IInvitéI had a flight that was postponed to the evening instead of the original morning time schedule. As such I needed a hotel that was near Chennai Airport for me to rest. Radisson Blu was very near the Airport, about 10 mins drive away. The hotel and room was excellent and very clean. The breakfast and lunch buffet had a wide range and very tasty. Most importantly, the staff, from the counter staff at check-in and check-out , to the concierge, the staff and managers at the restaurant and the driver of the car for the Hotel's Airport transfer were very helpful, polite and engaged me in genuine conversations to find out how my stay in the hotel was and if I needed anything. I truly enjoyed the short stay I had in the hotel. The only downside is that the hotel is only near the Airport, and is quite a drive away from the city centre.
But am excellent Hotel nevertheless.

They need lots of improvement in service and the rooms need some renovation as the wardrobes n carpets look old. it will also be better if they use some room freshener or candles with fragrance as the room doesn't have a pleasant smell. Overrall, it's not that great for a premium hotel.

IInvitéC'était une joie de séjourner à l'hôtel Raintree. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis, avons pris le meilleur petit-déjeuner et tout le monde a rendu notre séjour une expérience formidable. Nous sommes même restés deux nuits supplémentaires et avons eu l'impression que c'était le meilleur choix pour séjourner au Raintree St. Mary's Road pour notre visite à Chennai.

Le petit déjeuner et le personnel étaient vraiment exceptionnels. La chambre était bonne, tout travaillait et le dîner en chambre qui est 24/7, était excellent. Nous sommes arrivés à 2 heures et le repas, à l'époque, pour les voyageurs faimeux était vraiment apprécié.
Le Holiday Inn vous offre un excellent personnel et vous souhaitez les aider.
Je n'ai pas donné cinq étoiles pour la propreté car les sièges de toilette pouvaient/doivent être nettoyés mieux.

I had one of the best stays at this hotel in Chennai. I stayed for 3 nights and it truly felt like a luxury experience at a reasonable price. The location is a major advantage centrally placed and easily accessible to many parts of the city.
The rooms are spacious, the bed linen was clean, and the bathroom was well maintained with proper toiletries provided. They also supply water bottles and there’s a water dispenser (water can) available in the hallway, which is a nice touch.
They offer a complimentary breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. However the breakfast closes a bit early at 10 AM so plan accordingly. Car parking is available, which is convenient and the staff were polite and helpful, A special mention to the security personnel and room service staff for their hospitality. Outside food is allowed as well, which is a plus.
The only minor inconvenience was that the lift always stopped at the first floor (reception) by default, which was slightly annoying.
Also FYI, I misplaced my room key card and had to pay ₹200 for a replacement.
Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Chennai.

Bbash johnHotel looks old and too far to some locations. Didn't like the room given on the first day. Front office staff Mr Akash was very helpful to change our rooms the next day. And the conceige ( I forgot his name) was very helpful too.
