Petit déjeuner bien rapport qualité prix notre chambre etait coté rue et très bruyante, la fenêtre paraît défectueuse et laisse entendre les bruits de la rue. La paroi de douche laissait passer l’eau à l’extérieur, et les joints de douche étaient noir et moisis. Emplacement au top, tous les services sont à proximité

L'hôtel est situé à quelques minutes de Guggenheim Museum Bilbao, qui était prévu à Bilbao. Il y a un parking à l'hôtel avec un tarif disponible lors de la réservation. Le petit déjeuner était bon. L'hôtel et le restaurant sont amicaux et gentils. La chambre est moderne et propre, elle est équipée d'une vue sur les rues.

Beautiful hotel, amazing facilities to work from, one of the best gyms that I’ve been to, it would have been so much more seamless if parking, gym etc were included in the price. Especially if the pool provided by the gym is not available, not having to pay for the gym one would make more sense

Choose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city. What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage. The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers. We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom. The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

I have a great stay! The location is fantastic — just a few steps from the Guggenheim Museum, which made exploring the city super convenient. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable — exactly what we were hoping for. However, there's one detail that could be clearer: the hotel advertises ”private parking,” but in reality, it's a public city parking lot located about 450 meters away. It costs €20 per day, and there is no parking directly at the hotel. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to know in advance.

L'hôtel se trouve à environ 17 minutes à pied des quais et du musée Guggenheim. Juste à côté, vous trouverez un GOiko et un Burger King, ainsi que des bars, des boulangeries et des cafés. Le personnel est très accueillant et une consigne à bagages est disponible. J'avais réservé une place de parking car il est difficile de se garer dans le quartier, qui est classé en zone verte/bleue/rouge. Ils nous ont permis de laisser la voiture plus longtemps que prévu sans frais supplémentaires… génial ! Excellent rapport qualité-prix. La chambre, mansardée, était au cinquième étage. Pour des raisons de sécurité, la fenêtre ne s'ouvrait pas complètement. Le lit était confortable, mais il n'y avait qu'un seul oreiller par personne (le seul point négatif). L'hôtel fournit une gourde réutilisable à remplir d'eau filtrée chaude et froide, disponible à chaque étage, et offre de l'eau gratuitement à tous les clients. La salle de bain était spacieuse et équipée d'une douche. Propreté impeccable.

A True Gem That Feels Like a 4-Star Hotel! My stay at the Sercotel Arenal Bilbao was flawless. The hotel is absolutely spotless, with lovely decor and beautiful views from the room. The entire hotel, from the elegant lobby to my room, was spotless. It was clear that the housekeeping team takes immense pride in their work, ensuring a pristine and hygienic environment that immediately made me feel at ease. The reception staff provided excellent, warm service. The breakfast was perfect—not too big, not too small, but just the right selection for an amazing start to the day. The management is clearly doing a fantastic job. With this level of quality and attention to detail, this hotel truly operates like a four-star property. I can't wait to return.

Loved my stay at Hotel Arriaga! The location is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of everything and super easy to walk everywhere. The room was clean, modern, and the bed was super comfy. The staff were really lovely and gave us some great tips for local pintxo bars. The vibe is relaxed and unpretentious, which we appreciated. Small note for light sleepers: ask for a room away from the street, as it can get a bit lively at night (but that's part of the charm of being in a great location!). The WiFi was also a bit spotty at times. Overall, fantastic value for money. Would definitely stay here again for a casual city break! Perfect for: Travelers who want a central spot without the fancy price tag.
