Hôtels 4 étoiles à Belfast

Un hôtel de chaîne standard avec une hygiène de base. L'enregistrement a été organisé directement au 8ème étage. Le paysage à l'extérieur de la fenêtre était très bon et le champ de vision était très large. La chambre était très propre, avec une baignoire, un lit confortable et un large choix d'oreillers. Bon emplacement. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, tout à l'anglaise. Si vous vivez seul, le rapport qualité-prix est un peu faible.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here to go to a concert at the SSE arena. I can safely say that the staff are the friendliest I’ve ever experienced in Belfast - very helpful and engaging throughout. We also ate here and the food was delicious and we got a great deal as it was before 7pm. The breakfast is also to die for! And the beds.. it’s just bliss!! I can’t wait to come back already.

I booked this hotel for my Mum so this is her review. She had a great time and loved the hotel. The staff were fantastic especially Muhammed and Sandra in the restaurant. They were so kind and helpful, even found me a teapot and remembered me each day despite having a full hotel of guests!  Fab location, very central and easy to get around.  Initially my room view was of bins and an alleyway but Leona on reception was so helpful and  moved me to the front so I was near my daughter and had a lovely view of City hall.  Would def recommend this hotel.  The staff make I special And I would def book again!  Pics show new room and first room.  Just note they have live music Thursday to Sun so the noise can travel up

Pros: Excellent location, wonderful breakfast, very friendly staff, and a huge room.Cons: The room had an internal connecting door to the neighboring room (likely a family option), which meant zero soundproofing. I could hear every single thing from next door — it felt like the neighbors were right there in my room. It was EXTREMELY noisy. As for the cleaning, there were someone’s nail clippings on the carpet and hair in the corners, it is unacceptable level of hygiene. Cleanliness and housekeeping are definitely not this hotel's strong suits.

We were welcomed at reception by one of the friendliest receptionist we have ever met, Aimee or Emma was her name. Nothing was too much trouble for her from checking in to where to go for good food and entertainment, and inquired the next morning on how things went. The hotel is in a great location, comfortable and spacious rooms , have booked to return in April. The only thing we would say was missing was a sign on the footpath pointing out the hotel. Top marks all round .

Nous avons été accueillis très bien à partir du moment où nous sommes entrés dans le Hampton à Hilton Cental. Le check-in était un plaisir et très efficace. Nous avons été autorisés jusqu'à nos chambres tôt. Le personnel n'a pas pu être plus agréable et utile. La chambre était sans spot 404. Le lit était très confortable. Les serviettes étaient fluffy et abondantes. La douche était fab. Le petit déjeuner était très utile pour nous trouver un table très rapidement, même si la salle de mange était très occupée.  Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Je ne suis pas surpris que l'hôtel ait remporté les prix du personnel.

We arrived hours earlier than check-in time and were allowed to park our car in the underground garage. This allowed us to take a bus or walk the 30 mins into the city centre, When we did check-in we were made up with the size and space available to us, 2 bedrooms, large dining table and good size kitchen area, it was also great to see lovely body wash and shampoo to use in the bathroom, everywhere was clean, we stayed 4 nts and the cleaner came in a tidied and change towels for us. The tesco shoo was handy for picking up some pizzas and wine, saving us some money when on a tight budget, we would definitely stay again,

C'est mon deuxième séjour à l'hôtel Clayton, et l'expérience a été agréable et les hébergements étaient confortables. Cependant, j'ai noté que le personnel de la réception pourrait bénéficier d'une attention accrue et d'une plus grande proactivité dans l'assistance des invités. À plusieurs reprises, il semblait que les invités n'étaient pas immédiatement reconnus, ce qui peut laisser une impression d'inattention particulièrement pour les visiteurs internationaux. J'ai passé un séjour absolument merveilleux, qui a dépassé toutes mes attentes. Je suis arrivé assez tard et j'ai dû m'enregistrer et récupérer les clés moi-même, mais la procédure m'a été clairement expliquée à l'avance et s'est avérée incroyablement simple et pratique. Ma chambre était spacieuse, impeccablement propre et très bien équipée. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les deux miroirs, chacun avec son propre éclairage : un vrai plus ! L'emplacement était également idéal, très pratique pour se déplacer. Le personnel était absolument adorable et a contribué à cette expérience positive. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j'y retournerais avec plaisir.

The location right in the heart of South Belfast and near Ulster Museum leaves nothing to be desired. The service in this establishment does not either. Our room had plenty of light as it was on the 2nd floor and featured one of those 3 Victorian bay windows. The only tiny little fly in the ointment was the fact our bathroom sink did not seem to have warm water - but the shower made up for that. This mini hotel is great value for money and the cleanliness is beyond reproach.
