IInvitéAs i was attending a funeral of a dear family member, I was very pleased with the location and more importantly the cleanlines and stress free stay at the orchard hotel. My room was very spacious and clean. The staff were wonderful and helpful in every aspect. The food in the restaurant was above par and well deserved. a trip to Nottingham would definatly warrant a further stay at this hotel. 5 star for definate and would certainly stay again. Thank you for a great stay

IInvitéLovely little find, very clean with everything we needed for our weekend stay. Beds were really comfy (we booked for 3 people, one double bed and a sofa bed but ended up with 2 double beds 👍🏻), microwave, kettle, plates, cutlery etc and tea/coffee. Can be tricky to find so follow the YouTube video that they send, especially for the postcode. Parking was on street.
Location is quite a student area but ideally located for a quick Uber into the city (@£6) and bus stops nearby.
Accommodation is in the back area of the property so need to be mindful of the family home, especially when coming and going at night.
Overall, pleasantly surprised and great nights sleep ☺️

IInvitéNice hotel and pool club rooms have king size beds and good showers. I go to Derby often to visit and often need a place, although there isn’t many luxury hotels in the area, this one has nice jacuzzis and bigger beds and made for a good small stop.

IInvitéLe personnel de l'hôtel était très agréable et très agréable, et j'ai apprécié leur attitude.
Il y avait quelques problèmes qui ont affecté ma expérience, et un certain nombre de jeunes hommes restaient sur mon étage qui sont revenus à 2h et ont fait une quantité importante de bruit pendant un certain temps. Malheureusement, aucun membre du personnel n'a été présent pour faire face à cette perturbation, qui a rendu le sommeil difficile.
Quand j'ai finalement commencé à dormir, j'ai été dérangé de nouveau par deux pigeons qui font des bruits lourds dehors de ma fenêtre. C'était très désagréable de voir et ne semble pas sain ou hygiénique.
En outre, à 125 £ par nuit, je ne m'attendais pas à voir des tapis déshabillés.
Globalement, bien que le personnel soit excellent, ces questions ont déduit d'un séjour autrement bon.

IInvitéGood location- easy to find and close to the train station. We drove so used the car park in front of the hotel where there is a discount for staying at the hotel just let reception know you are parked there - is a set fee for 24hrs.
Rooms were clean and quite basic but sufficient for what we needed - downside no fridge to chill your drinks. There is a kettle to make hot drinks and room has tv which is good.
Ordered the breakfast which was lovely - options to have cereal, fruit,yoghurt,toast,pastries and a full English with coffee/tea and juice.
Restaurant overlooks the river which was nice as we could see the ducks and swans
Hotel has a bar which was nice to have a few drinks in the evening when we arrived
Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful - would definitely go back if we needed to stay in Nottingham again
Price was good value for money!

Le typique hôtel familial britannique, la santé est générale, ce type de chambre est très petit, les produits de chambre sont également généraux, la couture temporaire est OK 😂😂😂 mais je pense que les Chinois ne vivront pas ici, le centre-ville n'est pas banane 😂😂😂

UUtilisateur anonymeThe entrance was so difficult to get to, with such a huge detour to walk around just to get to the entrance. The service and check-in was woeful, when we checked in late at night. The person at the desk didn't know how to check us in, and the other person who was supposed to know how to do the check-in was not around- and had to be called back down. Long wait to check in late that night, even though there was no other guest waiting. The car parking arrangement was terrible as well, and didn't work with their supposed online link up with the parking provider. Very average experience.

Il y avait un problème avec la réservation du côté Trip.com que le gestionnaire de service Declan a pu résoudre dans un manoir en temps voulu tout en faisant l'attente très agréable avec un petit chat.
Le personnel était très bien, y compris les deux jeunes dames du bar/service, ainsi que Declan.
Le bâtiment est étonnant et entouré de beaux bois, parfait pour une promenade.
Les chambres sont un peu date, mais pourquoi cherchez-vous à passer tout votre temps dans votre chambre? Plus que suffisant pour avoir un coucher confortable.
En tant que note latérale sur ce point, imaginez qu'il s'agit d'un bâtiment énuméré et qu'il est si difficile d'actualiser.
La chambre est très confortable et très confortable.

IInvitéIl était très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel. Le protège-matrice a besoin d'un lavage de cuisson et de nouveaux tapis refroidir les choses. La douche était chaude mais gérée.. chauffage était fine..tv OK.. 1 nuit bien;)
