The room was spacious with a huge king-size bed. We had complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar which was a nice touch. Breakfast was nice, there were hot and continental options from a buffet. I used the sauna and gym during our stay around 8a.m, I was the only person in there so very pleasant. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Clayton Hotel Manchester with my family for one night on 01 August 2026, and we had a truly pleasant experience. The room had a good layout, was clean, comfortable, and perfectly prepared for a family stay. The overall environment felt fresh, quiet, and well‑maintained, which helped us relax after a long journey. The location is excellent, very close to Manchester Airport and the train station, making travel extremely convenient. The hotel also provides a shuttle service both ways from the airport and train station. The transport in charge was very helpful, assisting with our luggage and handling everything with extra care during drop‑off at the airport. This thoughtful service was truly appreciated. I would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming hotel in Manchester.

The location of this property is excellent and was easily the highlight of our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance, and the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, there were a number of issues that affected our overall experience. The blackout blinds do not fully cover the windows, allowing daylight through the sides from very early in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep. We initially had to change rooms due to cleanliness concerns. In the first apartment, we found some soiled items in the bathroom bin and a heavily rusted tin opener. In the second apartment, there were unpleasant smells coming from the fridge and the cupboard under the sink, and while the tin opener was in better condition than the first, it also showed signs of rust. Some areas also appeared to have been missed during cleaning, including around the fridge hinge. The biggest disappointment was the comfort. The sofa beds were uncomfortable to sit on, with the cushions constantly sliding forward. The main bed was even more disappointing. It appeared to be two beds pushed together, was noisy whenever you moved, and provided one of the poorest nights’ sleep I’ve had in accommodation. By the end of our stay I was waking up with a sore, stiff back, which was particularly frustrating as this trip was supposed to be a break after several weeks of physically demanding decorating work at home. For a bed advertised as a large double, it also felt surprisingly short. We also experienced an issue with our room key after arranging a late checkout, which meant an unnecessary trip back to reception to have it reprogrammed. Noise from furniture being dragged around in the apartment above was noticeable during our stay as well. Overall, the apartment had the facilities we needed and the location is hard to fault, but the comfort, maintenance and attention to detail fell below expectations. While I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, I would think carefully before choosing to stay here again.

酒店沒有自己的接送機班車，班車需要自己上網預訂。一個成人約3.6英鎊，而且夜間班車也沒有！從T2客運大樓去酒店，可以由T2客運大樓走天橋步道，先到火車站，再下樓，出車站一樓向T1方向的大門，從有過街行人信號燈的地方過馬路，朝Clayton酒店方向走，在碰到的第一個行人過街信號燈的地方，再過馬路。此時可以順着步道繞一圈，也可以直接穿過一片土路到馬路邊，此時就可以看到Crown Plaza酒店了。沿着步道走，即可到達酒店。全程需要二十分鐘。如果從T1和T3客運大樓出來，不需要走天橋，但是也需要過兩段馬路。對於第一次到曼城的人來説，確實是個考驗！ 另外，酒店的房間，乾淨程度可以説，配得上四星的標準！但就不要期望酒店房間有多寬敞了！除了電視顯得有點大，相對房間大小來説。電視基本衹能看BBC之類的節目吧。油管等需要聯網的節目，有時能聯網，有時聯不上網！網飛等其它網絡媒體，需要註冊付費！酒店提供的免費WI-FI，能連上網的時侯，還比較快；關鍵是經常連不上，不知道是不是客户太多的緣故！這個網絡水準，可是匹配不上四星的水平！酒店早餐，就是典型的英式風格。每天的樣式沒有變化，最早可以5:30進餐，這對於趕早班飛機的旅客，比較友好！

Really great location, in walking distance from the airport terminal and railway (but no walking directions given by the hotel which was a slight oversight) The shower was so good and great towels and comfy bed. Some design issues which let the hotel down. Difficult to move heavy cases over thick carpet and the door to the room wasn’t one that would latch to keep it open. Just annoying when you’re really tired… but the worst thing was the lack of soundproofing and the toilet making random flushing noises every few minutes. So sadly I didn’t sleep well at all which is surely the top priority at a hotel.

Ils vous offrent un bon de rabais dans les parcs publics de voiture. Les chambres sont propres mais la décoration est un travail de patch-up tout au long. Le bruit du tram est horrible et la nuit comme les fenêtres ne sont pas sonores. Dans notre chambre, le chauffage était hors d'ordre et des radiateurs remplis d'huile étaient placés au lieu. Les chaînes de télévision ont soit l'option de téléviser, soit de se connecter à votre téléphone: le mauvais air a empêché la plupart des chaînes et la télévision ne se connectant qu'aux androïdes du personnel et non à nos iPhones. Il n'y a pas d'options pour les applications telles que youtube ou netflix et les enfants doivent se divertir sur leur tablette. La piscine est la taille d'un privé dans un foyer résidentiel. Le personnel est courtois et le petit déjeuner est loin et loin satisfaisant. La salle majestueuse de leurs photos n'était pas à voir.

L'arrivée de 2 membres du personnel derrière le bureau de réception regardait sur un écran, je suppose qu'ils faisaient face à 2 femmes qui se tenaient légèrement à un côté, mais quand j'ai réussi à attraper l'un de leurs yeux, Il a demandé si il pouvait aider & semblait surpris que j'attendais à check-in ! J'ai envoyé la dame à l'avant de moi. Lorsque mon tour est arrivé, je me suis donné mon nom et que j'avais une chambre pour 2 adultes & un toddler & avait demandé un sac de voyage. Il a demandé à la maison de revoir le signal que j'avais fait. Enfin, j'ai trouvé mon confirmation de réservation en ligne, je suis retourné à l'intérieur et lui ai donné le numéro de référence de réservation auquel il m'a dit que c'était faux. Il m'a demandé de me décrire mon nom complet sur un pantalon de papier qu'il a continué à imprimer les détails de ma réservation en me laissant et il m'a demandé si c'était moi ! Il a insisté que j'avais fait une réservation pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. J'ai lu les détails de la réservation directement depuis mon téléphone - 2 adultes, un 2 ans, sac de voyage requis. Le restaurant est un restaurant de 2 ans, mais il est très bien. (Quand nous sommes arrivés dans notre chambre, il n'y avait pas de salle de voyage. C'était livré plus tard.) Sur une note positive, un membre du personnel qui semblait avoir une certaine capacité de supervision/gestion m'a pardonné et m'a donné un parking gratuit pour la nuit. Au-delà de ce début terrible, tout était OK, juste ce qu'on attendait d'un premier salon.

The room was clean and cosy and front-desk was friendly and responsive. We booked mainly to check out the pool, spa and gym as advertised by the hotel. So it was really disappointing when we found out that these facilities were closed on Xmas day and on other days operated at limited hours when we were there. The pool, sauna, steam room and gym are operated by a separate company from the hotel. That meant operating hours of those facilities are not catered for hotel guests at all. And it also meant sharing the facilities with members of the gym. So if you’re thinking of staying here and using the gym or pool, just bear those things in mind. Breakfast selection was quite limited. Very bare selection of any salads or greens. Quite embarrassing as well to see that clean plates were not available several times when there were less than 20 covers at breakfast. I understand it was the holiday season and the hotel is understaffed. But I’m sure this is not the first Christmas or NYE the hotel has encountered.

La chambre était belle et propre, et la location était bonne. Le service WhatsApp est le seul problème que j'avais, et ils fournissent un numéro WhatsApp pour les clients de contacter si ils ont besoin d'aide pendant leur séjour, mais malheureusement, les appels n'ont jamais été répondus et les messages ont rarement été répondus. Il s'agit d'un service utile, mais il serait beaucoup mieux si elle était effectivement surveillée et que les invités puissent obtenir une réponse en temps utile lorsqu'ils ont besoin d'aide.

Cet hôtel est bon Je le recommande,le bar/restaurant dans lui est vraiment bon et vivant aussi,une bonne atmosphère en général,pas de WiFi dans les chambres est une douleur mais autre que qu'il est tout à fait bien Les chambres sont vraiment propres,l'entretien de la maison fait un grand travail dans cet hôtel,pour sûr, très dur travailleur,appréciez-les beaucoup Je suis resté dans cet hôtel assez travail parfois et chaque fois que je veux quelque chose de la entretien de la maison ils fournir toujours des serviettes propres, des cookies, des feuilles propres, du papier toilette, soup tout ce dont vous avez besoin avec bonté, très dur travailleur, mon respect pour tous
