Hôtels à Zhaoqing avec parking

Je suis très satisfait de mon séjour, je dois lui donner une bonne critique. Le personnel de la réception est enthousiaste et patient. Si vous souhaitez vérifier dans la chambre, deux bouteilles d'eau supplémentaires vous seront livrées immédiatement. . Les installations sont complètes. Le petit déjeuner est également très copieux. C'est très pratique pour obtenir ce que vous voulez. Je choisirai certainement à nouveau cet hôtel si je reviens ici.

Note: C'est un examen répété lorsque j'ai prolongé mon séjour par Trip. Location: 15 minutes de voiture de la ville de Zhaoqing, qui est 35 minutes de train de balles de la gare sud de GZ. Passes de la nourriture et des achats locaux. Service: Un des meilleurs dans GZ. Le couple de propriétaires était extrêmement aimable et utile. Il m'a traité de déjeuner et de me laisser en ville le dernier jour. J'ai prolongé un jour parce que la montagne était fermée en raison du typhon et n'a pas de regrets. Cleanliness: Clean and smoking free. Chambre: Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est bon, de bonne taille et de tout ce que vous avez besoin. Valeur: Bon prix. Valeur. Très recommandé si vous voulez une expérience locale, des chambres propres et des propriétaires amicaux. Installations: Lave-vaisselle uniquement. Les principales considérations sont : Wifi, douche chaude, air-condition et service amiable. Cons: 5 histoires et j'ai séjourné au 2ème niveau.

Lika Wang did a good job at helping me check in and picking up my Taobao packages. Room was clean, robes and towels fluffy, bed and pillows soft and clean, balcony rail was wiped (saw them sipping it). Room has nice art work based on local geography, floor lag does not get soaked because there’s a lip beneath shower door, there’s a scale and a hair dryer, coffee pods (no creamer) and basic tea. Pool gym are both clean with towels. Lounge is ok, but refreshments and drinks very limited, didn’t have time to try their actual tea time. Breakfast has EXCELLENT EGG CHOICES (well labelled as over easy etc) with omelettes, sausages were good quality, bacon was ok, Chinese rice noodles were dried out but congee selection was good. But breakfast areas were crowded but they did try to put extra seating outside the restaurant. Cleaning staff consistently remembered to greet guests. Chinese restaurant had good roast duck, fresh shrimps but service was slow and lacked eloquence. Overall pretty well designed hotel, with staff that have good attitude. But like many hotels, it’s the training that may need improvement. Areas for improvement: 1. air conditioning insufficient in lobby and hallways,(avoid automatic doors and add curtains to save ac if needed ) 2. Fitness centre desk staff a bit slow and lacks training, more water machines needed, 3. Doorman didn’t always help with luggage and didn’t consistently open doors, (but they were often outside in the heat, tried to help and were ready to help) 4. Restaurant staff put in good effort, but you need more staff or faster staff. 5. Breakfast wasn’t replenished fast enough, salad bar could be improved with more choices, (Japanese dressing was always low) hash browns could be added and the coffee beans weren’t that good but the machine was good. 6. Management staff need to be on site more supervising and greeting. 7. Concierge staff could be more active at greeting and directing. 8. Some live piano music or some more music to enhance lobby would be better. Nonetheless all of the staff overall are better than average, and show good attitude and willingness. The most impressive was the attention to detail with shower door lip, local art work, breakfast egg selection, very comfortable bed, and good congee selection.

Great place and the front desk was super friendly. The young man in the evening also gave us a great recommendation for roast pidgeon. Docking one point from cleanliness because the nonsmoking rooms still slightly smell like smoke, but otherwise great.

La deuxième fois que je suis venu ici avec ma copine, nous avons opté pour une chambre king-size plus spacieuse. J'ai tout de suite eu l'impression d'avoir l'atmosphère de la ville aquatique de Jiangnan. Le shampoing et le gel douche étaient super faciles à utiliser et sentaient bon ! La chambre est bien équipée, même avec des brosses jetables pour nettoyer la baignoire et des sels de bain ! Une autre super surprise est le petit déjeuner au 3ème étage ! En plus d'être délicieux et sains, les oncles et tantes qui cuisinent ces plats sont tous super sympas. Je me sens comme à la maison ! Je le recommande vivement aux amis qui vont adorer la Mère Dragon ou venir à Zhaoqing pour des vacances la prochaine fois ! Je vous souhaite une entreprise prospère !

Locations is excellent, right across the scenic lake。The room is clean and tidy. The receptionist at the lobby is friendly and welcoming。The coffee shop at the lobby is very convenient。But the problem is that there is a renovation underneath the hotel floor, big noise starts after 8 am. The car access is not very convenient，need to wait outside on the street to take the ride.

Would have all been okay, except for the fact that we deliberately spent quite some time looking for hotels where we can explicitly book non-smoking rooms. But as we were inside, we clearly smelled cigarette smoke coming in. We realised it is coming in from the toilet ventilation system. The smell was unbearable so we went down to reception to let them know. But their reply was super incompetent, saying “oh right, I will send someone up with some air freshener”. We then told her that this will not solve the issue, and she said she will ask for the ventilator to also be checked. By the time we got up clearly someone had already been there as the whole room was then swimming in citrus air freshener. It was almost worse than the cigarette smell if that is possible. We then had to open all doors and windows trying to breathe and since it was late and we had no energy to try and complain and then move rooms still, we had to sleep in that all. Of course in the morning we again woke up to cigarette smoke drafting in, and we immediately checked out and went to find another hotel. Would never stay with the City Comfort Inn again.

The hotel is located 40 minutes away from GZ South railway station, and 40 minutes Zhaoqing East train station in a great area, 10 minute walk from Scenic areas and the lake. I had a lake view room which was comfortable. There are many restaurants around and you can take boats on the lake to visit different beautiful areas. It is not easy to find at first and as there is no reception and you cannot check-in, so ensure you contact them previously (I called the hotel and got their wechat, we communicated that way). They will give you your room code so you can enter. We had issues with the code and after sending a message a man came very soon to help. The rooms smelled a bit of smoke and they were non-smoking. There is no breakfasts included but plenty of shops around to buy bread, fruit juices, tea shops, luckin coffee, 7 eleven, supermarket, etc. We enjoyed the Thai restaurant just outside the hotel and the Italian Restaurant on the 2nd floor when getting out.

There was a bit of messing around with the rooms when we arrived, but in the end we stayed in the room we originally booked. The room was like a full apartment with its own conservatory area, which we thought lovely. The highlight though was the location and view just outside though, the ginormous city park right across the street. It was all beautiful, we had a lovely coffee next to the water in the sun in the morning and the owner then took us in by car to discover the city center. At the end the owner again drove us with our suitcases to the train station. We absolutely loved our stay here. Only downside I would say were the single use towels, which first of all were not very effective, secondly a horrible waste for the environment. (On an additional small note regarding rooms, if you fear that guests would not like the cheapest room and insist they upgrade, you’re making the impression of having misled the guest during booking. We personally would have loved it, but we’re quite surprised to have it downplayed for us on arrival that it is too small and too loud. It was not too loud and size was good, perhaps a small cleaning to the windows and an upgrade in interior design could do the place good).

Le service est excellent. J'ai oublié quelque chose dans la chambre et le personnel de l'hôtel m'a immédiatement appelé après l'avoir découvert. Ils m'ont même demandé où j'étais et me l'ont remis en main propre.
