This hotel has an excellent location — right in front of Hisayaodori Subway Station Exit 4, which made getting around extremely convenient. There’s also a 7-Eleven just next door, and right behind the hotel is a lively district filled with restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and malls. It connects directly to Oasis and Sakae, so everything is within easy walking distance. I chose a shower-only room since I rarely use a bathtub. The sink being located outside the bathroom was actually a plus for me, as it provided better lighting for makeup. The room also had a large window, which made the space feel more open and comfortable. One of the main reasons I didn’t use the shower much is because the hotel has a really nice public bath. It’s very comfortable, with both indoor and semi-outdoor areas. I absolutely loved this facility — it was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also collaborates with a luggage courier service that can send your suitcase to a building next to Nagoya Station (not directly inside the station), which is very convenient. I booked a room with breakfast, and although the selection was simple, everything tasted really good. There were real, hearty dishes, soup, some Western options, as well as desserts, coffee, and tea — all complete and very comforting. Some of the menu items also changed daily, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with the food overall. The lobby is beautiful, with high ceilings, large windows, and very comfortable sofas. The staff were generally helpful, but I did encounter one issue. Aside from 2 staff members (who I believe may have been of Indian descent), the Japanese staff did not speak English. While I understand this can happen, I think having basic English skills would be very helpful, especially since this hotel accommodates many international guests. When I asked about the luggage courier service, I felt like I was being passed around between staff. Another staff member came out to assist, but unfortunately, they also did not speak English and did not attempt to use a translation app. Instead, they tried to explain using pen and paper, which made the situation quite confusing. I felt there was very little effort to communicate clearly, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has great facilities and an unbeatable location. I hope the communication aspect can be improved, as I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you!

Really like this hotel. Very convenient which is very near to subway Sakae exit 2, just 2 minutes walk. Right located at the shopping areas opposite Donki, near to Muji, LOFT…. As I arrived early morning, they safe kept my luggage’s so I can immediately go for my breakfast and kick off my shopping. Comment area well equipped with microwave, soup and coffee  dispenser. Will definitely stay here again.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya Hotel, and I want to highlight some exceptional service that made our visit memorable. Thoughtful Amenities The welcome ice cream for my sons was a delightful surprise. It was a thoughtful gesture that made them feel special and added to our overall positive experience. Duty Manager Mr. Andei Ho One standout moment of our visit was when Mr. Andei Ho, the Duty Manager, came to assist us during one of our evenings at the hotel. Being a Hongkonger himself, he made us feel right at home. When we returned from a day out and needed to store some belongings at the concierge, Mr. Andei approached us and warmly communicated in Cantonese. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help truly made us feel welcomed. Proactive Assistance After our check-out, Mr. Andei noticed us trying to call an Uber in the lobby and proactively offered to help by calling a taxi instead. Given that we had too much luggage, he went above and beyond by marking the pick-up and drop-off locations for us at the Airport Express Station, ensuring a smooth departure. One day, he saw us waiting outside for a taxi and proactively asked a colleague to come over and see if we needed help calling a taxi. Housekeeping I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. They kept our room impeccably clean and tidy throughout our stay, greatly contributing to our comfort. Summary In summary, my experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya was fantastic, thanks to the outstanding service from Mr. Andei Ho and the entire staff, including the diligent housekeeping team. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future!

Le restaurant est un hôtel de qualité, le restaurant est un hôtel de qualité. Un élément qui nous a impressionné est que l'hôtel a commencé le petit déjeuner à 4 h le jour de la marathon de Nagoya.. Alors, il n'était pas prévu. Merci de l'hôtel. Les menus de service de la chambre sont typiques spécialités de Nagoya. Même si les prix des aliments étaient un peu élevés, nous avons dû commander les aliments parce que nous ne pouvions pas marcher après la marathon courant.

J'ai réservé cet hôtel après avoir cherché une chambre double relativement spacieuse. Le copieux petit-déjeuner inclus pour notre séjour de 4 nuits était un vrai plus. Le menu du petit-déjeuner est assez régulier, mais mon enfant et moi avons particulièrement apprécié le curry et la côtelette de porc. La chambre était nettoyée en profondeur chaque jour et deux bouteilles d'eau étaient fournies. En sortant sur la droite de l'hôtel, vous trouverez immédiatement un petit parc avec une aire de jeux et le centre commercial Alpen Nagoya. En allant à gauche, vous apercevrez Don Quijote à 5 minutes et le restaurant de gyudon inspiré par Takumi Kimu. Komeda Coffee et Tebasaki sont également à 5-7 minutes, alors n'hésitez pas à y faire un tour. Les environs étaient propres et sûrs. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 4 nuits à Nagoya. Je recommande cet hôtel.

The best choice if you come to Nagoya to watch an event in Niterra Hall. It is literally just across the street. It's very near Kanayama station too. Very convenient location. They are very generous with amenities and the place is very clean.

L'hôtel est tout près du métro, à quatre ou cinq minutes à pied. Je ne l'avais pas remarqué avant de réserver, mais cette rue a une ambiance un peu particulière le soir, haha, mais ce n'est pas gênant. Il y a un Lawson's et un FamilyMart juste en bas, ainsi qu'un fast-food Matsuya. Plusieurs restaurants très bien notés se trouvent à proximité, mais je n'ai pas eu le temps de les tester ! L'hôtel est à environ six ou sept stations de métro du Nagoya Dome, sans correspondance, soit environ 20 à 30 minutes, ce qui est très pratique ! Le personnel de la réception était très sympathique, mais l'heure d'arrivée était stricte : possible uniquement à partir de 15h. Il y avait des sièges libres pour se reposer, et l'hôtel proposait même le petit-déjeuner ! Je ne l'ai cependant pas pris ! La chambre est petite mais elle est bien équipée. Elle est parfaite pour une personne, aucun problème majeur ! Si vous venez au Nagoya Dome pour un concert, vous pourriez envisager cet hôtel ! 🫶🏻

L'emplacement est très avantageux. Sortez de la gare centrale de Meitetsu. Tournez à droite puis à droite dans le centre commercial souterrain Sunroad. Continuez tout droit jusqu'à ce que vous voyiez quelque chose sous vos bottes et tournez un peu plus à droite et vous verrez un danois. Cœur, tournez à gauche puis à côté. L'entrée du magasin de desserts aux herbes se trouve en face de l'ascenseur qui mène directement à l'hôtel. Le 11ème étage est le hall d'enregistrement. La seule chose que je n'ai pas aimé, c'est que le lit était un peu dur et que j'avais mal au dos après 12 heures de sommeil.

Room price includes breakfast, while the options are limited, the taste and quality is good. Love the curry and it's soft scrambled egg. Room size I booked is typical Japanese business hotel size, which is compact. Location is like 5-10 mins to Nagoya station, 5 mins to Aeon Mall, and 15 mins to Toyota Commemorative Museum (all in walking distance). Also they have supplementary coffee and soft drinks throughout the day at the breakfast hall until 11pm. You can heat up your food as there is a microwave there. A good hangout place with friends for night snack before hitting the bed.

Me, still satisfied with the price I paid. Just saying my experience so that u get to know more about it. 1st, PREPARE UR BOOKING REF. NUMBER, they need it during check it. A bit far from the Nagoya station, or other train station. A few traffic lights to wait for. A bit hard to find using Google maps, because no idea where is the entry. It has building no.2 for women only, and no. 3 for men only. But Google map can't tell which one is it. Google bring me to no.2, and it's actually the backdoor. So, I spin around myself quite a distance to find no.3. Lucky u got me here, the entrance is just at the bridge, as my photo shown. But there is no one at the counter, no lobby to wait, more like a apartment. The staff ONLY come at 5pm, to process check in. Shared bathroom, NOT smart toilet. I can't find a place to hang my pants. All black, as shown in photo. Good emergency sign, and stairs. Is my 1st time seeing such a thing. Is good to see new things. ONLY ONE plug, and it connects to TV. that I went to front counter to borrow extension. One small pillow... This is a bit tough for me, but I put the towels on it to make it bigger/higher. Shower has some laws... U need check the time at the schedule, or else it will Be Locked. Small room area, after open luggage, slide it under the bed. NO table for anything. So, I eat on the bed, be careful. Is a nice experience for me.
