we’re seriously so happy to be staying at the Swissôtel! Not only did we get a free upgrade, but we actually got upgraded to the Signature Vitality room. It has an in-room gym and a really amazing balcony. Everything is so modern and neat. They also have a super complete spa, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are really friendly, and the hotel directly faces the ocean with mountains right behind it. It’s absolutely beautiful—honestly, probably the best place around here.

Good points: good location and clean environment Concern points : distance from downtown. (15~20 lei tax fee) Recommend to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy mountain view scenery. (I expected to see stars at night, but it wasn’t possible due to the many strong artificial lights).

房間很大，設施一般，環境不錯，在山裡，上山的路都是彎曲的，早餐不錯，酒店都是免費帶早餐的，下網上定的時候選無早餐即可，其實酒店是帶的。

Nice Hotel - Room layout is good, Lobby is nice ,but be prepared to lug your luggage up 2 short flights of stairs , first to the Lobby and then to the lift for room Also be very careful when parking at the front of hotel - the back of car is very close to the road I don't mind the walk to Old city - 800m?

Otel yıldızına göre çok iyi. Kaldığımız oda geniş, ferah ve temizdi. Kahvaltısı çok zengin olmasada, sunulan ürünler temiz ve lezzetliydi. Personel son derece Güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Tren garına yakın olması sebebiyle tercih etmemize rağmen rski kent merkezine yürüyerek gidip gelinebiliyor.Gönül rahatlığı içinde tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel.

Very nice hotel beautifully situated amongst the trees and the sounds of nature. We were lucky to be there at a quiet time for a romantic break. The food was very good and the staff were very attentive and helpful. we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. All in all an excellent stay and we will be going back

Title: Excellent Stay in Brașov – Modern, Quiet, and Perfect Location! Review: My partner and I stayed at Hotel Armatti for 2 nights, and it proved to be a fantastic base for exploring Brașov. Everything met high standards from check-in to check-out. Location: Superb setting on Strada Lungă 5. It is situated right at the edge of the historic Old Town, making it easy to walk to the main square and city sights while offering easy transit connections (about 4 km from the main train station). The Room: We booked the Superior Twin Room. The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and quiet. The twin beds were comfortable with fresh linens, and the dedicated desk area with a coffee/espresso setup was great for relaxing. The keycard access system made entry seamless. Bathroom & Amenities: The bathroom was pristine, featuring vibrant turquoise mosaic tiles, a spacious walk-in shower with great water pressure, a wall-mounted hairdryer, and complete cleanliness. Having a stocked mini-fridge in the room was a very convenient touch. Service: The front desk staff were professional and accommodating, ensuring our requests were handled smoothly, including luggage storage. Good to know: Located on a main street, requesting a quiet room away from the elevator ensures a peaceful night's rest. Highly recommended for couples or solo travelers visiting Brașov!

Hotel ideal para una estancia rápido y de paso en Brasov. El desayuno básico pero con todo lo imprescindible para un desayuno completo. Parking gratuito y cerca de lugares emblemáticos y del centro, por lo que que tenga parking es un aspecto a valorar.

Il m'a déçu. Ils m'ont donné une chambre plus grande que prévu, mais j'avais des trucs. En trois jours, pas un jour de nettoyage dans la chambre. Vous vous sentez abandonné comme client. L'eau chaude ne fonctionne pas comme il faut. Consultez le récepteur (localisé dans un autre endroit et appelé avec perception, pour le résoudre. La réponse « attendez plus longtemps » ce qui n'a pas fonctionné puisque j'ai attendu 20 minutes avant que l'eau chaude arrive. Seulement le dernier jour, j'ai pu me doucher avec de l'eau chaude. Le prix est trop élevé pour le type de service obtenu. Il y a des endroits avec beaucoup mieux d'attention au client et beaucoup plus d'amenities que ce lieu. C'est une maison vide où vous ne pouvez dormir que sans plus. Je recommande vivement de trouver un endroit à un prix plus adapté aux services reçus.
