Hôtels 4 étoiles à Belfast

Un hôtel de chaîne standard avec une hygiène de base. L'enregistrement a été organisé directement au 8ème étage. Le paysage à l'extérieur de la fenêtre était très bon et le champ de vision était très large. La chambre était très propre, avec une baignoire, un lit confortable et un large choix d'oreillers. Bon emplacement. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, tout à l'anglaise. Si vous vivez seul, le rapport qualité-prix est un peu faible.

Nous avons séjourné ici pour aller à un concert Katy Perry dans l'arène SSE. Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre avec 2 x Queen begs pour 4 filles. C'était fab! La chambre était sans place, les lits étaient si confortables, et le personnel était très agréable et utile. Nous avons juste mangé des livraisons pour le repas et la boisson avant le concert et nous avons fait un magnifique petit déjeuner. Je recommande cet hôtel à tout le monde car je crois qu'il s'occupe de tout. Je rentre en janvier 2026 et je ne peux pas attendre.

Pros: Excellent location, wonderful breakfast, very friendly staff, and a huge room.Cons: The room had an internal connecting door to the neighboring room (likely a family option), which meant zero soundproofing. I could hear every single thing from next door — it felt like the neighbors were right there in my room. It was EXTREMELY noisy. As for the cleaning, there were someone’s nail clippings on the carpet and hair in the corners, it is unacceptable level of hygiene. Cleanliness and housekeeping are definitely not this hotel's strong suits.

Nice hotel,located 5 minutes walk from grand central station. Excellent buffet breakfast  Only negative was a flashing green light down low beside locker! Flashed all night long

I felt kinda disappointed. Had a couple of issues with my room while I was there. The clogged drain was fixed fine. But they never did anything about the broken air conditioner unit. Very uncomfortable to sleep when the room was so hot. Even the guest service operator sounded doubtful that the maintenance team would get to it. Breakfast was decent. The offerings were the same everyday. Good option if your room rate covers that. For location it's also not as good as I hoped. This hotel seems on the map to be close to the Belfast ICC. However, its main entrance is on the complete opposite side of the building. You essentially walk entirely around the outside before reaching the ICC doors. If I return to Belfast I'll stay somewhere else.

A lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel.

Le plus grand désavantage est son emplacement, qui est assez rural, entouré de parcs naturels et de petites villes résidentielles. Les chambres sont vraiment spacieuses. Cette fois, j'ai séjourné près du bord du bâtiment, avec des fenêtres sur deux côtés. L'une des fenêtres s'ouvre à la vue de montagnes éloignées de neige 🏔️. Le système de contrôle de l'air peut être un peu bruyant, mais une fois fermé la nuit, la chambre est magnifiquement calme. L'hôtel dispose également d'une salle de sport et d'une piscine, qui comprend des classes, une sauna, une salle à vapeur et une piscine hydrothérapie. Beaucoup de membres du club sont des résidents locaux, et écouter leur amusant banner dans la salle de vapeur était très amusant. Le séjour d'un hôtel seul est une façon si heureuse de se détendre.

This is my second stay at the Clayton Hotel, and overall, the experience was pleasant and the accommodations were comfortable. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the hotel offers good value for an overnight stay. However, I observed that the reception staff could benefit from being more attentive and proactive in assisting guests. On several occasions, it seemed that guests were not immediately acknowledged, which can leave an impression of inattentiveness — particularly for international visitors. My previous stay was three years ago, and I was hoping to see some improvement in this area. Consistent professionalism and warm hospitality at the front desk would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I look forward to seeing positive changes on my next visit.

L'hôtel est un hôtel de type domestique de type rouge brillant. Il est plein de charme et dispose d'un magnifique jardin frontal. Vous avez tout accès à toutes les zones de séjour et de repas sur le sol à tout moment, qui est excellent pour les photos et le relax. La chambre était une petite étage mais a une vue magnifique sur la salle de bain des collines de la ville. Le restaurant de Ryan est un grand cri pour des aliments et des boissons irlandaises à un prix raisonnable. La dame de la table de front nous a également fourni une assistance directe pour réserver notre voyage sur le tour de Causeway.

The location right in the heart of South Belfast and near Ulster Museum leaves nothing to be desired. The service in this establishment does not either. Our room had plenty of light as it was on the 2nd floor and featured one of those 3 Victorian bay windows. The only tiny little fly in the ointment was the fact our bathroom sink did not seem to have warm water - but the shower made up for that. This mini hotel is great value for money and the cleanliness is beyond reproach.
