Very enjoyable stay overall. The first night wasn't as good though because they gave me a room on the 3rd floor which had a few ants the next morning, so I requested a room change and they gave me a room on the 6th floor which was much better. Housekeeping was good since they clean all the dishes but they don't provide hand towels, only provide packets of bath gel and shampoo and small cheap hotel bar soap which I didn't use. Also, the hot water was only lukewarm the whole time and they didn't have a second trash can after I changed rooms which is strange. Additionally, I had to request trash bags since it seems pretty gross without them. If they fixed these small issues, the hotel stay would be nearly flawless. The gym was top notch. One other thing, check-in was a hassle since they make you sign this waiver saying you won't break or lose any little item in the room like the 8 picture frames and 2 ornaments on the walls and tables, the chairs and tables themselves, and anything and everything in the room. So I had to check every item was there myself before signing the form.

We stayed at Prime Asia Hotel from April 15–16, and overall, we had a very pleasant experience. One thing we really appreciated was the flexibility with check-in. Although the standard check-in time is 4 PM, we arrived early at around 2 PM since we were already in the area and traveling with a toddler. Thankfully, they accommodated us, which made a big difference for our trip. The staff were consistently warm and welcoming. Whether in the hallway or the elevator, they always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel amenities were also impressive. There’s a 24/7 café in the lobby and a rooftop restaurant that’s also open 24/7, which is very convenient. The pool is open all day as well, and since it wasn’t crowded during our visit, my mom and toddler were able to enjoy it fully. Our room was spacious and well-prepared. They even set up an extra bed for my mom, even though we didn’t request it. We also appreciated the small touches, like being given fresh, warm towels. A special thank you as well for having YouTube Premium available my baby really enjoyed watching kids’ shows, which kept them entertained. We also tried the breakfast buffet, and it did not disappoint. The tapa and bacon were especially delicious. The only downside we noticed was the limited parking space. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely consider coming back.

Le salon est très confortable et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était décent, mais il y avait une place pour l'amélioration. Je ne recommande pas d'ordonner le bangus, car il n'a pas correspondu à la photo qui a été affichée et était notablement petite en portion. Le petit déjeuner américain est très bon, et je trouve que c'est beaucoup plus satisfaisant, tant en taille que en taille de portions. J'ai une rhinite allergique et j'ai remarqué que mes symptômes étaient légèrement déclenchés sous le couvercle, ce qui suggère qu'un processus de nettoyage plus approfondi pourrait être bénéfique. L'équipe de réception était toujours chaude, amicale et bienvenue. Ils nous ont accueillis avec des sourires réels chaque fois que nous passions, ce qui a fait de l'expérience sentir plus personnel et agréable.

I had an amazing experience with SureStay Studio by Best Western Clarkview. I was looking for a special place where I could treat my wife and 3y/o son for Valentine’s Day. I’m currently working abroad, so I wanted to make the celebration extra meaningful even if I couldn’t be there with them. I messaged the property two weeks in advance with a special request a bouquet of flowers for my wife and Kinder Joy chocolates for my son. I knew this was beyond their usual scope, but they gladly assisted me. I sent the funds via GCash, and they took care of everything. I also requested if they could print a personal letter for my wife. I forwarded my message to them, and without hesitation, they printed it beautifully and included it in the bouquet of flowers. That extra effort truly meant so much to me. I would also like to mention that the bouquet in the photo (price list probably from their partner) they initially sent didn’t look very impressive but in actual, it was beautifully arranged and looked classy and expensive. My wife was really impressed! 😁 What truly touched my heart was that they went above and beyond my request. They prepared the room with a romantic setup, complete with petals and candles something I didn’t even expect. My wife was so amazed and happy. When they arrived, they were greeted warmly and with genuine excitement by the staff. The team was very responsive and accommodating from the beginning until the day of the surprise. Their effort, sincerity, and attention to detail made this celebration unforgettable for my family. The place itself is cozy, clean, and well equipped with a rice cooker, water heater, induction cooker, refrigerator, a very spacious bathroom, dining area, and even an indoor pool for both adults and kids. I highly recommend this place not just for a comfortable stay, but especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion. They truly care about their guests and make every effort to create beautiful memories. Thank you so much for helping me make my wife feel loved despite the distance. ❤️

I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

Globalement, le personnel est agréable. La climatisation fonctionne bien ! Voilà… La télévision capte mal. C'est une télévision classique, pas connectée. La connexion internet est faible, très faible. Parfois, il n'y a même pas de signal. Malgré cette faible connexion, ma chambre est un peu sale. Il y a des cafards. J'y suis resté trois jours et le personnel d'entretien n'a pas pris l'initiative de la nettoyer. L'eau chaude de la salle de bain était également en panne pendant un ou deux jours. Le parking est petit et il y a des ordures juste à côté de ma chambre. C'est aussi un peu bruyant quand le personnel d'entretien est dans les autres chambres. C'est bruyant. Le rembourrage de la couette a également été enlevé. Je ne les appelle plus pour qu'ils réparent, je déménage juste pour Noël. Ce serait gênant de les déranger. Encore une fois, le personnel est agréable et la climatisation fonctionne bien.

La chambre est propre, la douche chaude et le climatisation fonctionnent parfaitement bien, le toit est impressionnant. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Je me réserve pour 1 nuit pour voir comment je vais avec cet hôtel comme c'est ma première fois. La caisse de sécurité n'est pas en service, les serviettes sont surutilisées, aucun serviettes, il faut demander une, mini-bar frigo n'est pas en service. Le matin suivant, environ 715am de garderies a été coupé, puis le cloche de la porte m'a réveillé, disant qu'ils faisaient un CHEC DE ROOM et c'est un PROTOCOLE à El Vistra pour faire ce qui est totalement insane. J'ai vérifié juste après, puis la réception m'a dit qu'ils faisaient un CHEC DE ROOM pour s'assurer que tout est pour moi de recevoir mon dépôt.

L'hôtel lui-même et la chambre sont propres et bien rangés. Les employés sont tous respectueux et adorables. Sauf qu'ils ont oublié de me rendre ma carte d'identité au moment du départ. Les contacter a été une expérience terrible car il faut passer par leur service client. J'ai donné mon numéro de réservation via TRIP.com et j'ai dit que je ne pouvais pas trouver mon numéro de réservation. J'ai rappelé et j'ai parlé à un autre agent inutile, cette fois j'ai eu son nom ”Hanz”. Tout ce que je demandais, c'est s'ils pouvaient me connecter à la succursale de Pampanga ou simplement me donner le numéro, mais ils ne le feront pas. Au lieu de cela, ils m'ont dit de les contacter via les réseaux sociaux, ce qui était pénible car le numéro de contact n'y est pas non plus affiché. Je suis philippin ici aussi, mais c'est le moins que l'on puisse dire, c'est toujours stressant de traiter des questions simples ici. Et je ne réserverai probablement plus !

I expected worse because it was very affordable but it exceeded my expectation. The room was huge, the bed was soft and clean. The bathroom was okay. If you're just having a layover, it's perfect.

Un bâtiment qui est arrivé dans les années. Chambres avec meubles obsolètes et espace sanitaire nécessitant une rénovation. La télévision n'a fonctionné qu'après le changement de chambre. Safe disponible, mais les batteries sont vides. Le petit déjeuner est disponible uniquement avec des œufs avec S***** ou hot dog, avec 2 plaques de toast et un canard de café. Personnel amical et prêt à l'aide. Presque oublié l'ascenseur disponible, mais défectueux.
