Although the hotel is located a little off the main road, the beautiful and tranquil environment makes it well worth the journey. Waking up to the stunning view of Mount Kinabalu and spending the evening under a sky full of stars was truly unforgettable. The cool weather, friendly staff, and excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the slightly weak water pressure. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

The place is such a dream! So beautiful & very relaxing, away from the bustling city. Just that the resort itself is a distance away from the restaurant. Definitely need your own transportation. But the staff are so helpful especially Mr Lee. He takes care of us very well. He helps to send us to & fro to the restaurant during our breakfast session. He even helps to decorate our room to suprise my husband for his birthday celebration.

The road to the place is a little shaky but all worth it for the excellent view. In the morning got to see the whole mount KK in front of us, really amazing view. The people hosting were super nice and friendly, they have a restaurant and small mart at the reception area, even a water dispenser. There were 2 rooms with big bed and another with bunk beds that can fit 4. You can also ask for Wifi router and Mahjong to rent. Overall good experience, would visit again!

2 hour drive from airport. Very close drive to the Kinabalu national park or about a 20 minute walk. Room is simple, rustic but clean. Beautiful surrounding and view from the room. Bed was comfortable. Perfect if you just want a good place to rest after spending the day in nature. There’s a cafe/lunch spot about 15 minutes away by foot.

Le prix est excellent et la chambre est très agréable. Un très bon rapport qualité-prix. L'emplacement est également très bien. J'ai adoré le point de vue panoramique d'où l'on peut admirer le mont K le matin. Une vue à couper le souffle.

Had such a pleasant family trip! The view, ambience, facilities, and service were all beyond awesome. Bonus: free breakfast for every room. A huge plus is that the place has its own restaurant, so we didn’t have to head out in the dark for dinner. I tried the nasi goreng tuhau and it was sedap! Prices are really affordable too. I know exactly where I’ll be staying next time I’m in Kundasang.

L'emplacement est très pratique et le parking gratuit est spacieux. L'extérieur est agréable, bien entretenu et propre, ce qui en fait un lieu idéal pour se détendre. Un barbecue est également à disposition, mais les clients doivent apporter leurs propres ustensiles et ingrédients. Seul bémol : il n'y a pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Le lit est un peu bruyant, mais cela reste acceptable pour un court séjour. La chambre dispose également d'un petit balcon, parfait pour admirer la vue nocturne. L'arrivée et le départ sont rapides et sans problème. Une table à repasser est disponible à la réception et un sèche-cheveux peut être emprunté sur demande. Dans l'ensemble, compte tenu du prix, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would like to start my review by complimenting all the staff ,from the receptionist, kitchen staff, to the housekeeping team. All of them truly deserve a 5-star award for their excellent service. The receptionist, Ms. Liza (if I’m not mistaken), was very kind and welcoming. I arrived at the resort around 2:00 PM without making any prior reservation, yet she patiently showed me every type of room the resort offers. After viewing all the room options, I made my decision, and the check-in process was smooth and easy with clear explanations given. The room was quite spacious, and an additional bed could be added with a small extra charge. Whenever I needed anything, I just had to make a call, and the staff responded quickly and efficiently. My stay included breakfast, and the food provided was good. For dinner, the restaurant also offers a variety of dishes, which is very convenient as guests don’t need to drive out to look for food. That said, I do have a few suggestions for improvement to make the stay even better. The beds could be upgraded, as they felt a bit old and not very comfortable. The Wi-Fi coverage also needs improvement, especially since the CelcomDigi network coverage in the area is quite weak. In addition, the television system could be upgraded. While the resort offers beautiful scenery to enjoy, sometimes the weather doesn’t allow guests to go outside, so having better in-room entertainment would be appreciated. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and truly appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality , I hope to visit again in the future.
