IInvitéDefinitely it was a great experience. As we arrived after a trip via Viena, the receptionists were very kind and gave us a nice room in the new part.
If possible, we would like to rate all aspects of our accommodation with 12 from 10.
Location is excellent, near the free tour meeting ppint and not far away from street food experiences and historic monuments.

CCourtneyWe had a fantastic stay at this quirky little boutique hotel in Palermo, Sicily. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Even though we showed up earlier than planned, they had no problem letting us in and went out of their way to accommodate us.
We were offered a massive breakfast completely free of charge while we waited, which was such a generous touch. Not only that, but we were also invited to relax by the pool until our rooms were ready — a perfect way to unwind after traveling.
The atmosphere of the place is relaxed and a bit offbeat in the best possible way — full of personality and charm. It’s rare to find a place where the customer service feels this genuine. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a warm, welcoming, and slightly unconventional stay in Palermo!

IInvitéLoved this hotel. It was beautifully appointed and the breakfast was lovely. The rooms were well designed and it was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in!
The location was perfect. Right around the corner from streets with lots of restaurants and an easy walk to local attractions. The Teatro Massimo was right across the street and was my favourite thing to visit.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again although there are some stairs to get up to reception but there is a lift part way from the ground floor for those with mobility issues.
Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a gem of a place!

LLoh See PingOur stay was pleasant and memorable. This was our first stay in Sicily. Frontdwsk was helpful in arranging transfers from the airport and we arrived at the B&B quickly and safely just after midnight. We did not expect 1 flight of stairs and struggled a bit with our luggage. The lights along the corridor turned off quickly so you should standby lights from the phone.. overall, we really liked our stay as the location was perfect! Every attraction was within walking distance and the town was wonderful. Oh yes, breakfast across the street in the best cafe was charming too. Really loved our stay!!

EEsmeralda Bravo LeyvaVery small room, only a little envelope of shampoo as amenities, and toilet paper, no water, nothing else, the front desk lady was attentive to our request to open the main door every time we needed, she also helped with ordering a taxi to the airport, the place was clean however it only has 2 small and flat pillos, so you must use that blankets given as pillow to avoid a soar neck the next day. I am grateful for having a roof over our heads, it's just that in the pictures off the website looks a bit better.

IInvitéTHIS WAS THE BEST CHOICE I DID IN SICILY.
First, this is the cleanest place I saw in my trip. They ask you every morning if you want a cleaning when they bring you breakfast. The bathroom/shower room is modern and same as the picture. The body soap, shampoo, conditioner was a Sicily one that was very nice of them. The public space was so good, they had balcony so it would be great to take pictures for instagram.
Secondly, the breakfast. Insanely great. You can choose 2 things from about 15 types of dishes such as sandwiches or yogurt or fruits. For drink you can pick 1 from about 15 types such as cappuccino or hot chocolate. They have milk choices like oat milk and almond milk that is amazing in this price. For spread, you can choose 2 from about 10 types such as honey or Nutella or almond butter or many flavors of jam. For a dessert, you can choose a cake from 2 or 3 types they have that day. You can choose where you want to eat room or public space.
Thirdly, the staffs were a lot more kind and friendly then the average of sicily.

IInvitéL'hôtel n'était pas évident pour nous - quand nous sommes arrivés, nous avons cherché environ 10 minutes à chercher un signe avant de parker sur le mauvais côté de la route, et de devoir appeler les instructions. C'est notre faute, car l'hôtel nous a essayés de nous contacter plus tôt le jour, mais nous n'avons pas eu de signal pour prendre la télé. Une fois que nous avons été instruits au bon endroit, c'était super direct, comme Gianluca nous a embarqués à distance, et après avoir vérifié notre identité, nous allons dans l'unité et notre chambre. L'ascenseur de l'immeuble était super cool - pour cette expérience, je recommande de rester dans cet hôtel.
La chambre était charmante. Notre hôtel précédent était une suite, donc il se sentait un peu petit, mais c'était à la maison la même chose. Le petit côté était si chaud qu'il se sentait dans la chambre. La chambre est très confortable et très confortable. Le lit d'affiche ajoutait un sens de belleté et de romance à la chambre, et nous étions totalement déchirés avec une surprise d'une bouteille de Prosecco comme un cadeau! Le séjour dans cet hôtel est très luxueux pour nous, car nous avons dû faire un travail et nous sommes aussi fatigués d'un voyage routier.

UUtilisateur anonymeEn se qui concerne le séjour tout c’est relativement bien passé sauf que pour les personnes qui veulent profiter de la piscine par cette chaleur auront affaire à un surveillant peut-être maître nageur affreux prétentieux sans aucun respect pour les touristes qui occupent l’hôtel alors pour tout ce qui veulent se baigner choisissez un autre hôtel
Il nous à obligé à sortir de l’eau prétendant que la bouée n’était pas à la disposition des touristes mais à lui et nous avons donc dû aller acheter une bouée à l’extérieur
Voici ce que je peux en dire par contre les personnes aux autres services sont très agréable

Я не сразу нашла по гугл-картам, запуталась в развилках улиц. Удобнее всего оказалось не поворачивать сразу направо, а пройти чуть вперед до первого пешеходного перехода и на противоположной стороне спуститься через арку по лестнице, потом налево и после поворота улицы направо на пешеходном переходе перейти на параллельную левую улицу к кондитерской. В первом доме в переулке слева Camelot. Долгое объяснение, на самом деле очень близко от ворот замка. Нужно обязательно связаться по телефону накануне, сообщить время приезда, постоянной стойки регистрации там нет. Номер был очень чистый, белье свежее, отличные завтраки, дружелюбные сотрудники, спасибо
