Booked this place without knowing it’s a pets hotel. Good green for the pets to roam. Facilities is really pet friendly! Overall enjoyed this place! Just a caution that this is a self check in. Please reach out to the hotel line to ask for the pincode in advance. We were abit lost when we did not locate any front desk for check in help.

me and my partner stay at Valentine's Day and we loved it so much! Must come back for special vacation! Bbq dinner for two is included and we added some sashimi and watch beef from the supermarket nearby. Alcohol drinks, breakfast is also included in the package, it is relatively a good deal. We are lucky to have the room without an objects blocking the Mt Fuji so all pictures are lovely. Staff is professional and great, detail explained everything we need to know. Fireworks are available at your own cost, we played after dinner although it is freezing cold (-2℃) that night. We hop into the outdoor spa after indoor shower, amenities and shower equipments are provided and they are high quality brands!!! Worth everything and long drive to go there! 10/10

Nous avons aimé notre séjour ici et nous en parlerions pour le reste de notre voyage, même maintenant que nous rentrons chez nous, nous regardons à nouveau nos jours passés ici et c'était le pic de notre voyage au Japon. Le personnel était très aimable et utile malgré la barrière linguistique. Le sauna et le tube froid de notre chambre étaient le point de vue – Il a vraiment fait notre séjour encore plus relaxant avec ces équipements dans le confort de notre propre chambre. Et dans le lobby, ils ont des vélos pour nous louer pour explorer le lac Yamanaka et il était si beau. Et je vous dis de leur petit déjeuner!! Délicatement préparé avec les meilleurs œufs cramés, tournant par notre séjour. Il y a une station d'autobus située à l'extérieur de l'hôtel pour vous emmener à des endroits, mais notez que les bus arrivent une fois par heure.

A very well decorated free standing home that perfectly suits our family group of 5 (or up to 10 members). We loved the double volume floorplan. It's equipped with everything you'd want in a home, including a washing machine, a separate dryer, fridge, rice cooker, microwave, ceiling fan, decorative fireplace, and even a BBQ out on a patio, which gives you view of Mt. Fuji! It has two toilets and two bathrooms and a jacuzzi. The location is perfect being just a short stroll away from lake Yamanako. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

I really liked the hotel overall 1. The staff was very nice and knew some english so conversation was possible. Fast response times in chat is good service 2. Breakfast was really good 3. Location is very good, got bus stops around the hotel and you can use google maps to know which buses to take, when they come. I used suica card on apple wallet or on app on the scanner when boarding the bus to get around. The bus which is like 5 minutes walk can take you to lake kawaguchiko, gotemba premium outlets, and more. You also got lawson within 4 minutes walk which is a pretty cool convenience store that also has things like katsu sandwiches and cheeseburgers for snacks, ogino a grocery store within 6 min walk, and some other soup restaurants like udon and hoto noodles 4. Close to the lake pier which is great for biking around Lake Yamanaka which was probably my favorite part of visiting besides the local food it is what I would say life changingly beautiful 5. The onsen which is inside the hotel was very relaxing and nice, and you can put cold water into it if its too hot Now i haven't been to other hotels around the area so I cant compare but I would definitely come again

À l'exception de la vue sur le Mont Fuji depuis la chambre (mais on le voit très bien dès qu'on sort !), tout était parfait. Le propriétaire est chinois et excelle dans l'art de l'hospitalité ! 1. Possibilité de louer des vélos directement sur place (beaucoup de monde nous a demandé, envieux, si l'établissement nous les prêtait !). 2. Service de transport privé disponible ! Autour du Mont Fuji, les transports en commun sont limités (un bus toutes les 2 heures !) et il est presque impossible de trouver un taxi, même en étant prêt à payer. Leur service de voiture est de surcroît plus abordable qu'un taxi ! 3. Le propriétaire partage volontiers des informations sur les coutumes japonaises, ce qui est très intéressant ! L'emplacement est également excellent : le célèbre point de vue (celui de la photo) est à seulement quelques minutes à vélo ! Après avoir été pris sous la pluie, le propriétaire m'a même proposé des médicaments contre le rhume ! Un geste d'une incroyable gentillesse qui m'a profondément touché !

The cabin was very clean and well maintained, with all equipment and amenities in excellent condition. Everything felt new and thoughtfully prepared, making the stay very comfortable. The self check-in and check-out process was easy and convenient. The highlight was definitely the beautiful view of Mount Fuji — waking up and seeing Fuji so clearly was unforgettable.

A short drive from Lake Yamanaka, we checked into here for the night—mainly because we wanted to explore the area and try the region’s famous Hōtō noodles. We chose a traditional Japanese futon room for the experience. That meant laying out our own beds—slightly clumsy, a bit of trial and error, and a lot of laughing when we realised there’s no “redo” once everything’s set. The weather had a chill to it, so the onsen became the highlight. Stepping into the hot water while the cold air lingered outside—it slowed everything down in a way you don’t realise you need. Nothing extravagant, nothing overly planned. Just the four of us, figuring things out as we went. Looking back, it wasn’t the hotel or even the lake—it was those small, unpolished moments that made the night feel complete.

Emplacement idéal pour une vue sur le mont Fuji et un café à proximité. Le Park a été une expérience phénoménale. J'ai également beaucoup apprécié le combini voisin. Cependant, je n'apprécie pas l'obligation de manger en groupe au restaurant et l'absence de micro-ondes dans les chambres. Je le recommande vivement.

La chambre n'était pas grande et les toilettes étaient très petites. Je peux seulement dire que j'avais réservé pour le mont Fuji, mais il a plu le lendemain matin et je n'ai pas pu voir le lever du soleil. J'ai dû appeler quelqu'un pour venir m'enregistrer après être entré à l'hôtel…
