Hôtels 4 étoiles à Belfast

This is a crown jewel in UK! Boutique hotel with fantastic service and hospitality. So friendly and world top notch professional service that only another 5-star hotel in Kensington London can compared to (in other words, other 5-star hotels can’t even reach such high standard). I got butler service. Front desk Hannah is very friendly and helpful with sweet smiles. Greeted by GM and was guided to see some suites. Breakfast is gorgeous. Suite is clean with top brand kitchen facility. You can’t find a better 5-star hotel at this room rate. I’ll definitely come to stay here again and again. Thanks so much for your great service!

L'hôtel est bien situé, à environ 15 minutes à pied de l'hôtel de ville. Si vous êtes en bonne condition physique, vous pouvez également vous rendre à pied à l'université Queen's. L'éclairage de la pièce est un peu faible, mais les conditions d'hygiène sont correctes. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet anglais typique, qui est plutôt bon. Il y a une chose à laquelle vous devez faire attention. La nuit, vous pouvez souvent entendre un bruit étrange de pieds de chaise en métal frottant contre le carrelage, mais l'hôtel a de la moquette et ce bruit ne devrait pas être entendu. Ce qui est encore plus étrange, c'est que le bruit est toujours là dans la deuxième moitié de la nuit. Parfois, je m'endors mais je suis réveillé par ce bruit étrange. Les personnes sujettes à l'insomnie doivent donc choisir avec soin.

Room was lsrge and well appointed with very large tv, fridge. Large walkin shower and plenty of tea/ coffee facilities. Shower was slightly cool but good sekection of toiletries. Service at dinner and bar was very good. Overall great stay at convenient location.

Situé dans une belle zone de Belfast, à environ 5-10 minutes à pied de la gare Grand Central.  Le personnel est très utile pour proposer et organiser des lieux de visite dans la région.  La chambre est moderne et bien entretenue et le petit déjeuner est bon. 10/10

Le centre de l'hôtel est situé dans le centre de l'hôtel, le centre de l'hôtel est situé dans le centre de l'hôtel. La douche était très froide à 5 h en hiver malheureusement et un membre du personnel essayait d'aider à ne pas profiter. Si vous restiez encore, mais il est peu probable que ce soit la première fois que l'eau chaude a été un problème, vous imaginez qu'il y aura des contrôles et/ou des protocoles pour traiter cette situation, surtout en hiver.

We arrived hours earlier than check-in time and were allowed to park our car in the underground garage. This allowed us to take a bus or walk the 30 mins into the city centre, When we did check-in we were made up with the size and space available to us, 2 bedrooms, large dining table and good size kitchen area, it was also great to see lovely body wash and shampoo to use in the bathroom, everywhere was clean, we stayed 4 nts and the cleaner came in a tidied and change towels for us. The tesco shoo was handy for picking up some pizzas and wine, saving us some money when on a tight budget, we would definitely stay again,

The biggest drawback is its location, which is quite rural, surrounded by nature parks, and small residential towns. On the plus side, the rooms are genuinely spacious. This time, I stayed near the edge of the building, with windows on two sides. One of the windows opens to a view of distant snow-capped mountains 🏔️. Additionally, the soundproofing and cleanliness were excellent. The air control system can be a bit noisy, but once it’s turned off at night, the room is wonderfully quiet. The hotel also features its own gym and swimming pool, which include some classes, a sauna, a steam room, and a hydrotherapy pool. While it can get busy during peak hours, it never felt overcrowded. Many of the club members are local residents, and listening to their amusing banter in the steam room was quite entertaining. Staying at a hotel alone is such a blissful way to relax. When I get home, I’ve decided to upgrade my bedding and incorporate sauna sessions into my routine!

A lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel.

L'hôtel est un hôtel de type domestique de type rouge brillant. Il est plein de charme et dispose d'un magnifique jardin frontal. Vous avez tout accès à toutes les zones de séjour et de repas sur le sol à tout moment, qui est excellent pour les photos et le relax. La chambre était une petite étage mais a une vue magnifique sur la salle de bain des collines de la ville. Le restaurant de Ryan est un grand cri pour des aliments et des boissons irlandaises à un prix raisonnable. La dame de la table de front nous a également fourni une assistance directe pour réserver notre voyage sur le tour de Causeway.

The location right in the heart of South Belfast and near Ulster Museum leaves nothing to be desired. The service in this establishment does not either. Our room had plenty of light as it was on the 2nd floor and featured one of those 3 Victorian bay windows. The only tiny little fly in the ointment was the fact our bathroom sink did not seem to have warm water - but the shower made up for that. This mini hotel is great value for money and the cleanliness is beyond reproach.
