That's the end of our stay at this hotel in the executive suite. What we liked: Hotel location; Gorgeous landscapes from the room window; Pool area; Spacious swimming pool; Spacious room; The pool is properly planned; Very cute dogs and cats. They cheered us up.; The staff is very polite and tries to help with everything.; Relaxing massage; There was oatmeal on the breakfast menu, which is rare in the Philippines.; Your requests are being listened to. What didn't you like: A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked. We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food. •On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400. •When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited. •Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food. •The leaves in each salad were stale. •Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage. •There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone; I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours. •Hand soap has not been refilled in two days; • The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there; •The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected. • One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it; • Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes. Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask. I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

Tout était bien, mais Il y a eu quelques désagréments car il était encore en construction. Même s'il s'agissait d'un nouveau bâtiment, le filtre de la douche s'est immédiatement sale. Le plus grave c'est que l'insonorisation est la pire. Le bâtiment est en forme de U et j'ai été réveillé par le bruit de la chambre voisine où je suis arrivé à 3 heures du matin. C'était très bruyant car il y avait un effet d'écho. Les gens d'à côté qui s'enregistrent tôt le matin et font du bruit posent également problème. Structurellement, l'insonorisation était trop faible. C'était vraiment bien à part quelques défauts.

Le propriétaire était sympathique et surtout, la piscine était incroyable. Parce qu'il était nouvellement construit, il n'y avait pas d'odeur d'eau de Javel et il était propre et bien entretenu. Les chambres étaient propres et j'ai utilisé le service de navette depuis l'aéroport pour 600 pesos, ce qui était pratique. Cela faisait du bien de voir un employé m'attendre avec un morceau de papier avec mon nom écrit dessus. La location de motos était bon marché à 500 pesos pour 24 heures et le modèle était neuf.

Magnifique hôtel de style minimaliste, avec deux belles piscines, dont une avec piscine à débordement. Nous n'y avons passé qu'une nuit et nous étions principalement en dehors de l'hôtel pour des excursions d'une journée. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon, le dîner était correct, mais pas génial. Comparé à d'autres hôtels où nous avons séjourné aux Philippines, celui-ci est plutôt petit et peut-être moins adapté aux familles, plus aux couples.

It’s the best for couples. The rooms are really clean, the beds are super comfortable and linens are soo good. They serve great breakfast, you can have nice coffee (which is not easy to find there), the pool is great, the sunsets are the best. The only disappointment I had is that check in should be at 15:00 but we only had the key at 16:00… 1 hour feels like it was stolen. We were really tired after the long way and I was disappointed I couldn’t get to the room on time. Especially considering the fact they ask you to check out at 11:00 instead of 12:00 like everywhere else. The snorkeling on their small beach was great, we saw turtles.

The hotel is well situated, but the design is outdated. Bathroom for example doesn’t have the curtain so when you shower all the water will flow out and will make it slippery and dangerous for kids. Lack of enough towels. Outside room is nice as it has big space for kids to run.

L'hôtel se trouve du côté Doljo de l'île. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel a l'air assez neuf. Il y a aussi une plage lorsque vous sortez. Regarder le coucher de soleil le soir et le ciel étoilé la nuit est tout simplement incroyable. Ensuite, le personnel de l'hôtel est très enthousiaste et me demande souvent si je peux vous aider ?. Ensuite, je ne m'attendais vraiment pas à ce que la vitesse Internet dans la chambre soit ultra rapide. C'est tellement convivial pour quelqu'un comme moi qui travaille en voyage pour le plaisir.

The staff were really helpful and considerate. I’d like to give appreciation to Nova at the Front Desk for giving us the best experience during our 4 days stay and for always greeting us with a smile. The room and hotel were really clean. When I visit Panglao again, we will surely stay here. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment peu copieux, on a l'impression qu'ils nous donnent par cupidité, mais ils nous en donnent ! Il n'y a pas de douche dans la chambre ; on dirait qu'elle est là, mais le personnel est inactif. Pour ce prix-là, autant se laver au seau ! Sinon, tout va bien : la plage est superbe, la piscine aussi, profonde et ouverte jusqu'à 21h ! Il est possible que les prix des chambres aient été un peu élevés pendant les vacances. Enfin, ce n'est que mon avis, mais dans l'ensemble, tout est bien ! Le seul problème, c'est le petit-déjeuner : il me semble qu'on nous sert plusieurs fois le même plat. Bon, tant pis. Pour la douche, les filles aimeraient bien avoir un sèche-cheveux dans la chambre ! Au fait, j'oubliais, il n'y a pas de gel douche, c'est vraiment pas terrible pour se laver !

Sistemazioni medie sulla strada che porta alla spiaggia di Alona ma non proprio sulla spiaggia stessa.Si tratta di un luogo molto frequentato.La camera era di dimensioni medio piccole .Non disponeva di frigo e altri accessori .Piuttosto limitata.Tutta Alona beach ha prezzi esagerati rispetto ai servizi a mio avviso e per di più in bassa stagione.Scegliere la stagione giusta prima di andarci
