AAD1989The property is quite new and well-maintained, which gives a good first impression. The staff was professional and courteous throughout my stay. The best part is that the property is very close to the Sai Baba Temple at a walking distance. However, I was disappointed with the room that was allocated to me. It did not match the photos shown during the booking, which felt misleading. Additionally, the bathroom layout was not ideal — it opened directly into the room — and several bathroom fixtures, including the taps, were loose or damaged. While the hotel has potential, attention to detail and honest representation would greatly improve the guest experience.

IInvitéMy mother and me enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It was a clean hotel with decent facilities. What was good was the service from the staff especially the DM - Santosh Patil !
They provided 24hrs transport to the ashram.
What can be improved is the towels should be changed, it was clean but it looks overused.
Also the bed was hard. But nevetheless for the price, location and service - it was still a good deal.
Highly recommended.

EEnkokoIl n'y avait pas beaucoup de restaurants à proximité, donc nous avons souvent dîné à l'hôtel.
Le personnel de l'hôtel était très gentil.
Les portes doivent avoir été minces, car les conversations dans la salle étaient assez audibles.

IInvitéfacility is huge. need to improve housekeeping. bed linen and pillow covers not cleaned. marks were observed on cushions. false ceiling in the bathroom is broken at multiple place.. not sure what would be placed / hidden / peeking through the holes. it makes the family uncomfortable. staff was well behaved. location is perfect for darshan and stay. nice food joints all around. parking place is available.
