Installations : nouvelles Santé : La chambre a donné à la fourchette d'eau. Quelqu'un est-il trop touché ? Environnement: Ouais, plus que prévu, la chambre peut également voir Gibraltar Service : la réception est un peu délicate, mais les gens sont bien.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, the grounds were well maintained, and everything was designed for a comfortable отдых. The location by the ocean was a big plus and made it easy to truly unwind. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the food was good with a nice variety to choose from. Of course, like anywhere, there are always small details that could be improved, but they didn’t affect our overall experience. We left with great impressions and would definitely consider coming back.

La communication de l'hôtel n'est pas rapide ni efficace. La distance de la plage de l'hôtel a changé de 5 à 12 minutes, et la promesse de la réception 24-hour a changé à aucune réception. Le code d'accès n'a pas été envoyé immédiatement après l'enregistrement, mais je l'ai obtenu de l'hôtel seulement après que Trip a contacté l'hôtel. L'appartement est rénové avec une cuisine ouverte. La salle de bain n'a qu'un serviette pour chaque personne pour un séjour 4-day. La pression de l'eau est forte et rapide. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, mais le tableur n'est pas visible. La chambre et la chambre sont équipées de fenêtres, mais nous sommes au même niveau que les gens de la rue. La machine de lavage et de séchage est partagée avec d'autres voyageurs sur le toit. La fonction de nettoyage est bonne, mais la séchage n'est pas bonne. Le hanger n'a été trouvé que le dernier jour après que le nettoyeur me l'a montré. L'hôtel devrait le dire le premier jour où je leur ai demandé, plutôt que de me demander de leur donner un appel alors que je n'étais qu'à un renseignement oui et que je ne pouvais pas faire un appel. Les parasols de plage sont également stockés dans un lobby qui n'est pas visible pour nous jusqu'au jour où nous avons vérifié.

What a fantastic place - we'll be back! We stayed for one night in a superior room with breathtaking views over the reservoir, it was super-clean and actually inside the castle itself. The bed was incredibly comfortable with aircon in every room, although there was a beautiful cool breeze flowing through the large picture window. We had a salon, with a TV but, oddly, just one armchair, a mezzanine floor with a couch and nothing else at all - also odd and a separate bedroom, I had to ask at reception for another chair to be brought in, as only one of us could sit down to admire the view and have a drink, but that was done immediately, without any fuss or delay. The two staff members were extremely courteous and helpful, really nice guys for whom nothing was too much trouble, the barman was also the waiter at the restaurant, located 30m out of the entrance in another building, but very close. Breakfast was served on-site and was very decent, only hot selection was a very good Spanish omelette (tortilla de patatas) and some pleasant mini cocktail sausages, the rest was fresh hams, bread, butter, toast, spreads & jams, cereals, yoghurts plus a lot of very fresh fruit - with the usual coffee and fresh orange juice,, so very good all-in-all. The downsides: 1. There is little or no Wifi coverage in the room (our one at least), plus almost zero cellphone coverage in the rooms; 2. The parking is down the steep hill that leads up to the castle, so a hard trip with luggage up to the reception. 3. The El Ajibe restaurant, which is part of the Hotel, even though it's just along the lane was extremely average to poor, I couldn't really eat what I ordered as it was burnt and very dry, but there are other places to eat in the village; Other than these inconveniences, I would highly recommend this spectacular hotel, maybe not the restaurant, but the castle itself is beautiful with much of the original features being built into the modern feel of the place, overall, it was an awesome stay and we will be back again, without a doubt!

У нас было трех дневное путешествие по Кадису, остановившись в данном отеле, ничуть не пожалели. Номер полностью соответствовал описанию и фотографии, отличная уборка, несмотря на то что сантехника немного устарела, в номере было очень чисто и уютно. Вкусный, свежий и  и разнообразный завтрак. Очень внимательный и дружелюбный персонал. Удачное расположение отеля, Рядом океан, множество кафе, до Старого города Кадис можно дойти пешком или доехать на автобусе, остановка рядом.   Спасибо сотрудникам за гостеприимство !! С радостью вернемся снова!

L'hôtel était magnifique, propre et très grand. Les réceptionniste sont très sympathique et parlent plusieurs langues. La chambre spacieuse, propre avec une baignoire et un balcon. Les serviettes étaient propres et il y avait un sèche cheveux, du gel douche, du savon et du shampoing à disposition dans la salle de bain. L'hôtel est situé à deux pas de la gare des bus donc facile d'accès si vous venez en bus (par exemple de Gibraltar comme nous). Je recommande cet hôtel à 100% car je n'ai aucun point negatif à citer

My friends and I really loved our stay in a 4 person tent, comfy double beds, a fridge & cute table to sit outside at. We were positioned at the end of a big row of tents so it was perfect, the tent was cool enough with the fan and also not as many bugs as expected but some ants in the tent but impossible not to have bugs outside camping!! The pool was nice but very crowded of course, would be good to open earlier than 12, breakfast at the onsite restaurant was good and cheap. They could do a delivery service and charge to the tent I think people would love it.

Общее впечатление об отеле хорошее. Очень красивый вид из окна, вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Удобные и широкие кровати в номере. Сыну понравилась дополнительная кровать. На территории есть большой бассейн. Минусы: в коридоре на стене увидела огромного таракана, и на ресепшен мы провели больше одного часа, чтобы заселится в номер (очень медленно, огромная очередь).

Good location if you are going to stay in La Bahia de San Fernando, a shopping center close to the hotel and a train station. The breakfast is really good with lists of options. The rooms need a refurbishment, really old amenities

Le personnel de l'établissement était super sympa. Le logement était très bien situé, il était à deux pas des rues commerçantes plaines de cafés, bars, restaurants, magazins, supermarchés, etc. Le logement est situé à environ 15 minutes à pied de la frontière avec Gibraltar. Le logement est situé au premier étage sans ascenseur. La douche était très étroite et l'eau sortait une fois froide, une fois chaude, une fois bouillante, impossible de la régler.
