The place is such a dream! So beautiful & very relaxing, away from the bustling city. Just that the resort itself is a distance away from the restaurant. Definitely need your own transportation. But the staff are so helpful especially Mr Lee. He takes care of us very well. He helps to send us to & fro to the restaurant during our breakfast session. He even helps to decorate our room to suprise my husband for his birthday celebration.

Best spot ever if you want to catch a perfect view of Mount Kinabalu in the morning. Best time is from 6am - 8am. WVF also sediakan us breakfast, setanding dgn harga bayaran tapi kenyang dan sedap. The place so peaceful, senyap sambil dgr bunyi air terjun. Jalan menuju ke WVF dihujung jalan hampir ke farmstay agak ke dalam dan susur jalan berbukit, pls extra be careful. Di WVF ada kedai runcit yang serba lengkap ala2 spt watsons hahaha & they also ada sediakan add-on steambot RM25/pax. Harga byrn bilik setanding dgn accommodation & breakfast. Kakak2 receptionist sangat baik dan murah dgn senyuman. 😍

La route vers le lieu est un peu tremble, mais tout vaut la peine pour l'excellent vue. Les hôtes étaient super agréables et amicaux, ils ont un restaurant et une petite marteau dans la zone de réception, même un distributeur d'eau. Il y a 2 chambres avec lits grands et une autre avec des lits de masse qui peuvent s'adapter 4. Vous pouvez également demander à Wifi router et Mahjong de louer.

Had a really pleasant stay here. The room was clean, the location is great with a nice peaceful vibe, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities were well maintained and everything felt comfortable. Definitely a good place to relax and unwind. Would come again!

shower water heater not functioning well and socket plug for heating water not functioning. macam mandi air aisbox. dah la barang memang sedia rosak, kena deposit lagi rm100 masa check in. then, tunggu mereka check condition bilik dulu baru la depo kena release masa check out dengan keadaan facilities kurang bagus

Хозяева прекрасные, доброжелательные люди, которые сделали наше пребывание комфортным. Наш номер представлял из себя небольшой помещение, где есть кровать, столик, кондиционер и совмещенный санузел. В номере чисто. Можно заказать доставку еды и ее довольно быстро привезут, еда вкусная. На месте можно купить кофе, чай, напитки. До входа в Hot Poring Springs идти минут 15, но вас могут подвезти бесплатно. Есть трансфер в Кота Кинабалу, Сандакан. Дороже, чем граб, но граб оттуда не вызвать. Граб нам стоил из Кота Кинабалу 200 ринггит, обратно трансфер стоил 300. Не ждите роскоши от этого места пребывания (как и от других рядом находящихся). Это как приехать к бабушке в деревню). Очень душевно.

All of them truly deserve a 5-star award for their excellent service. The receptionist, Ms. Liza (if I’m not mistaken), was very kind and welcoming. I arrived at the resort around 2:00 PM without making any prior reservation, yet she patiently showed me every type of room the resort offers. After viewing all the room options, I made my decision, and the check-in process was smooth and easy with clear explanations given. The room was quite spacious, and an additional bed could be added with a small extra charge. Whenever I needed anything, I just had to make a call, and the staff responded quickly and efficiently. My stay included breakfast, and the food provided was good. For dinner, the restaurant also offers a variety of dishes, which is very convenient as guests don’t need to drive out to look for food. That said, I do have a few suggestions for improvement to make the stay even better. The beds could be upgraded, as they felt a bit old and not very comfortable. The Wi-Fi coverage also needs improvement, especially since the CelcomDigi network coverage in the area is quite weak. In addition, the television system could be upgraded. While the resort offers beautiful scenery to enjoy, sometimes the weather doesn’t allow guests to go outside, so having better in-room entertainment would be appreciated. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and truly appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality , I hope to visit again in the future.

La vue est magnifique. Vous pouvez voir la montagne très claire au début du matin. La condition routière à cet endroit est très difficile pour un véhicule 2. La cafetière extra pendant la conduite est une bonne cause de la route est forte et la visibilité pendant la nuit est limitée, surtout quand elle pleut.
