GGreat AThis is a crown jewel in UK! Boutique hotel with fantastic service and hospitality. So friendly and world top notch professional service that only another 5-star hotel in Kensington London can compared to (in other words, other 5-star hotels can’t even reach such high standard). I got butler service. Front desk Hannah is very friendly and helpful with sweet smiles. Greeted by GM and was guided to see some suites. Breakfast is gorgeous. Suite is clean with top brand kitchen facility. You can’t find a better 5-star hotel at this room rate. I’ll definitely come to stay here again and again.

LLigoumaologL'hôtel est bien situé, à environ 15 minutes à pied de l'hôtel de ville. Si vous êtes en bonne condition physique, vous pouvez également vous rendre à pied à l'université Queen's. L'éclairage de la pièce est un peu faible, mais les conditions d'hygiène sont correctes. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet anglais typique, qui est plutôt bon.
Il y a une chose à laquelle vous devez faire attention. La nuit, vous pouvez souvent entendre un bruit étrange de pieds de chaise en métal frottant contre le carrelage, mais l'hôtel a de la moquette et ce bruit ne devrait pas être entendu. Ce qui est encore plus étrange, c'est que le bruit est toujours là dans la deuxième moitié de la nuit. Parfois, je m'endors mais je suis réveillé par ce bruit étrange. Les personnes sujettes à l'insomnie doivent donc choisir avec soin.

IInvitéNous avons séjourné ici pour aller à un concert Katy Perry dans l'arène SSE. Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre avec 2 x Queen begs pour 4 filles. C'était fab! La chambre était sans place, les lits étaient si confortables, et le personnel était très agréable et utile. Nous avons juste mangé des livraisons pour le repas et la boisson avant le concert et nous avons fait un magnifique petit déjeuner. Je recommande cet hôtel à tout le monde car je crois qu'il s'occupe de tout. Je rentre en janvier 2026 et je ne peux pas attendre.

CCicianThe biggest drawback is its location, which is quite rural, surrounded by nature parks, and small residential towns.
On the plus side, the rooms are genuinely spacious. This time, I stayed near the edge of the building, with windows on two sides. One of the windows opens to a view of distant snow-capped mountains 🏔️. Additionally, the soundproofing and cleanliness were excellent. The air control system can be a bit noisy, but once it’s turned off at night, the room is wonderfully quiet.
The hotel also features its own gym and swimming pool, which include some classes, a sauna, a steam room, and a hydrotherapy pool. While it can get busy during peak hours, it never felt overcrowded. Many of the club members are local residents, and listening to their amusing banter in the steam room was quite entertaining.
Staying at a hotel alone is such a blissful way to relax. When I get home, I’ve decided to upgrade my bedding and incorporate sauna sessions into my routine!

PPhoenix WenA very well-located hotel. The lobby also looks quite nice! Check-in was smooth. The room was spacious; since we booked a family room, there was also a sofa. Overall, we were very satisfied with the room. However, it's worth mentioning that the sink in the bathroom was clogged, which made it impossible to use, and it was also leaking. The soundproofing was not good; we could hear people talking in the next room. There were a lot of people checking out in the morning. I hope there can be improvements!

LLisaLA lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel.

HHastajaUn séjour vraiment très agréable. La chambre est très spacieuse et dispose de tout le nécessaire. L'enregistrement automatique était également facile et on pouvait prendre une bière gratuite dans le réfrigérateur. On n'entendait même pas le bruit du bar en contrebas, donc pour nous, c'était un 10/10.

IInvitéL'appartement était très bon, très propre et dans une bonne position. Le seul problème était que je ne l'avais pas réalisé jusqu'à ce que je l'ai eu, c'était que j'avais dû déposer un dépôt. Je pense que cela aurait dû être une partie des détails quand j'ai réservé. Ils ont été informés que ce serait seulement un montant en attente mais ils m'ont facturé.
