We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at The Pampines Villa. The villa we stayed in huge with 3 beds on the 3rd floor, 2 beds on the second and 8 bunk beds on the 1st floor. It was airy and at the same time, warm enough at night to be comfortable despite the cold weather. Breakfast was really good at the L'amonia Cafe and Desserts. Service was excellent - responsive and unobtrusive. We will stay there again when we next visit Kundasang. The place is well-patronised and deserving of its popularity.

The place is such a dream! So beautiful & very relaxing, away from the bustling city. Just that the resort itself is a distance away from the restaurant. Definitely need your own transportation. But the staff are so helpful especially Mr Lee. He takes care of us very well. He helps to send us to & fro to the restaurant during our breakfast session. He even helps to decorate our room to suprise my husband for his birthday celebration.

Хозяева прекрасные, доброжелательные люди, которые сделали наше пребывание комфортным. Наш номер представлял из себя небольшой помещение, где есть кровать, столик, кондиционер и совмещенный санузел. В номере чисто. Можно заказать доставку еды и ее довольно быстро привезут, еда вкусная. На месте можно купить кофе, чай, напитки. До входа в Hot Poring Springs идти минут 15, но вас могут подвезти бесплатно. Есть трансфер в Кота Кинабалу, Сандакан. Дороже, чем граб, но граб оттуда не вызвать. Граб нам стоил из Кота Кинабалу 200 ринггит, обратно трансфер стоил 300. Не ждите роскоши от этого места пребывания (как и от других рядом находящихся). Это как приехать к бабушке в деревню). Очень душевно.

The service provided by the staff was excellent. They were polite, friendly, and hardworking throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, with the fried mee hoon being a highlight. The room was very clean and well maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. Above all, the stunning breakfast view of Mount Kinabalu truly made the experience unforgettable.

Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Pros: Easy check-in, with a receptionist available. Great location, only about a 5-minute walk to Bataras Supermarket, with Uncle Bob and Aicha in the same row, making it very convenient for food and daily necessities. Although it is close to the supermarket and shops, the area was surprisingly quiet at night. No bad smells in the house or around the toilets. The view is pretty good and better than expected. I requested a ground-floor unit because we had an older guest with us, and they kindly arranged a ground-floor unit for us. Really appreciated this. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The floors and kitchen were clean. The kitchen utensils were also clean, which was a big plus. Many guesthouses have clean rooms but dirty kitchen utensils, so I really appreciated this. The place is spacious and suitable for a big group. Cons: The bidet spray/water pressure was a little too strong, and some of the pipes were leaking. One of the toilets became clogged on the second day. There is a small graveyard nearby, but personally, it was not an issue for us at all. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and felt comfortable throughout. The convenient location, cleanliness, helpful staff, and spacious layout made this a great choice, especially for a big group. We definitely would love to stay here again!

L'emplacement est excellent : idéalement situé près de la route principale, l'établissement est facile à trouver et d'accès. Chaque chambre dispose d'un balcon privé, parfait pour se détendre et admirer la vue imprenable sur les montagnes de Kundasang. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour, car nous avions apporté notre propre table et nos chaises de camping, ce qui a rendu l'expérience sur le balcon encore plus agréable. Se garer était un jeu d'enfant : nous avons pu garer notre voiture juste devant notre chambre, ce qui a grandement facilité le déchargement des bagages. Le café sur place propose également un bon choix de plats et de boissons, que vous ayez envie d'une collation légère ou d'un repas plus copieux. En résumé, ce fut un séjour confortable et agréable. Nous le recommandons vivement à tous ceux qui recherchent une escapade paisible et pittoresque à Kundasang !

Had such a pleasant family trip! The view, ambience, facilities, and service were all beyond awesome. Bonus: free breakfast for every room. A huge plus is that the place has its own restaurant, so we didn’t have to head out in the dark for dinner. I tried the nasi goreng tuhau and it was sedap! Prices are really affordable too. I know exactly where I’ll be staying next time I’m in Kundasang.

La chambre a un sentiment très vintage, et vu le prix que nous avons payé, nous n'avons pas posé de grandes attentes. Cependant, nous sommes vraiment surpris par la situation le balcon face directement vers le mont Kinabalu, offrant une vue incroyable! La chambre est très simple, avec des accessoires essentiels comme des serviettes, un chauffeur à eau chaude, des hangers, une chaudière et un sèche-cheveux. Leur chaleur et leur hospitalité étaient au-delà des attentes, et ils étaient toujours prêts à aider à toute enquête sur Kundasang. Ils ont également mentionné que le lieu sera rénové bientôt après près de 30 ans. Je suis vraiment impatient de revenir. Parce que, honnêtement, leur hospitalité a gagné mon cœur! ❤️

Le Mont du Mont du Mont du Mont du Mont du Mont du Mont du Mont du Mont du Mont du Mont du Mont du Mont du Mont du Mont du Mont du Mont du Mont du Mont du Mont du Mont du Mont du Mont du Mont du Mont du Mont du Mont du Mont du Mont du Nous vivons dans le plus haut niveau, L'ouverture de la porte à gauche 👀 est une montagne entière, et il n'y a pas de fils et d'autres lignes de photos 😍😍😍 L'ouverture de la porte à droite 👀 est un océan de chauve-souris, le vent est vraiment très confortable, très froid 🥶 C'est la chambre qui est pleine de petits insectes, les lits ne sont pas très propres, ils vont se faire.. 😂
