DDisney PrincessLe check-in du personnel était étonnant! Autres personnes à l'hôtel étaient amicales et hébergées. Ils ont même un personnel de sécurité visible. L'espace de l'hôtel est énorme. Ils réserveront certainement de nouveau et apporteront ma famille. Grand pour les enfants et les enfants au cœur. Merci pour votre chaleureuse bienvenue.

IInvitéI had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location is fantastic—prime and easily accessible, making it very convenient for exploring the area.
I had room service initiated even though I didn’t request it, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed.
The room itself was okay—comfortable enough with a working AC that kept us cool. The washroom was fine, though nothing exceptional. The hotel’s aesthetic is beautiful, with a great vibe that really adds to the experience.
The Filipino breakfast options were delicious, and I really enjoyed starting the day with a hearty meal.
Overall, this hotel offers great value with its helpful staff, excellent location, and good amenities. I’d definitely stay again!

MMon TumJ'ai récemment séjourné au GoHotels Tacloban pour un court week-end. La chambre était simple mais bien agencée : draps propres, lit confortable et juste assez d'espace pour se sentir comme chez soi. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions, comme la bouilloire, le pichet et le petit bureau. De plus, l'hôtel est situé juste à côté du centre commercial Robinson's.
Le personnel a été très aimable et serviable tout au long de notre séjour. Le hall d'entrée avait une ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante, et c'était un endroit agréable pour se détendre avec un café le matin.
Bien que l'hôtel ne propose pas beaucoup de prestations de luxe, il est parfait pour les voyageurs à la recherche d'un hébergement propre, calme et abordable. Je le recommande sans hésiter aux personnes voyageant seules ou aux couples avec un budget limité. J'y retournerais avec plaisir !

DDa Ppl’s Champ.Overall, it was a nice experience due to the polite staff; nevertheless, the room was unkempt, had no window, and provided limited amenities. The buffet also offered a limited selection of food items. The staff needed to continue tidying the room. Thanks, Ironwood; see you again next time!

IInvitéEasy check-in and out. Very good (central) location. The room was tempty, very clean, good beds, big cabinets, very good wifi; shower & bathroom very fine. Unlimited cold 6 hot water. Further free breakfast (very fine). The value for money is perfect. Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable.

IInvitéLe tarif dit ”discounted” de Trip était en fait plus élevé que le rythme de marche. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas inclus. Le rythme de marche incluait le petit déjeuner. Il y a très peu d'options d'hôtel à Tacloban. Asia Stars est ok. Pas grand, pas mauvais, ça va pour 1-2 nuits pas plus car les chambres sont très petites.

IInvitéThe place is good and nice, halatang bagong hotel siya. i’m kinda not satisfied sa cr. Madulas yung tiles, delikado po. Walang divider sa bandang shower area to toilet bowl&sink kaya the whole cr will get wet pag naligo ka. Yung knob ng faucet natatanggal siya which is not our fault, yung lagayan ng stuff sa ibabaw ng sink yung glass is eventually bumababa, nakaktakot na baka matapat samin that time na malaglag which is not our fault also. Yung cover ng switch light baliktad, minadali gawin? Yung cabinet inside the room is sira din, which is not our fault.

IInvitéNice hotel, inexpensive, good staff and convenient location. Best hotel in this small town. Everything was clean and well maintained. Nice restaurant in the ground level of the hotel. Free breakfast with room, snd good food and service. Nice room,(bed, desk, tv) with the only thing missing was a small refrigerator. Good bathroom with all the amenities and nice hot water. Located in the center of town by the Metro store and with plenty of places to eat in short walking distance. Would gladly stay there again.

UUtilisateur anonymeGreat service, we arrived around 7pm to check in and the staff opened the shower and pool lights to accommodate us since we want to go night swimming. The place is in front of Andok's, Petron, and Landbank. There's also a van terminal in front going to downtown/Tacloban so public transportation is very accessible. The room is spacious, we are 3 adults with luggages and we stayed on their standard room and it is not crowded inside. Rooms are in fron of the pool.

CCal travel tripsNot sure if other hotels have or do not have hot water for shower. GV Hotel does not, please note. Also the shower is spacious but no seperate cubicle. The whole floor gets wet as you shower, may be a common feature in the tropical cities. Nevertheless, the proximity to SM Mall is the best feature, you can get everything in the Hypermarket and most of the popular food outlets under one roof, just a 2 minute walk opposite the same street. If you want to try the BBQ style, please visit first floor with very reasonable price. see photo here showing the menu.
