IInvitéLa position est à Siei, il ne peut pas être très pratique de emballer, mais si l'emballage est rempli de prix, le paysage est plus comme Yunnan, face à la mer, manger est très bon, le petit déjeuner est très bon. La chambre est grande et est très adaptée pour boire des cartes. La soupe privée est également très configurée, il n'y a pas besoin de mettre la soupe privée dans la chambre, l'attitude de service est également très bonne

IInvitéWe had a truly wonderful stay at Ittouan. The experience was exceptional from beginning to end.
The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They noticed us from far away and immediately came to help carry our luggage. One of the staff members, a lovely young lady who spoke excellent English, was especially helpful and made communication very easy. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, but I would like to thank her again.
We booked both dinner and breakfast, and the meals were fantastic. The ingredients were very fresh and the variety was impressive. Every dish was different and beautifully prepared. However, for two women like us, the portions were honestly quite generous — even sharing one meal between two people might have been enough!
The location is excellent. The hotel provides a free shuttle to Kawazu Station, which makes it extremely convenient for visiting the Kawazu cherry blossoms. It is also very close to the beautiful coastline, so the surroundings are lovely.
Our room had a private onsen bath where we could soak while enjoying the view of cherry blossoms, which was a truly special experience. There is also a larger private bath available by reservation (free of charge). We also tried the hot stone spa, which was incredibly effective in relieving the fatigue after my marathon.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay. I would love to come back again in the future, hopefully with my family.
一灯庵で本当に素晴らしい滞在をさせていただきました。最初から最後までとても心温まる体験でした。
到着したとき、スタッフの皆さまは遠くから私たちに気づいてくださり、すぐに荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくださいました。その心遣いにとても感動しました。特に英語がとても上手な可愛らしい女性スタッフの方がいらっしゃって、丁寧に対応してくださり安心して滞在することができました。残念ながらお名前を伺うのを忘れてしまいましたが、この場を借りて改めて感謝をお伝えしたいです。
夕食と朝食の両方をお願いしましたが、お料理はどれも本当に素晴らしかったです。食材はとても新鮮で、品数も多く、一つ一つ丁寧に作られているのが伝わってきました。すべて違う料理で楽しませていただきました。ただ、私たち二人（女性）には少し量が多く、とても贅沢なボリュームでした。
立地もとても良く、河津駅まで無料の送迎があるので河津桜を見に行くのにもとても便利でした。また、美しい海岸も近く、散歩するだけでもとても気持ちの良い場所でした。
お部屋の温泉では桜を眺めながらゆっくり入ることができ、とても特別な時間を過ごすことができました。また、無料で予約できる貸切風呂もあり、温泉を存分に楽しめました。さらにホットストーンスパも利用しましたが、マラソンを走った後の疲れが本当に和らぎ、とてもリラックスできました。
スタッフの皆さまの温かいおもてなしのおかげで、忘れられない滞在になりました。ぜひまた家族と一緒に訪れたいと思います。本当にありがとうございました。

IInvitéOverall the location was great and there was a direct sea view from most of the rooms and the onsen. Some of the facilities are slightly dated. Whilst it is very costly, i do feel overall that stay was still within expectations. The biggest disappointment for me was the dinner where the steam fish served was not as fresh. Despite the feedback provided to the hotel, they could not do any service recovery and simply kept repeating that they could not do anything. This goes against the great Japanese service I have always encountered everywhere I go in Japan

IInvitéUne expérience de seconde nourriture est très bonne. La sœur de la personnelle de l'hôtel est très enthousiaste et chaleureuse, basée sur les clients, nous servent sans énorme détail. Les pierres de l'hôtel sont très délicieuses, la variété de plats est riche et le bateau de fruits de mer est très frais, chaque repas est nourri. Une expérience assez satisfaisante, puis vous emmènerez vos parents à l'expérience!

HHun SiongNice environment with great sea view, food was great and delicious with a variety of choice. Room big enough and very nice onsen facility. Lounge at 6 level serve free welcome drink, tea break, local bear and wine. Definitely will visit again next time.

UUtilisateur anonymeLa chambre est assez grande et n'a pas l'air vieille. La vue de la chambre vue mer est très bonne. Le prix de quelques centaines par jour sans repas en vaut largement la peine.
Les sources chaudes sont divisées en zones intérieures et extérieures, et elles font toutes face à la mer. C'est recommandé car il y a peu de monde.
Le dîner est un peu cher, vous pouvez le manger ou non. Si vous sortez jouer pendant la journée, vous pouvez le manger autour de la place avant de revenir. Le petit-déjeuner peut être un avant-goût de la cuisine japonaise livrée en chambre, mais le plat frit le poisson pour le plat principal est moyen et un peu louche. , si vous restez plusieurs nuits, vous n'avez pas besoin de réserver tous les jours

IInvitéThis is a bit worn out and simple hotel. The best things were the extremely friendly and helpful staff, as well as the super delicious dinner & breakfast that was included in the price. I ate maybe the most delicious croissant ever here. The variety and the quality of food was great. Things to improve are the facilities, especially the onsen. It’s very small but more importantly, it wasn’t well maintained and there was no emergency button. When my mom felt like fainting, it wasn’t possible to call for help.
Also the air conditioner in the room was very loud, making it difficult to sleep. All in all, good stay.

IInvitéWe were really taken aback by how nice the entire experience was at the cost, private bath, onsen, and the facilities were a delight. The photos did not do the rooms justice. Beautiful and practical. Nice staff as well. Dinner buffet was delicious as well, we went back for seconds.
The town was gorgeous, great workout, and the locals were very friendly although it’s hard to get to neighbouring areas without a car and the nearby shops are often only open for one or a few days of the week which means you should be careful in your planning if you want to eat out of the hotel in a place that is not a konbini.

LLThe staff are very polite and always willing to help. The room is big and comfortable. The sound-proof work is also effective, so I hardly hear any noise from rooms nearby.
However, note that the hotel is in the middle of a mountain. If you don’t drive, you have to rely on the car service which the hotel offers (free of charge but not always available). It is almost impossible to go by foot.
However, I must say the hotel staff has always tried their best to cater your needs, which I appreicate very much.
