Hôtels à Medan avec parking

Booked 2 rooms for 4 guests via trip.com with an additional request for rooms with a connecting door. In the trip.com app, we intentionally correctly filled all the guest details for each rooms. Upon checkin, the hotel’s front desk said they cant accommodate the connecting room request because they say it was booked under different names. Sadly they used this opportunity to argue with us, printing out in front of ourselves with their printer on the front desk: 2 separate reservations under different names (Maybe since we intentionally filled those guest names correctly? But the contact number and email is still the same, no?). From it we briefly saw all details like the 2 different reservations numbers they used as the crucial evidence, and how our booking was routed through ******* (From this detail one could argue the request was lost through the flawed trip.com system. Yet the hotel could’ve investigated and be more proactive after seeing a reservation for one room asking for connecting doors??). I thought hotel guests checking in at night only wanted rest, not attending trial??? Although to be fair in the end they got us 2 connecting rooms, albeit at a low floor (after the unnecessary bargaining). They required Rp200K as deposit. Room was clean, with a very useful Korean brand smart tv. Functional hair dryer, good lighting, with an in-room safe, and a small fridge/chiller. Breakfast could’ve been better, but there’s a lot of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We got valet parking but didn’t pay for it, was it complimentary because of the limited parking space this hotel has, or did we get it as compensation/goodwill, we never knew (this was not explained at check in).

Nice location. Located just next to a new mall. Walking distance to a nearby famous restaurant. Highly recommended stay.

Hotel Staff is very accommodating, ensuring seamless transition from the airport to our hotel room. Shout out to Ms/Mrs Emma Simanjuntak for arranging all of it. 10/10 👍

The room was comfortable overall, but I was disappointed to find that one of the towels had visible stains on it. Towels should be clean and spotless for every guest. Housekeeping should inspect them more carefully and replace any stained towels before the room is assigned. I hope the hotel improves its quality control in this area. If you’d like, I can also  make it more concise,  more formal, or  more strongly worded.

Had a great stay at Grand Central Premier Hotel! The room was very big, spacious, clean, and well maintained, which made the stay really comfortable. The facilities and amenities are also great. I especially appreciated the welcome drinks during check-in, a nice touch that made the experience feel more premium. The hotel also has a swimming pool, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day. Location-wise, it’s very strategic. It’s within walking distance to the train station, making it super convenient for getting around. Plus, it’s close to Deli Park Mall, one of the nicest shopping malls in the city, so food and shopping options are easily accessible.

We stayed here this time for 3 nights. We had stayed here a couple of times before. The hotel maintains its hospitality, warmness and courtious reception of customers. It was quite easy to check in and out. The staff from front desk to housekeeping were friendlyand warm. There are little things that should be paid attention to such as the menu for breakfast.. Although the spread is good but there should be some variation/changes. Overall staying here you get value for your money.

Je choisis toujours l'Ibis Pattimura à mon arrivée à Medan, car je prends généralement un vol de nuit depuis Kuala Lumpur. L'accueil et le service en général étaient bons. Cependant, un problème récurrent est le bruit dans le couloir (conversations, enfants qui courent). L'insonorisation est insuffisante et cela m'a empêché de dormir. J'espère que la direction prendra des mesures à ce sujet ou que le personnel de sécurité ou d'entretien effectuera des rondes régulières pour éviter ces nuisances sonores provenant des chambres voisines ou du couloir. Globalement bon et serait probablement rester à nouveau. - réussi à faire des réunions vidéo en ligne comme wifi était fort - confortable et grand lit, cependant le lit était un peu teint - seulement un ascenseur fonctionnait, ce qui signifie que les temps d'attente étaient légères, mais le deuxième ascenseur était fixé à notre départ. - bonne localisation, héctique mais comme prévu, peut obtenir tous les aliments livrés - l'équipe de gym était décent, pas assez bon pour un gros équipage de gym, mais bon pour obtenir un peu d'entraînement dans - la piscine était belle et pas trop occupée

Room with a window, with normal Wi-Fi. There is a large work desk, a large bed. The only thing missing is a refrigerator. This is one of the best hotels in the city, so we can safely recommend it for check-in. Hearty breakfasts, a restaurant downstairs where you can eat throughout the day for not the highest prices. Good location next to a large shopping center, supermarket and night food outlets.
