Le service est excellent et amiable. Le centre de la ville est très confortable et confortable. Nous avons été très bienvenus par le personnel et nous avons vérifié très bien. Le personnel n'a pas parlé beaucoup d'anglais, mais ce n'était pas un problème avec les applications de traduction et la fonction de traduction dans WeChat. Nous avons beaucoup voyageé et le personnel de l'hôtel Huanghe Xiyu a fait une impression solide. La chambre était spacieuse et moderne. Il était très propre et agréable. Bonnes fenêtres qui pouvaient être ouvertes. Il a aussi des filets de moustique. Il y avait beaucoup d'eau, quelques boissons souples complémentaires et une goutte de café et de thé. Les chambres sont confortables et les chambres sont très confortables. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Belles sélections de différents articles. Délicieuse et fraîche. Nous avons apprécié les noodles et les dumplings frais. Le personnel du restaurant était très ami et le service était également intéressant. Globalement, une très bonne expérience que nous recommandons.

If you are coming to this resort for the experience of sleeping in the desert, it delivers reasonably well. The tent I booked was simple but adequate, with a heating blanket provided for colder nights. Go with the mindset of seeking an experience rather than hotel-level comfort. The activities are sold as packages, the most expensive being 400 RMB for 90–120 minutes. They are fun but short and tourist-oriented, still worthwhile if you’ve made the trip. You can also take a quiet stroll into the desert. On the downside, although the resort is marketed for stargazing, there is too much light pollution to see the stars. The Wi-Fi is unreliable, which matters since reception in the area is poor. Snacks are limited, and while a set menu is proposed, individual dishes can be requested, but no prices are displayed for these, which feels lacking in transparency. Cleanliness of the shared bathrooms was also disappointing, as they were not serviced often enough. Overall, while not perfect, the stay is still a unique experience. I recommend it for just one night, enough to enjoy the activities and the desert atmosphere!

I went to spend the weekend in Ningxia because I needed a break from the big city. This hotel is a gem. It is like a small resort with different types of accommodation and several facilities. Staff is very attentive and they communicate to you via WeChat if you can’t speak Chinese, so there is no language barrier and everything is easy and enjoyable for foreigners, too. I stayed in the wooden cabin which was splendid, in an area a bit further down from reception where you can have total silence and get some great sleep at night! But still equally comfortable, great shower, good amenity products and even a Japanese style WC. Tasteful decoration, just a pleasureto spend time in the room to relax and recharge. If you stay in the cabins, you can just write to the staff and a golf cart will promptly come pick you up and take you to reception or wherever you need to be. The breakfast is marked as Chinese in the description but it also have western options and coffee. I have already recommended to my friends in Beijing, both Chinese and foreigners.

We wish to give our deepest gratitude to all the staff especially the front desk ladies in this lovely hotel. The moment we entered the hotel we were greeted with warm hospitality and welcoming smiles. The lady assisted us with our travels by giving us tips on getting around using the public transport. Upon checking into the clean, spacious and comfortable room, we requested for two pairs of bathroom slippers. We are deeply moved when the aunty cleaner lady came back with two pairs of new rubber slippers. She was assigned to go to the nearest store to buy the two pairs of slippers. Thank you again. We slept very well for three nights here. The laundry room has two washing machines and two dryers, perfect for hotel guests. The breakfast was superb. For three days continuously, they served a variety of food. Another perfect💯 score for the kitchen staff as well as the hardworking staff in the dining room who ensured that the food served is always sufficient for hotel guests. The location of the hotel is also great as it is easy to move around using public bus as well as taxis. The surrounding areas also have lots of eating shops and restaurants. Thank you to all of you in this lovely hotel for making our stay in Zhongwei so memorable.

Our trip to Tengol Hotel in Ningxia was an incredible experience! The hotel’s service and organization were seamless. Before and during our stay, adding their WeChat butler service made everything super convenient—they easily helped arrange our room and organized room service whenever we needed it. Upon arrival, they took care of our luggage and gave us a ride right from the check-in counter to our room in a comfortable golf cart! The best part of staying at Tengol was that all the signature desert experiences were included. They gave us free vouchers for a professional stargazing lesson at night, as well as an exciting jeep tour through the sand dunes! Experiencing the desert sunset and stars made this a truly unique luxury trip. Booking through Trip.com was fast and hassle-free. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a complete desert getaway!

A very new hotel with larger-than-life rooms and beds that feel like apartments. The location is midway between Shapotou and Zhongwei City, so it may not be ideal for some looking for nightlife, but there are several inexpensive restaurants in walking distance, so it's easy enough to get food. The bus stop of number 2 going to the city and the sand dunes is 5 minutes walk away - just time it right because there's one bus per hour in each direction. There's Chinese-style breakfast included which may not be for everyone but it was filling. Definitely worth the money! Had a blissful rest here and would go back.

Un séjour inoubliable sous les tentes du désert ! Conçues avec soin, les tentes offraient à la fois ventilation et chaleur pour un confort optimal. Le personnel, incroyablement accueillant et attentionné, nous a fait sentir comme chez nous. Les repas, originaux et savoureux, proposaient de délicieuses spécialités du désert. Entre les activités du désert en journée et l'observation des étoiles la nuit, nous avons trouvé l'équilibre parfait entre détente et plaisir, pour une expérience fantastique. Un avis vraiment positif.

La chambre était très grande et neuve, la décoration très agréable, ce qui rendait le séjour confortable. Le petit déjeuner était varié. Nous étions là pour un concours avec les enfants, et la réception s'est occupée de récupérer et d'envoyer nos costumes de scène, le service était excellent. Un hôtel avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

The Zhongwei Shadu Hotel is 4 star property located on a roundabout next to the highway linking Zhongwei with the Shapotou river scenic area. It's about 8 kilometres to town or about 20 yuan by taxi. The Shapotou river area is 11 kilometres away while the Shapotou desert area is about 16 kilometres away. The immediate area of the hotel once filled with shops and restaurants has now mainly closed down and is pretty much abandoned. The hotel itself offers fairly premium rooms with good beds, crisp linens, fresh towels and an excellent bathroom that holds a hot shower with good water pressure. A special note of appreciation to the very friendly and hard working housekeeping who really stand out at this property. The receptionists are not overly friendly but they are professional and are really trying to fulfil the guest's requests as expected from a property of this level. The female manager on duty when we checked in was avoiding eye contact and flatly refused to speak to me directly when I addressed her with an issue. One of the receptionists, the one who showed us our room, (unfortunately we don't know her name), was outstanding in her very friendly attitude. She was very mindful of problem solving. She should be recommended as the hotel's most outstanding employee especially when it comes to dealing with foreign guests. If the location out of town is acceptable for you, the Zhongwei Shadu Hotel is recommended as a decent four star hotel. Probably this hotel is most convenient for guests who arrive with their own car. Recommend ☀️☀️☀️

My friend and I stayed at the campsite for two nights and had a wonderful time. We come from the United Kingdom and do not speak Chinese so there was a language barrier. However, despite this the staff were very helpful and patient, and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. The location itself is very nice. The sand dunes are very impressive and fun to climb on. The food was lovely, especially the scrambled egg with tomatoes and cucumber salad. The campsite provides many fun activities. We particularly enjoyed the kareoke and the dice games we played with We Bon and the others. They also had other games for children which we enjoyed even though they are not designed for our age group😹. Altogether we would highly recommend staying at this place. Our only slight complaint would be concerning an external activity we did which was the go carting. We paid 80 yuan for one lap in the car which felt like a scam😹. So we would not recommend that activity. Another honourable mention would go to the taxi driver who was very lovely and showed around many activities with a lot of patience. Lastly we hope to have a rematch arm wrestle when we come back, and also that the younger guy finds love soon😂🫰🥰
