Hôtels à Gênes avec parking

L'hôtel a été la plus belle surprise de mon voyage en Europe. Son cadre était classique et élégant, et son emplacement idéal, à deux pas des principaux sites touristiques. Les chambres étaient propres et confortables, le personnel chaleureux et attentionné, et le restaurant du petit-déjeuner proposait un choix riche et délicieux de plats européens, me faisant me sentir comme chez moi. Ce fut un séjour très agréable.

Ayant séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels en Italie, cet Astoria est sans conteste le meilleur ! Les chambres sont bien agencées, entièrement équipées et impeccables. L’architecture est remarquable, avec un souci du détail exceptionnel. Le personnel est chaleureux, attentionné et offre un service irréprochable. De plus, l’hôtel est idéalement situé, tout près de la place. Je le recommande vivement !

The appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes. We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini. On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients. I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic.. I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep. Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.

Great location right next to the train station and underground. Great breakfast and the bed is very comfortable. Easy walk to the old town. The only slight comment is the size of the room is a bit small.

L'hôtel est juste sur la jetée, et il y a plusieurs hommes noirs qui discutent avec vous sur le parking, vous obligeant à vous donner des choses, puis vous demandant de l'argent. L'hôtel bénéficie d'un bon emplacement, mais les installations à l'intérieur sont relativement anciennes et le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas élevé.

Cet excellent hôtel de la chaîne BW est situé dans un bâtiment ancien près d'une gare. Il propose des lits confortables, une climatisation efficace et un parking privé. Dommage que le bar du hall ferme tôt. Attention à ne pas confondre les deux gares : il y a une gare locale juste à côté de l'hôtel.

Camera molto spaziosa, pulita e minimal. Bagno molto elegante, con lavandino che ho trovato un pò scomodo. Purtroppo all’interno della camera non era presente il phon (probabilmente rubato da qualcuno in precedenza), fatto che ho segnalato in reception. Colazione molto buona e con ampia scelta. Parcheggio un po scomodo (poco spazio tra i vari stalli) anche per il fatto di dover passare ogni volta in reception per validare il biglietto. Personale cordiale, gentile e disponibile.

A very pleasant stay overall. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable rooms and good soundproofing. Staff members are professional, polite, and always willing to help, which made the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location is convenient for sightseeing and daily activities, while still being quiet enough to relax. Facilities are well managed, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. A great choice for both leisure and family travelers.

The location is very convenient, situated near major tourist attractions, the airport, and public transport links, including a bus stop nearby. There are plenty of shops and grocery stores within walking distance, as well as many good restaurants, cafes, and local street food options. It is close to both sightseeing areas and the conference venue, making it easy to get around. The hotel can be a little difficult to find at first if you are not familiar with the surrounding alleys, but it is very close to the main road, so this was only a minor issue. The staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel also has an elevator, which was particularly convenient when travelling with luggage.

C'est un hôtel très propre et neuf. On ne peut pas l'appeler un hôtel, mais l'environnement est très propre. Il a une bonne personnalité. Le personnel ne connaît pas beaucoup l'anglais, mais ils peuvent quand même communiquer. Le patron est très gentil et dispose d'une machine à café à capsules. , le transport est très proche de la gare, cela vaut la peine de le recommander
