Location is excellent, rooms are big and staff was polite. The food was average. Overall it is a good option for a budget trip.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your property, and I wanted to share some feedback to help enhance the guest experience. The breakfast was excellent and lived up to expectations—delicious and well-prepared. However, the room and welcome did not quite match the standards of a 5-star hotel. The interior and amenities fell short of what was described in the booking details, which was disappointing. I kindly suggest that management address these areas to ensure consistency. I hope future stays will be even better and fully align with your renowned 5-star reputation. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to returning once improvements are in place.

It was a two night stay. Hotel is strategically located, food is marvelous specifically veg jhal frazee, breakfast spread is really great, amenities are okay and staff are presentable and well mannered, very prompt.

It’s a heritage hotel in Dajeeling. Location is a bit far from the mall. Room rate is includes dinner but nothing stated while booking and checking-in We have a dinner in town and back to the hotel then got twice calls from the restaurant to check that we will have dinner in hotel restaurant or not.

L'hôtel est très bon...J'ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour (c'était mon deuxième séjour après une nuit au Bhoutan)... Le service est très bon, la nourriture est ok et les désserts sont vraiment étonnants ! le meilleur pour tous les voyageurs en Inde du Nord-Est

Hospitality was excellent. All the staff were very courteous, which is really commendable as now a days hotel staff are usually found to be inefficient.

Lovely hotel in a great location. It's a historic property which means some parts of the room could do with a little refresh. Overall stunning bedrooms with good character. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

Nous n'avons séjourné qu'une nuit, mais nous avons trouvé l'hôtel propre, avec les équipements annoncés dans un endroit confortable au marché, mais assez tranquille pour un sommeil pacifique.

We had a delightful family stay at Pahari Soul Homestay. The breathtaking hill views, including a stunning glimpse of Kanchenjunga from the balcony, made our experience truly memorable. The food was fantastic, with the aloo paratha at breakfast being a highlight—not to be missed! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. Thoughtful amenities like a bed warmer and an electric kettle with tea, coffee, and sugar sachets added to the convenience. On the bright side, Dali Monastery is just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. That said, the property is located ***** the main road, so there can be some noise. Additionally, there is no lift, so guests need to climb steep stairs. Despite these minor drawbacks, we would happily return for another visit!

La chambre et l'emplacement étaient bons pour l'argent mais le service et la nourriture étaient terriblement horribles le premier jour nous avons commandé du riz vert frit et le noodle de Schezwan étaient tous deux très pathétiques et le noodle était chargé avec du poivre noir seulement et le deuxième jour nous avons parlé avec Le chef et expliqué l'expérience antérieure de sorte qu'ils nous font confiance qu'ils feront de bons aliments pour nous, mais ils ont pris une heure pour un seul ordre. C'était une expérience très horrible. Pour une bouteille d'eau, nous devons attendre 2 heures après de nombreux souvenirs en plaignant à ce sujet le personnel qui discutait avec ma femme , le téléphone de la chambre n'était pas opérationnel et il a été mentionné le premier jour et ils ont réparé le troisième jour de mon séjour. Je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel à personne
