Facilities: Washing machine only.
Key considerations: Wifi, hot shower, air-con and friendly service. All passed with high marks.
Cons: 5 stories and I stayed in 2nd level. No lifts and can be a problem for elderly folks.

IInvitéLa chambre est très spacieuse et très propre, comme elle est nouvelle seulement 2 ans. C'est un séjour boutique avec un enregistrement sans personnel, nous avons eu un problème puisque nous n'avons pas la carte d'identité continentale mais la Wechat CSR nous a aidé à obtenir la carte de chambre en retirant les kiosques. La seule plainte que nous avons est que l'AC était sous-pouvoir pour la taille de la chambre, il était bon de rester dans, mais si vous avez besoin de temps de chambre plus froid comme 18c, il ne peut pas vous le donner. Il est dans un nouveau quartier développé, beaucoup des résidents sont tout à fait nouveaux et surtout vacants qui est très fréquent en Chine. Le bon truc est à côté du grand centre-ville, donc obtenir la boisson coupant des cookies comme Changee, Heytea, et Starbucks était convenable. Le centre-ville n'est pas aussi occupé que ceux qui sont plus proches de la vieille zone. Si vous ne conduisez pas un problème.

IInvitéGreat place and the front desk was super friendly. The young man in the evening also gave us a great recommendation for roast pidgeon. Docking one point from cleanliness because the nonsmoking rooms still slightly smell like smoke, but otherwise great.

PPoh Yin LianHad a very satisfied stay here. We booked for the family room and we've got to see the whole 岩前村view, actually quite nice at night. The room renovation was really pretty and i like their whole hotel vibe and style. The reception staff was also really nice servicing. Was feeling regret tgta only stay at Zhaoqing for only one night. Will come back to this stay if i ever have the chance.

IInvitéWould have all been okay, except for the fact that we deliberately spent quite some time looking for hotels where we can explicitly book non-smoking rooms. But as we were inside, we clearly smelled cigarette smoke coming in. We realised it is coming in from the toilet ventilation system. The smell was unbearable so we went down to reception to let them know. But their reply was super incompetent, saying “oh right, I will send someone up with some air freshener”. We then told her that this will not solve the issue, and she said she will ask for the ventilator to also be checked. By the time we got up clearly someone had already been there as the whole room was then swimming in citrus air freshener. It was almost worse than the cigarette smell if that is possible. We then had to open all doors and windows trying to breathe and since it was late and we had no energy to try and complain and then move rooms still, we had to sleep in that all. Of course in the morning we again woke up to cigarette smoke drafting in, and we immediately checked out and went to find another hotel. Would never stay with the City Comfort Inn again.

MMariaCThe hotel is located 40 minutes away from GZ South railway station, and 40 minutes Zhaoqing East train station in a great area, 10 minute walk from Scenic areas and the lake. I had a lake view room which was comfortable. There are many restaurants around and you can take boats on the lake to visit different beautiful areas. It is not easy to find at first and as there is no reception and you cannot check-in, so ensure you contact them previously (I called the hotel and got their wechat, we communicated that way). They will give you your room code so you can enter. We had issues with the code and after sending a message a man came very soon to help. The rooms smelled a bit of smoke and they were non-smoking. There is no breakfasts included but plenty of shops around to buy bread, fruit juices, tea shops, luckin coffee, 7 eleven, supermarket, etc. We enjoyed the Thai restaurant just outside the hotel and the Italian Restaurant on the 2nd floor when getting out.

IInvitéThere was a bit of messing around with the rooms when we arrived, but in the end we stayed in the room we originally booked. The room was like a full apartment with its own conservatory area, which we thought lovely. The highlight though was the location and view just outside though, the ginormous city park right across the street. It was all beautiful, we had a lovely coffee next to the water in the sun in the morning and the owner then took us in by car to discover the city center. At the end the owner again drove us with our suitcases to the train station. We absolutely loved our stay here.
Only downside I would say were the single use towels, which first of all were not very effective, secondly a horrible waste for the environment.
(On an additional small note regarding rooms, if you fear that guests would not like the cheapest room and insist they upgrade, you’re making the impression of having misled the guest during booking. We personally would have loved it, but we’re quite surprised to have it downplayed for us on arrival that it is too small and too loud. It was not too loud and size was good, perhaps a small cleaning to the windows and an upgrade in interior design could do the place good).

LLoves TravelLe transport de Kaiping est un endroit magnifique, mais nous n'avons pratiquement pas eu l'idée de visiter le site jusqu'à ce que nous trouvions que nous pouvions passer et passer à un bus de Jiangmen. Malheureusement, nous avons également frappé une autre fois la gare de bus de Zhaoqing parce qu'il n'y avait pas de transport public dans la zone des 7 Star Crags où se trouve l'hôtel. Cependant, la belle dame propriétaire est venue au secours et nous a recueillis. Comment c'est cool ? La dame patronne le second à personne. Elle était extrêmement utile - suggérant des lieux pour la nourriture et les attractions et même l'ordre de les faire.
Mais elle est aussi très bien située devant le beau lac célèbre, nous pouvons capturer facilement le soir et les scènes de souris.
Nous aurions dû rester au moins une autre nuit à l'arrière.
