Doesn’t meet Belmond expectations. 1. Food is average, the same we had in a small village, change a chef, not tasty at all. 2. On a breakfast waiters ALWAYS bring fruits and after 5 min asking if I need them. Why on earth I should eat fruits in 5 min? And why do you need it? Quality and variety of breakfast is not nice — all days we had not fresh blueberries. In my home country I have blueberries from Peru and it’s fresher. How it is possible? 3. Welcome is not in Belmond style: no champagne or good chocolate. 4. One day we asked to clean the room before 12, they did, we came and I was sure we are alone in the room. When I was naked I saw a gardener in our private terrace. He also saw me. How it’s possible he entered our terrace when I was in the room????? With no bell and knocking???? 5. Alpacas feeding is also trash: all people from hotel come, you will never get nice pictures like on instagram. Why you don’t make it by appointment? We had a lot of experiences with animals in different countries , this one is the worst. 6. Stuff is not well trained, communication is super artificial. Place is beautiful, but that’s it. Worst Belmond we have been to. Ask Monasterio Belmond about good experience and top notch service.

La dame de nettoyage amicale et utile. Les propriétaires qui courent normalement le lieu de la ville. L'hôtel est à environ 10 minutes à pied de la ville. La plupart de la route vers la place est pavée. Je mange à un très bon restaurant à la place. La plupart des restaurants offrent des vues excellentes et des options végétariennes. L'hôtel dispose de vues glorielles du toit où ils servent le petit déjeuner quotidien. Il y a du café ou de l'eau chaude 24x7. La zone est très bien sauf pour les vaches bejng. Internet excellent. Douche chaude excellent. Élevages faits pour commander le petit déjeuner. Google traduire nécessaire à l'hôtel + dans la ville. Désirer tous les hôtels offrant de l'eau filtrée. Cela réduirait l'achat quotidien d'eau bouteilleuse en plastique. J'ai aimé mon séjour.

The lodge is clean with friendly staff. Water pressure is a little weak but overall it's a nice and comfortable stay.

Overall a nice stay however we arrived late and there was nobody in the check in area. Took us a long time to check in as we had to wait in the dark

honestly such a dilemma to review! It's near the train to Machu so that's awesome! Also they helped us pack a super nice breakfast with water and we are so thankful! However the room was infested with insects and I got a shock of my life!! Like a lot of flying insects and we couldn't do anything about it. The people are nice too and price so reasonable! So it's really dilemma to review !

Отель в на центральной улице городка, сам очень симпатичный с хорошим ремонтом. Хорошая горячая вода с отличным напором. У нас был номер с видом на реку. Недостатки такие: во время нашего пребывания шёл ремонт, и с утра до вечера проводились шумные работы, это было утомительно и не уместно. В первый день завтрак был анонсирован с 8.00 до 9.00, что довольно странно для отеля. Мы пришли к 8.00, потому что в 8.30 нам надо было уехать, и нам сказали, что горячий завтрак будет готов только к 8.30. Мы не могли ждать, и нам выдали сухой паек, что конечно мило, но довольно странно. Во второй день завтрак был с 7.00 до 9.00, он был обильный и вкусный. Такое чувство, что отель сам по себе классный, но у него проблемы с менеджментом.
