The room comes with three standard-sized beds, and each of us has individual lights and charging ports right next to our bed, which is a really thoughtful design. The room was really spacious, and we had sufficient space for three big luggages. It also comes with a dining table, chairs, a full-sized refrigerator, and a television. The best of all, the view from our room is superb! We were really lucky, and we managed to see a clear, beautiful view of Mount Fuji straight from our room! 😍 We never expected this for the good price we paid for the hotel room that is rather basic. Buffet breakfast was provided and tasted okay. The hotel parking was quite a distance from the hotel, but the rate was not expensive. Price for value, and I would recommend this stay for budget travellers.

Is a comfortable and well‑located base for a Mt Fuji adventure, with easy access to both the Subashiri and Gotemba trails. The property offers many great amenities, and I especially appreciated how easy it was to borrow an umbrella — a small but thoughtful gesture during three straight days of rain. The buffet breakfast is a highlight, with a variety of Japanese and Western dishes to start the day right. I also liked the eco cleaning option, which rewards you with two drink tokens — a nice way to encourage sustainable choices. Overall, this hotel combines convenience, comfort, and great service, making it an excellent choice for hikers and travellers alike.

Très pratique, proche des magasins d'usine. Environnement propre, mais nombre limité de chambres doubles. Nous avons payé un supplément pour un surclassement en chambre simple pour deux, ce qui était très pratique. Le petit-déjeuner était également servi tôt, ce qui était très appréciable.

The room was very noisy, I was tired and slept well at night, so I skipped breakfast. Next time I come, I will eat breakfast without skipping it. Dinner is not bad. I was given yaki onigiri or cup noodles, which made me feel full and I fell asleep. I am not hungry at night anymore.

L'hôtel est propre et le service est sympathique. La salle de bain est un peu petite. La salle de petit-déjeuner offre une vue directe sur le mont Fuji.

The hotel location is very easy, right outside the Gotemba station. They offered free breakfast buffet with great variety of Japanese and English breakfast options. They even offered a free drink an curry rice meal for dinner as our stay. The hotel room offered an excellent view of Mount Fuji as you can see in the picture included .

C'est à 10 minutes à pied de la gare JR Gotemba. Il y a des maisons résidentielles sur la route. Vous pouvez le voir sur Google Maps. L'hôtel ne dispose que d'une réception en anglais et les produits de toilette sont très complets, notamment des peignoirs que vous pouvez emporter vous-même et des chaussons pour enfants. Les toilettes publiques ne disposent que d'une baignoire pour hommes, qui n'est pas grande. La chambre dispose d'une fenêtre et d'un tatami de style japonais, suffisant pour accueillir 3 personnes.

L'emplacement était pratique, car j'avais réservé cet hôtel principalement pour visiter le circuit Fuji Speedway, mais se déplacer dans la gare de Gotemba était compliqué sans voiture de location. Les bains publics étaient un atout majeur. Le fait que toutes les chambres soient fumeurs peut poser problème aux non-fumeurs souhaitant reconsidérer leur réservation.

It is very reasonable to stay! Transportation in Gotemba in general is not that convenient, so better rental car… or use the shuttle bus from Hotel to subway, but make sure you check the bus schedule, it is not connecting perfectly with other buses or trains so you end up waiting for long. It is warm, clean and enough for 4 adults and 1 baby. Hot spring was amazing! All facility was so clean! But there are no pan or pots to cook, so it was pointless there was a kitchen though…
