IInvitéThe Hotel is located in front of the beach and walking distance to the Restaurants (MJ Square) and supermarket and laundry shop. Its also very well decorated, the hotel also provide a Netflix account. The only thing missing in the room is a Safe-deposit Box.

AAndyMcGregorVery nice resort, the people very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very chill and have a private beach, 2 swimming pools very clean and one is just for th guests in the hotel. The beds are very comfortable, and the room service also is very nice. With a tricycle is just 5 minutes to the center of Santa Fe so is very good because is very nice and not so crowded. Just 5 minutes walking have the ruins and in front of the ruins have a very delicious restaurant so I think this place is perfect for be relax and not with so many people, the resort I think for the price and all they offer is perfect! And the restaurant for breakfast also is delicious and have many options. So I highly recommended.

IInvitéOur stay was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the location was great and the breakfast was quite good with decent options. However, the room looked a bit outdated and the walls were quite thin, so we could hear some noise from the hallway. It’s not a bad hotel, but there is definitely room for improvement. Fair value for the price.

Now let’s talk about the food – WOW! Every meal we had was delicious, freshly prepared, and served with a smile. There’s a great variety on the menu, and each dish tasted like it was made with love and care. Even with a large group, every order was handled smoothly and served on time.
The rooms and facilities were also top-notch – clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
This place exceeded our expectations in every possible way. If you're looking for the perfect beach escape with great food, excellent service, and a peaceful atmosphere, Anaya Beach Resort is the place to be. Highly recommended for families, groups, or even solo travelers who want a beautiful, worry-free beach vacation.

MMENGYAOAu fait, ajoutez-en quelques-uns, il n'y a pas de chauffe-eau. . Sans petit-déjeuner, nous ne pouvons pas monter à l'étage pour manger des fruits de mer. Nous avons commandé un appartement de deux chambres avec un grand balcon extérieur. La principale raison de la mauvaise expérience est que tout ressemble à de l'argent et aucun sens du service. . Vous devez collecter de l'argent pour que la nourriture monte à l'étage. Vous ne pouvez pas manger de fruits de mer à l'hôtel à votre retour à l'hôtel. Je voulais qu'ils le traitent. En conséquence, les frais de traitement coûtent également les fruits de mer. Le coût d'emmm est plus élevé que les fruits de mer que nous avons achetés. J'ai demandé à la cuisine de cuisiner une nouille instantanée et tout a reçu 150p, 666666

BBoris AtamanenkoIt's a mixed bag. The location is excellent, offering a different, good sea every day. For safe swimming, you need to follow the tide schedule. The hotel grounds and plants are very well maintained; they're beautiful and clean. There's a long stretch of beach for strolls. Logistically convenient – there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops selling travel essentials, and a market with fresh produce nearby. A major drawback is the large construction site nearby, which can be heard all day, especially in the bungalows nearby. The rooms and bungalows are in fair condition. However, there are some serious downsides: every other day, it was impossible to shower due to low water pressure; when the pressure was low, the water heater wouldn't turn on; and the water had a strong sewer smell. At breakfast, the restaurant won't offer you salt, pepper, or sauces unless you ask. Drinks include juice from concentrate or coffee. Only after a week did we discover they offer tea for breakfast. The breakfast is very basic, and there's no fruit at all, which is surprising given the price of fruit on the island. There was trash on the beach all week, just a little bit, washed up by the sea. It was cleaned up quickly, as it didn't require much effort. But why is the beach cleaned only once a week? The hotel website advertises a shuttle service, but I advise against it. Personal experience: I sent a text message and email to the hotel on time; our ferry departed at 5:30 PM. We arrived on the island around 7:00 PM. We weren't met. We got there ourselves. A hotel security guard met us at the hotel and gave us our room keys. It immediately became clear that the light switch in the bathroom was causing lightning and could shock us, and the water heater wasn't working. The security guard said, ”Take this up with the management tomorrow; my concern is safety.” Information about room problems is not passed on to the management. So, we spent the first night without hot water or power in the bathroom. After we contacted them, they gave us a working room mid-way through the second day. They didn't apologize for the missed shuttle service, and they didn't offer the stated compensation for our independent transfer. Moreover, I received a welcome email from the hotel after only one day of my stay. The hotel has adequate staff, and the people are positive and friendly. However, management, quality control, and leadership are seriously flawed. The rooms are overloaded with text reminders, rules, and restrictions, many of which would be confusing to a normal person. Or does the hotel manager think only people with dementia stay at their hotel? Reminders and restrictions are completely unnecessary if guests are greeted promptly and the necessary information is provided electronically in their native language.

AAndyMcGregorThe place is good, the good point is that have the room on the beach and that’s great, the room is not very fancy but the price and location is good! The service also is great and the workers also very helpful. The beach in front is not the best in Bantayan but is not crowded and is relax so for the price is very nice just the room is not fancy but have all you need.
