Je suis très satisfait de mon séjour, je dois lui donner une bonne critique. Le personnel de la réception est enthousiaste et patient. Si vous souhaitez vérifier dans la chambre, deux bouteilles d'eau supplémentaires vous seront livrées immédiatement. . Les installations sont complètes. Le petit déjeuner est également très copieux. C'est très pratique pour obtenir ce que vous voulez. Je choisirai certainement à nouveau cet hôtel si je reviens ici.

Lika Wang did a good job at helping me check in and picking up my Taobao packages. Room was clean, robes and towels fluffy, bed and pillows soft and clean, balcony rail was wiped (saw them sipping it). Room has nice art work based on local geography, floor lag does not get soaked because there’s a lip beneath shower door, there’s a scale and a hair dryer, coffee pods (no creamer) and basic tea. Pool gym are both clean with towels. Lounge is ok, but refreshments and drinks very limited, didn’t have time to try their actual tea time. Breakfast has EXCELLENT EGG CHOICES (well labelled as over easy etc) with omelettes, sausages were good quality, bacon was ok, Chinese rice noodles were dried out but congee selection was good. But breakfast areas were crowded but they did try to put extra seating outside the restaurant. Cleaning staff consistently remembered to greet guests. Chinese restaurant had good roast duck, fresh shrimps but service was slow and lacked eloquence. Overall pretty well designed hotel, with staff that have good attitude. But like many hotels, it’s the training that may need improvement. Areas for improvement: 1. air conditioning insufficient in lobby and hallways,(avoid automatic doors and add curtains to save ac if needed ) 2. Fitness centre desk staff a bit slow and lacks training, more water machines needed, 3. Doorman didn’t always help with luggage and didn’t consistently open doors, (but they were often outside in the heat, tried to help and were ready to help) 4. Restaurant staff put in good effort, but you need more staff or faster staff. 5. Breakfast wasn’t replenished fast enough, salad bar could be improved with more choices, (Japanese dressing was always low) hash browns could be added and the coffee beans weren’t that good but the machine was good. 6. Management staff need to be on site more supervising and greeting. 7. Concierge staff could be more active at greeting and directing. 8. Some live piano music or some more music to enhance lobby would be better. Nonetheless all of the staff overall are better than average, and show good attitude and willingness. The most impressive was the attention to detail with shower door lip, local art work, breakfast egg selection, very comfortable bed, and good congee selection.

My stay at the Vienna Hotel in Zhaoqing was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is spotless, with rooms that are always kept clean, comfortable, and well stocked with water, toiletries, and all the essentials. The staff are exceptionally warm and attentive — they go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed and cared for throughout your stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the fresh fruits provided in my room and the mooncakes they gave me to take home. The location is another highlight. Just across the street is a beautiful park, perfect for exercising, taking peaceful walks, or simply sitting and observing daily local life. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and charming, giving you a real sense of peace and security. Convenience stores and restaurants are nearby, and in the evenings, the streets come alive with small food stalls offering authentic Chinese flavors — a delightful way to experience local culture. Overall, Vienna Hotel in Zhaoqing exceeded my expectations. With its cleanliness, excellent service, welcoming staff, and ideal location, it offers both comfort and a genuine sense of connection to the community. I would absolutely love to return and stay here again.

La deuxième fois que je suis venu ici avec ma copine, nous avons opté pour une chambre king-size plus spacieuse. J'ai tout de suite eu l'impression d'avoir l'atmosphère de la ville aquatique de Jiangnan. Le shampoing et le gel douche étaient super faciles à utiliser et sentaient bon ! La chambre est bien équipée, même avec des brosses jetables pour nettoyer la baignoire et des sels de bain ! Une autre super surprise est le petit déjeuner au 3ème étage ! En plus d'être délicieux et sains, les oncles et tantes qui cuisinent ces plats sont tous super sympas. Je me sens comme à la maison ! Je le recommande vivement aux amis qui vont adorer la Mère Dragon ou venir à Zhaoqing pour des vacances la prochaine fois ! Je vous souhaite une entreprise prospère !

Locations is excellent, right across the scenic lake。The room is clean and tidy. The receptionist at the lobby is friendly and welcoming。The coffee shop at the lobby is very convenient。But the problem is that there is a renovation underneath the hotel floor, big noise starts after 8 am. The car access is not very convenient，need to wait outside on the street to take the ride.

L'hôtel Meizhou White Swan (succursale Lakeside) a été le pire hôtel où nous ayons jamais séjourné. Ayant déjà passé un agréable séjour dans un autre hôtel du même groupe, nous avions choisi celui-ci précisément, pour être extrêmement déçus. Les pommeaux de douche étaient vétustes et le débit d'eau irrégulier ; les petits pommeaux projetaient trop d'eau, et les grands ne fonctionnaient pas du tout, laissant l'eau gicler des joints de tuyauterie – assez inquiétant ! La télévision se figeait constamment et il fallait la redémarrer ; même la balance était hors service. Au dîner, nous avions expressément demandé au serveur un plat léger et moins salé, mais le porridge était excessivement salé. De retour dans notre chambre, nous voulions préparer des nouilles instantanées et avons donc demandé deux bouteilles d'eau à la réception, mais on nous a annoncé un prix de 3 yuans chacune. Lorsque nous avons appelé la directrice, Mme Ma, elle a affirmé qu'il n'y avait aucune règle de ce type et qu'elle avait simplement ajouté cette restriction de son propre chef. Le lendemain matin, nous sommes allés au restaurant Lotus de l'hôtel pour un petit-déjeuner tardif et avons de nouveau demandé au serveur de mettre moins de sel. Il a admis qu'ils en avaient effectivement mis trop la veille. Le jour suivant, nous sommes allés au « Li Fu Ji », un restaurant de dim sum cantonais situé en face de l'hôtel. Non seulement la nourriture était délicieuse et bon marché, mais le service était également très chaleureux et accueillant. Le lendemain soir, lorsque nous avons de nouveau demandé de l'eau, le serveur s'est montré désagréable et nous a indiqué qu'il y aurait un supplément pour plus de deux bouteilles, et que même si M. Ma (le PDG) l'avait décidé, cela n'y changerait rien. Je suggère à Ctrip d'intervenir et d'enquêter sur ce problème.

Very friendly to western guest I might suggest. BTW, She speaks Chinese better than I speak English. Lol

There was a bit of messing around with the rooms when we arrived, but in the end we stayed in the room we originally booked. The room was like a full apartment with its own conservatory area, which we thought lovely. The highlight though was the location and view just outside though, the ginormous city park right across the street. It was all beautiful, we had a lovely coffee next to the water in the sun in the morning and the owner then took us in by car to discover the city center. At the end the owner again drove us with our suitcases to the train station. We absolutely loved our stay here. Only downside I would say were the single use towels, which first of all were not very effective, secondly a horrible waste for the environment. (On an additional small note regarding rooms, if you fear that guests would not like the cheapest room and insist they upgrade, you’re making the impression of having misled the guest during booking. We personally would have loved it, but we’re quite surprised to have it downplayed for us on arrival that it is too small and too loud. It was not too loud and size was good, perhaps a small cleaning to the windows and an upgrade in interior design could do the place good).

Le type de chambre est riche, le prix de la participation est pratique et le prix est plein. L'environnement est propre et confortable, les détails sont intimes, le parking est également pratique, c'est une bonne option de voyager et fortement recommandé à tous!
