＞＞＞the good - warm bathroom floor, daytime reception lady's service attitude (the ex-nurse), aircon, downstairs quiet seating area, coffee and croissants in morning, blackout curtains, windows/view of racecourse
＞＞＞the bad - booking error by Roomzzz - they cancelled the wrong dates when i made a change (although compensated us with upgrade thank you), no free parking (and the ringgo app forced us to pay GBP15 for 24 hours for only part-day parking), we had to remind staff about room cleaning twice, the night receptionist was not customer-friendly and also was constantly listened to loud TV on speaker, the bed sheets had some stains on when we checked in see pic.

IInvitéI have been to chester loads of time. Love the place. Also when i visited chester i love to go to chester oaks designer outlet. This is the first time i have stayed at the moxy hotel . The location is in a great location for the train station and it right in the canal . My friend and i stayed in room 257 . The room was very modern and clean . I would definitely stay at the moxy hotel next time i am in chester

La chambre que nous avons réservée n'a rien de semblable aux images de la publicité et j'ai dû vérifier avec la réception que nous avions la chambre correcte.
Pour 330 £ par nuit, je ne pense pas qu'on ait une chambre à prix, mais le personnel était très agréable et très bienvenu.

IInvitéLovely hotel with nice big clean rooms. A few issues though - you really need a car to get here as it's a bit far out from the city centre. In my room there was a room service menu and a number to dial for room service, but no phone. The food and drink was ok. During my stay there was only 1 person on the bar and service was a little slow. I ordered a soft drink and it was a bit flat, definitely not worth the £4 they charged for it. Because of staff shortages the dining room was filled with tables that needed to be cleaned. Breakfast was also a bit of a disaster. They charge £15 for it but definitely not worth it. There's a self serve hot buffet which was fine, nothing exceptional. There was no coffee available, just tea bags and hot water. Also there were no plates available at the continental station - really missing attention to detail when there were quite a few staff members present.

IInvitéWe had a lovely greeting and a pleasant suprise our room was ready early so we were able to go straight to the room.
The room was spacious, quiet and clean. Lovely toiletries in bathroom.
The staff throughout were always friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was good although a few items were not replenished for quite a while.
We have stayed previously as location is excellent and we are always happy with the service and standard.

La chambre était grande et spacieuse. Seul le bas est la douche n'était pas grande, il n'y avait pas beaucoup de pouvoir et l'eau était trop chaude.
Sinon, c'était un séjour agréable

IInvitéAs a big fan of Premier Inns I felt this one wasn't up to their usual standard. Beds always very comfortable but the bedding wasnt adequate, slightly ill-fitting. Also the room was cold and the air con set to high did not work. The TV also did not work in our room, aerial connection was cited aa the reason on-screen.
On a lesser and more personal note, i like the scrambled eggs option in the morning but only fried eggs were offered at breakfast.

IInvitéThis is a very traditional hotel. It has a very good leisure centre (so don’t forget your swim suit).
The hotel has a large bar area which is very comfortable and the prices reasonable.
There is a large free car park.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
