Best time of our lives :) The hotel is beautiful and the service is amazing, every staff member wants you to have a great experience. We had a room with a private pool, we also had the candlelight dinner in the hotel's restaurant, and the floating breakfast. We additinally oredered pool floats (a giant flamingo). If you want to really treat yourself I would reccomended ordering them, despite the extra cost. It was a great experience for us, we almost didn't go out of our room. The breakfast buffet was included in our reservation and was also great, high quality ingridients and cooking. The hotel's staff was very responsive and helped me plan the dinner reservations and extras i've ordered. Hope to come back again :)

Cher hôtel historique. Petit mais très calme. Personnel aimable. La chambre était très bien située, juste en face de la plage. Notre chambre avait une vue sur la mer et était magnifique levant**** et regarder la mer du lit. Ils nous ont également offert l'option d'utiliser les vélos de l'hôtel pour faire un petit petit-déjeuner magnifique. Ils n'ont pas de petit-déjeuner buffet, vous pouvez choisir tout ce que vous voulez de leur lettre de petit-déjeuner et ils vous le font à l'heure. J'ai aimé. L'hôtel était très décoré et le confort du lit était superbe. Nous avons été en basse saison et nous avons pu laisser la voiture dans son parking privé. Repète à 100%

Réservé une chambre standard de grade, apparaît comme une catastrophe : le frigo dans le mini bar humming si loud on pouvait mal dormir, la route directement devant la chambre avec des véhicules lourds passer et un lit inconfortable) - dormi moins de 4 heures la première nuit. Elle a ensuite été donnée la possibilité de se rendre dans une autre chambre standard qui n'avait pas une route lourde mais pour quelque raison que ce soit avait la même question avec le réfrigérateur. Les chambres sont très confortables. L'hôtel est un hôtel de qualité supérieure à la chambre standard, mais il est très difficile de réserver un hôtel de qualité supérieure à la chambre standard. Autres aspects négatifs : petit déjeuner seulement okouish, nourriture et le restaurant très médiocre à des prix vraiment élevés et des prix du vin abominable (60€ de vin de détail vendu pour 370€..) sans vins de qualité, moins chers et moins chers. Sur les côtés positifs: très belle plage, bon service sur la plage, belle/chelle de design intérieur.

Excellent location. The room was very clean, including the kitchen and bathroom, and the balcony offered beautiful city and sea views. Extra coffee and bottled water were provided, and all the essential amenities were available both in the room and bathroom, including slippers, towels, shampoo, and soap. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit and would highly recommend it to others.

Great place for families with children. The hotel, amenities, food and rooms were amazing. We would have given 5 stars for service as all staff were really lovely, but getting the al la carte restaurant booked for our 8 family members took some time and there was a couple push backs from staff. Although, they did eventually fit us in, which was well worth going. Food excellent in the Italian restaurant.

Positives: We stayed in a Bungalow Family Room which was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a lovely outdoor area. It was quiet and peaceful. Towels were changed and bins emptied daily. The hotel is perfect for families with younger children (up to about 8 years old). We went with two boys (4 and 8), and they loved it. The two slides kept them entertained, and the beach bar was excellent—always cocktails and snacks available. There were plenty of sun loungers, especially on the beach, with no need to wake up early to reserve. That made the stay very relaxing. The entertainment team was great—friendly, not pushy, and always offering activities. They were amazing with children, and the mini disco was the best we’ve seen so far, with all the staff putting their heart into it. Evening entertainment suited all ages, and we especially enjoyed the beach party. Negatives: While most of the staff were lovely and smiley, the reception team was disappointing (except the lady who did our check in efficiently on the evening we arrived and explained everything). On several occasions when I asked questions, they seemed abrupt and in a hurry, even when no one else was waiting. The biggest drawback was the food. It really needs improvement and is the main reason for the lower rating. Most meats were dry, with little variety. Even simple dishes like Greek salad were below standard. The buffet was very pork-heavy, which made it difficult for us on some days since we don’t usually eat pork. Desserts were the worst part, mostly inedible, just cream and jelly-like options. The wine was also very low quality. Another issue was cleanliness of the public bathrooms, especially those near the pool. They were not well maintained, and I even saw a cockroach in one of them. Our room also had these tiny worm like snakes (apparently harmless and called ”blind snakes”) We first thought it was one that lost her way but we ended up finding one or two everyday and getting them out. We did ask someone to come and sort it out, but they told us they were harmless and didn't do anything other than getting them out. We love the sustainability concept and appreciate that they grow their own vegetables, but unfortunately, we didn’t see this reflected in the meals. It made us wonder if it might be a bit of a waste of time and money, since the menu didn’t seem to highlight those fresh, organic fruits and vegetables. As a whole, we felt everything about the hotel except the food was great but on this basis, we wouldn't come again.

Awesome last minute trip. Great and friendly staff. With it being the very end of season, a few minor things were less than perfect but quite understandable for a late October holiday. The buffet was overall good, varied, and unlike some other places I saw recently - routinely changed out the hot food to keep things fresh. Excellent price point, and would be happy to go back.

Очень приятный отель, у которого есть только один недостаток, который, впрочем, можно одновременно считать и достоинством: он находится немного в стороне от ближайшего городка Мастехери. Добираться пешком в светлое время суток легко и приятно: вдоль моря ведет красивая тропа. Но вот после наступления темноту придется ехать или на такси, или идти по темноте. Тропа вдоль моря и частично проход по дороге не освещаются. В отеле всегда вкусный и очень разнообразный завтрак ”шведский стол”. К сожалению, я многое не ем, но то, что все же ем, мне очень нравится. Есть и разные виды омлетов, много овощей, грибы, оливки, фрукты, закусочные бутербродики с помидорами и сыром (высший пилотаж!). Это из того, что я ем)) А еще - много всякой выпечки, пирожных, сосиски, ветчина... Короче, голодным никто точно не уйдет, даже я со своими ограничениями и диетами😄 Номера уютные, чистые, на ресепшн приятные, вежливые работники. Территория красивая, бассейн огромный, как зеркало, повсюду живописные пальмы. Море рядом, пляж шикарный, закаты показывают каждый вечер по расписанию один лучше другого) P.S. Опять больше всего про еду получилось🤣
