IInvitéIts a beautiful hotel with wonderful ameneties and room. The entire stay from check-in to check out went so smoothly, we didn't have to worry about anything after a long car trip! I also want to give a warm thank you to Kak Ida at front office who is so friendly and helpful when we were checking in. Had an incredible stay! Will be coming back here in the future.

IInvitéI recently had a delightful stay at Hotel Tentrem in Semarang, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and their attentiveness truly enhanced our experience.
The cleanliness of the rooms and restrooms was impressive, which is always a top priority for me when traveling. The hotel amenities, including the gym, were excellent and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
One of the highlights for me was the delicious breakfast spread. The variety was fantastic, and the quality of the food was outstanding. I also want to give a special shoutout to Ibuk Elfi for her warm hospitality during breakfast. Her cheerful demeanor made our mornings even more enjoyable.
As a coffee lover, I was particularly impressed by the skills of Mas Arafi, the barista. I thoroughly enjoyed the cappuccino, mocaccino, and café latte he prepared; each cup was a treat. His knowledge of coffee truly shines through in every sip.
Overall, my experience at Hotel Tentrem was wonderful, and I look forward to returning each year. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special

UUtilisateur anonymeMy fav hotel for staycation in Semarang but this time it’s not my lovely experience. First room I got has leaked aircon, it dripped every second so they offered a new room. In new room, the aircon didn’t work properly but I didn’t want to complain anymore as I didn’t want to change room again and again.
Booked with breakfast but they said it’s too few guests on that day so they will just let me choose my breakfast from the menu. Only one menu for each guest. I didn’t like this because the room has no proper table to eat. Even there’s only one chair. So yeah, not my best experience.
But maybe I’ll give it another try. This hotel usually offered good service. Maybe just wrong timing and situation for me.

PPatrick BelfastTout d’abord, cet hôtel était très bon marché et je ne m’attendais donc pas à grand-chose. Il ressemble à un hôtel qui va fermer ou qui se prépare à une rénovation majeure. Tout a donc besoin d’un nettoyage en profondeur et d’un lifting. Cela dit, comme il est bon marché, il offre en fait un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Le personnel était très serviable, la chambre était sale mais assez agréable et le lit très confortable. J’ai été vraiment impressionné par la nourriture, nous avons dîné à l’hôtel et pris le petit-déjeuner, les deux étaient excellents. Si vous pouvez fermer les yeux sur la « fatigue », je recommanderais cet hôtel.

IInvitéJe suis venu là pour découvrir que ma chambre a été annulée. Leur raisonnement est que les chambres sont en partenariat avec OYO et que beaucoup de chambres ont été annulées par le ”système”, donc il n'y avait pas de chambres pour moi à vérifier ce jour-là.
J'ai demandé une restitution en espèces et ils ont refusé. Ils ont promis que la restitution serait faite via l'application Trip, mais quand on a demandé comment fonctionne la restitution, personne ne pouvait expliquer.
Enfin, je leur ai demandé à nouveau la disponibilité de la chambre parce que je suis sûr qu'ils avaient au moins quelques chambres disponibles. Je leur ai dit qu'il était de leur responsabilité de me fournir une chambre, même si les chambres disponibles sont plus coûteuses que ce que j'ai payé.
Ils m'ont dit que j'avais une chambre, exactement comme celle pour laquelle j'avais payé.
Le reste du séjour était super.
Je voudrais revenir à l'hôtel et visiter l'hôtel, espérant que cette expérience soupçonnée ne sera pas répétée lors de ma prochaine visite.
