CcleanroomLe rapport qualité/prix est très élevé, le séjour est confortable et satisfaisant, il est proche des commerces de Queen Street et non loin de l'aéroport. En tant que dernier arrêt, c'est le choix le plus pratique. L'hôtel est très récent et mérite d'être recommandé !

Ddzulhaimi zainal abidinAs we entered the unit at 9.00 pm due to last minute bookings, the unit was clean and tidy. Even though the hall's air conditioning is sweezing but well functioning. Overall, we are happy for the stay and very highly recommended for family or friends with 3-6 person as they provide 2 single beds, 1 double decker and 1 queen bed. Ample space at hall attached with the dining table. Further more, the unit located at the very next elevators, less worrying when we get in and out at night especially. Easy to get various foods and basic stuff and there are clinics and self-laundry down stairs. We will surely looking forward for the next visit.

SSimlsI recently stayed at Eastin Hotel Penang, and unfortunately, the experience did not fully meet my expectations.
The room felt quite outdated and was too cramped for two adults and one toddler. There was very limited space to move around comfortably, especially with luggage and a child. It did not feel suitable for a small family stay.
The toilet appeared poorly maintained, with visible mold on the walls, making it look dirty and unpleasant. The wardrobe design was also unsettling it was an open wardrobe without doors located right next to the bed. When the lights were off and clothes were hanging inside, it felt quite eerie.
Drinking water was limited to six small bottles per day, and toiletries were provided in minimal quantities. The pillows seemed old and flat, and were not comfortable to sleep on. Unlike other hotels that provide soft, fluffy pillows, these felt worn out and affected the quality of sleep.
Breakfast service was another disappointment. Some staff at the egg station had difficulty understanding simple English instructions. When I asked for sunny side up eggs, I was served an omelette instead. When I requested a well-done, fully cooked egg for my child, the staff again seemed unable to understand, which was frustrating.
On a positive note, the hotel’s location is convenient. It is only about a 3–4 minute walk to Queensbay Mall, making shopping and dining very accessible. It is also approximately 10–15 minutes’ drive to Penang International Airport and close to the Penang Bridge, which is convenient for travelers.
Overall, the stay was disappointing in terms of room condition, comfort, and service quality. I hope the hotel can improve its maintenance standards and staff training to provide a better experience for future guests.

IInvitéBelle vue et superbe piscine. Attention cependant, sa profondeur est de 1,2 m. Côté équipements, rien d'exceptionnel, juste ce qu'il faut. Traverser la rue en voiture est difficile en raison de la circulation dense devant l'hôtel. L'accès au parking est également sinueux et étroit. L'ascenseur est souvent long à utiliser aux heures de pointe. Il n'y a pas de climatisation extérieure dans les chambres, mais lors de notre séjour en décembre, le vent rendait la chaleur supportable. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, les enfants l'adorent, et les adultes aussi, mais le choix est limité. Il faut parfois faire la queue pour avoir une table ; il est donc conseillé d'arriver tôt pour avoir de bonnes places.
