I had a wonderful stay at the lodge. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast was also excellent with a great variety of delicious options every morning. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend Eagle view to anyone looking for great service and a relaxing stay.

The owner, Mr. Tom, and his family were absolutely awesome and made me feel very welcome. The manager, Madam Joy, was incredibly friendly and always willing to assist. I was even offered a complimentary lunch and given helpful advice on taxi rates, which I really appreciated. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, even though it was a short visit. I highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

Points négatifs • Bien que j'ai réservé une chambre double, ils m'ont dit qu'il n'y avait pas de chambre disponible. La chambre suivante qu'ils ont offert était face à la route, mais le mur n'était pas sonore et le bruit extérieur était très perturbant. • Lorsque j'ai essayé de parler au gestionnaire, il n'y avait pas de gestionnaire disponible les dimanches. • Le restaurant avait de nombreuses plumes, il y avait des œufs doux et durs, mais même les « durs couchés » étaient à moitié couchés à l'intérieur. Lorsque j'ai demandé un œuf bien cuit, l'un des employés de la cuisine m'a donné un regard désagréable, et même après avoir demandé, l'œuf était encore sous-cui (photo). Le personnel de la cuisine masculine était inamical et il était impossible de commander des plats d'œufs confortablement. • Les lumières du corridor s'éteignent automatiquement, ce qui la rend sombre et crepeux. Installations: la chambre est encore un peu vieille, la chambre n'est pas grande, mais la décoration est raisonnable Santé: lave-vaisselle très propre tous les jours Environnement : Environnement excellent Service: le service est excellent, le serveur répond très rapidement C'est un peu trop lourd sur la route.

Despite not having the most expensive franchise brand they earned it by the genuine attentive friendliness of the employees (quality + quantity), the street where the hotel is located is beautiful and meticulously clean, safe to walk at anytime. The food at all hotel restaurants is very appetizing even if you are thinspo. The water pressure and quality is perfect both in Shower and Tub, the curtains, linen, robes, and towels are very clean. In Kigali Marriott you feel the permanent undetected presence of a Great person a guardian angel...Whose priority is to keep everything perfect ...this always a good sign of Great Luxury Hotel 👍 If you are fortunate to afford Living in Kigali Marriott while in Rwanda 🇷🇼, do it...You will be welcomed by smiling Anna or of her equallybattentive peers at reception every morning!... If you want anything...anything at all..feel free to ask the conceirge desk and they will eagerly make it happen! The food is tasty as I mentioned this already... I have no photos of unengaged food... Good food triggers impulsive outbursts 😊

Had a wonderful stay at The Nest! The atmosphere was peaceful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive throughout our stay. Every detail made us feel welcome, and the overall experience was relaxing and memorable. Thank you for the excellent hospitality—I would definitely recommend The Nest to anyone visiting Kigali and look forward to staying again.

Отель очень понравился! Неожиданно высокий уровень обслуживания, не уступает лучшим отелям Турции. Номер стандарт достаточно просторный, большая кровать с двумя тумбочками и кушеткой, большой шкаф, длинный стол и стулья, кресло с журнальным столиком - мебели достаточно для комфорта. В ванной душевая кабина, ванна, не хватает только биде или гигиенического душа. В ванной также стеллаж для одежды. Чистота на высоте. Сервис тоже: вечером приходит работник и расстилает постель, ставит около нее тапочки и коврик типа полотенца. Завтрак проходит возле бассейна, на улице или в помещении. На шведском столе, помимо стандартных блюд, три разных салата, несколько видов сыров (в том числе камамбер и рокфор), 4-5 видов свежих соков (арбуз, ананас, маракуйя и др), из фруктов - два вида маракуйи, арбуз, ананас, оранжевые шарики - ”гусиная ягода”, папайя, а также плоды томатного дерева. Завтрак изысканный!

La nature Kigali était la plus belle expérience. Situation stratégique, délicieuse petit déjeuner, chaleureux et amiable, incroyable, personnel d'hébergement. Le propriétaire Hugh est très amiable. Nous avons senti que nous étions à la maison loin de chez nous. Grand prix pour l'argent. Le restaurant est si populaire qu'il est bien fréquenté. Il y a des magasins à pied ..... Qu'est-ce que je peux dire.. Je le recommanderais à quiconque souhaite rester à l'hôtel budget spick et span. Je le ferais encore!

I had sent 2 emails to inform lodge i would check in at 2.30 am; no one was on reception when I arrived. Had to wait 20 minutes for guy to show. They’d put in very loud room beside very busy dual carriageway. In the end they upgraded me to quieter room but still heard construction noise banging from neighbouring compound throughout the night. I left a 10,000 franc tip for dinner one night; that was mistakenly put on check out bill for $10. It is beautiful but I have quite a few buts….
