BBaikieLa première chambre a été attribuée et la télévision n'a pas fonctionné mais le personnel m'a bien déménagé dans une autre chambre. Le gestionnaire de l'hôtel m'a remboursé un séjour de nuit, mais je ne comprends pas pourquoi ils utiliseront les chambres si des réparations avaient lieu.

Personnel sont absolument incroyable. Amour rester ici. Merci de nous avoir vu Reuben et l'équipe nous reviendrons souvent !

CCazPerfect for staying overnight after watching Sarah Millican at Derby Arena. Less than a 10 min walk. So relieved we stayed there after seeing the traffic queues to and from the arena.
2 min walk to Frankie & Benny’s for food. Excellent friendly service from everyone we met on reception. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Lovely and clean and modern. Decent price for rooms and parking. Would definitely recommend it.

IInvitéFrom the outside, the hotel makes a charming first impression with its elegant façade, ornate balconies, and a warmly lit lobby that exudes a sense of old-world charm. The check-in process is smooth, and the staff are courteous and eager to help.
The room was clean and spacious, the décor is a bit dated but it adds a character to the place and I like it. The only small issue was, there’s no window only a door to the balcony which is locked and we cannot access it making the room stuffy.
Also, it was difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep due to a noise of exhaust fan in the bathroom throughout the night.
The bed was comfortable and having an iron was a bonus.
Will I stay again? Definitely.

JJoannebtfWe recently stayed at this hotel and were very impressed by the staff — they were consistently friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. The bed was also exceptionally comfortable, which made a positive difference.
However, the interior of the rooms did not quite match the photos provided online. Our group stayed in three different rooms, and unfortunately, none of the thermal meters were functioning properly. The rooms were uncomfortably hot, making it difficult to fall asleep. In my own room, the washbasin was also clogged, which caused further inconvenience.

Le lit avait des cheveux qui devaient être mentionnés à la réception pour un changement de chambre, le coucher n'était pas non plus dans un grand état. Sinon, pas mauvais pour le prix. Le plus cher dans la zone. Location est OK cependant il faut voyager environ 10 minutes pour aller à un centre commercial local ou un supermarché pour acheter tout aliment décent b
