FFadilah KasmaniOur stay at Crowne Plaza Labuan Bajo exceeded my expectations and I'm so pleased with the overall experience! The hospitality and service by all hotel staff we've met was consistent and a delight throughout our 5 nights stay. From in-room dining to the dinners at the restaurant, our orders were prepared carefully and presented well, and all tasted delicious. The hotel also offered us wake-up calls and breakfast-to-go for our island day trip, which we booked directly through the hotel. As we stayed with young children, they were also accommodating and even entertained the kids interaction. On the last day after checking out and upon arrival at the airport, I had realised I left a milk bottle. When I called the hotel to request to send it to me at the airport, they had immediately acted on it and were already on their way. Thank you so much to the wonderful team especially Ms Claudia for making our holiday stay a memorable and exceptional one.

IInvitéExcellent hotel with outstanding service. The room was spacious, aesthetically pleasing, and offered a stunning sea view. The view was truly spectacular and breathtaking, especially during sunset—when the sky transforms from orange to red and then purple. We really enjoyed every moment.
Breakfast was delicious—probably the best in Komodo. I particularly liked their serving concept: instead of a traditional buffet, it’s an à la carte menu combined with a small buffet. You simply choose from the menu and the dishes are cooked on demand, which makes the food noticeably fresher and tastier than standard buffet options.
There are also many complimentary activities such as snorkeling and yoga, making the hotel perfect for both couples and families. We will definitely come back again.

5 repas : J'ai mangé plusieurs repas ici. Le goût est bon, le prix est élevé et la présentation est également bonne.
6Service : Le personnel est vraiment enthousiaste et la communication est sans obstacle
En bref, cela vaut la peine d'être recommandé. J'aime ce petit hôtel calme. Tout le personnel est souriant. Le rapport qualité-prix est également élevé. L'hôtel est très bon marché.

IInvitéThis resort is in such a beautiful setting. A perfect relaxing getaway where the team could not be more helpful. Not only did they make all arrangements for all or our day trips, but a member of the team even raced after us to the airport with some items we didn't even realise we left behind.

PPieter schellingStayed here for 1 night and 1 of the rooms we had in the basement smelled like mold so bad my family could not sleep half the night. When telling the staff at check-out they didnt even reply to my comment on that. This is something really should be looked into. The smell was awfully. Don't just mask it with something take care of the underlying source please. Other then that convenient location with restaurant and spa included.

DDmitriiOAn excellent hotel where everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The rooms and the entire property were very clean and well-maintained — everything looked neat and pleasant. The water in the shower was always running well, and there was consistently hot water, which is especially appreciated after a long day.
A special thanks to the staff: kind, smiling, and always ready to help — you can really feel that they care. We were especially impressed that they prepared breakfast earlier than usual for us because of our early tours — a small gesture, but it says a lot about their attention to guests.
At night, it was quiet and peaceful, nothing disturbed our sleep, and the room had a cozy atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful and green, clearly well looked after. We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to our friends. Truly well done!

VvanessaafigThe hotel is in a good location with restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy nearby (a 15-minute walk from the Harbour). The room is big and clean, even though the bed sheet was a bit old with some tiny holes. I had an issue with the shower - when I used the shower there wasn't hot water and during my shower the water was over. There wasn't a trash bin in the room neither. It would be great to have a kettle in the room but the staff were very helpful when I asked for hot water. If you stay in a room nearby the reception it can be a bit noisy sometimes. Nice view from the reception though!

Niveau sanitaire, nous avions une salle de bain privative, hormis quelques fuites de robinet et douche, l’essentiel était là.

UUtilisateur anonymeLe paysage de l'hôtel est si beau! La chambre est très chaude chaque matin et la nuit quand elle est la plus guéri. Le climatisation est insuffisante et l'attitude du personnel de service est très bonne. Il y a des choses qui seront réglées en temps utile.

Le camion à l'hôtel peut s'arrêter sur la route, il faut tirer sa boîte pour se faire un rendez-vous.
La route de 80 mètres, environ 150 degrés, tout le processus nécessite une vie autonome, et les services ont deux puissances féminines limitées, nous sommes presque en train de chauffer.

Le choix de la chaussure de la nuit pour les animaux dans la chambre!! Nous avons organisé un salon de type ouvert, et nous avons vu les rats, les rats, les rats et tous les types de parasites la nuit.
Il y aura des chaussures et des chaussures pendant le sommeil de nuit! Veuillez prendre des médicaments à usage domestique et des produits de déportation!
