I have stayed a few days in a few of the places in lombok as well as Senggigi. Look no further, just boook this place. It's the best choice! Services was too notched. Some other resorts or villas that's we've stayed around the area was not as good as Jeeva santai even though some priced higher than Jeeva. Breakfast was superb. Although it's ala carte, u can keep refill till you're full enough. Try their fried rice! Room was spacious and love their roomy bathroom! Will definitely come back again!

Unmatched Views, But Falls Short of Expectations: The views at Kalandara Resort are absolutely stunning — watching the sunset from our front door felt surreal and unforgettable. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and eager to help. However, the resort didn’t always feel as luxurious as it looks. We found mold in the complimentary water bottles and wrappers from previous guests, which was disappointing. Breakfast was good, but the restaurant food was overpriced and underwhelming. We ended up dining at The Kliff Bistro and Nooq Trattoria, both of which had amazing food and great prices. Overall, while we loved the setting and atmosphere, the experience didn’t quite match the price point. You can find better service and cleanliness at other hotels in the same or even lower range.

Il est difficile d'imaginer les performances élevées, un petit hôtel de charme avec un total de cinq chambres, avec une belle piscine, j'ai vraiment envie de le ranger pour une pool party. Les chambres sont bien construites. Qu'il s'agisse d'infrastructures ou de bains climatisés, le petit déjeuner est délicieux et copieux. Ce séjour a largement dépassé mes attentes. J'avais initialement réservé cet hôtel en urgence pour une seule nuit, mais j'aurais aimé y passer trois jours entiers ! Points forts : Un grand merci à « Superman » : Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement mon chauffeur, Superman. Il était absolument incroyable ! Dès notre première rencontre, j'ai su que j'allais adorer cet hôtel. Il a rendu mon séjour fluide et chaleureux. La chambre et la vue : La chambre était incroyablement spacieuse. Bien que j'aie réservé une chambre avec vue sur le jardin, j'ai bénéficié d'un surclassement généreux avec une vue partielle sur l'océan. De la magnifique salle de bain au balcon, le paysage était à couper le souffle. Un service exceptionnel : Le service était irréprochable. L'équipe m'a contacté par WhatsApp et s'est montrée extrêmement arrangeante pour m'aider à réserver une excursion privée le jour même. L'expérience : Ils ont organisé ma prise en charge directement au port de Lombok. J'ai loué une GoPro par leur intermédiaire pour l'excursion et, malgré la pluie, l'équipe a été d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité remarquables. Restauration : J’ai savouré un délicieux dîner, et le petit-déjeuner du lendemain matin était exceptionnel, avec une vue à couper le souffle. Tout le personnel de l’hôtel était charmant et le souci du détail remarquable. Je regrette vraiment de ne pas y avoir séjourné pendant tout mon voyage. Je le recommande vivement !

L’hôtel est grand et agréable. Le personnel adorable et souriant. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et varié. La chambre plutôt spacieuse avec balcon sur le jardin même si elle est un peu datée. La chasse d’eau cependant un peu bruyante, sûrement un défaut. En revanche l’hôtel est isolé , pas grand chose à voir autour, un lieu pour se poser mais pas pour visiter. Quelques restaurants sur l’avenue principale dont le Square qui est très bien. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est bon mais le service excessivement long , environ une heure d’attente à chaque fois.

J'ai séjourné dans la chambre 410 pendant deux nuits. Je n'ai pas assez vécu. J'ai de nouveau séjourné dans la chambre 407. La chambre 407 est un peu plus mer que 410. La porte est hors de la mer, le balcon est hors de la piscine, le bar de la piscine et le petit-déjeuner du thé gratuit de l'après-midi. Le restaurant est également très proche. Rester dans cet hôtel plus de 700 nuits est vraiment trop économique, et il n'y a pas beaucoup de clients qui y séjournent, très calme. Si vous allez à Lombok, vous resterez certainement ici. J'aimerais recommander cet hôtel à tout le monde, mais j'ai peur que les chinois montent davantage. Il y a un thé gratuit l'après-midi au bar de la piscine de 15h à 17h, avec du café, de l'eau, du pain, des collations et des fruits. L'hôtel dispose d'un service en chambre, ce n'est pas cher, par habitant 50-100, après que le repas soit placé dans la porte de la chambre sera pris par le serveur.

The hotel is in good location. The staff is the kindest in all Indonesia , they are so helpful and polite! 10/10. Unfortunately we were transferred to another room where the door was not closing properly so we got a huge COCKROACH in our room. Then in the night my husband got bitten by some animals in the bed and he got full red points on his arms, legs, chest and back… probably bed bugs or something else…. The walls had some mold. The shower head holder in the bathroom almost fell on my head cause it was not fixed on the wall…. (Around 1kg) This made our stay a bad experience. The ants that are coming to the hotels are also very annoying. However, the breakfast was excellent, really delicious and good quality! We met the owner who was really kind and he gave us a small compensation for their restaurant.

J'ai réservé une chambre pour mon ami et le récepteur me connaissait et il a plaint à ma famille que j'avais réservé une chambre pour moi avec des gens. La vie privée des clients est la plus importante et c'est ce que l'hôtel doit prendre soin, pas même de leur dire là-bas et ici.

Mixed feelings The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first) Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for) I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
