Le service est très impressionné, le personnel parlait et informative. Chambre propre, lit double, lit confortable. Voir la rivière Mekong Réveillez-vous tôt pour marcher le long de la Mekong, l'atmosphère est bonne. Il y a des vélos pour louer, très cher. Le petit déjeuner était très délicieux.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel avec ma femme pour le réveillon du Nouvel An. La chambre était agréable, avec un bon matelas. Située dans l'aile droite, elle offrait une belle vue sur le Mékong. Le personnel était aimable et très serviable. Le petit-déjeuner était meilleur que prévu. Il serait souhaitable d'améliorer la rapidité de préparation des chambres et les équipements.

No-frills family hotel located about 10 minutes walk from Nakhon Phanom's famous Naga monument. The rooms are basic but are fairly large and not uncomfortable. Both the free WiFi and air conditioning worked well, as did our shower which produced plenty of hot water on a chilly December morning. The private car park is a welcome find. Suggested improvements are the ”covers” on the bed which consist of a thin blanket sandwiched between two sheets. Maybe the hotel owner might consider investing in lightweight synthetic duvets (quilts) which could save a lot of laundry, drying and ironing time.. Although the hotel has a large dining area, we were told that no meals are served although we were welcome to make ourselves a cup of tea or coffee. When we stayed, the hotel was nearly full and we felt that the owner was giving away a lot of food business to local restaurants and other eating places. Would we stay again at the SP Residence? Yes we would. The hotel does provide excellent value for money.

Le centre de la ville est très bon, pas cher, très propre, pas confortable à venir.

We stayed 2 nights there. Place is quite new, rooms are looks fresh with enough space inside. Located near to main road, better if you have car to go there. We liked our stay there 👍🏼🙏🏼

Il est un endroit pour rester confortablement. Au contraire il y a un Makro, à proximité il y a un Big C, transport convenable. Délicieux petit déjeuner, recommandé.

The hotel blasted recorded music in the outside common area from 7 pm until 10 pm every night during my 3-day stay. The music was so loud I couldn't sleep, hear the TV, or even have a conversation. It sounded like there is a live band playing on the balcony outside my room (and my room was on the 5th floor at the far end of the hotel). The breakfast was so bad that I skipped it the last two days of my stay( despite having paid for it). Finally, the bed was so hard it felt like I was lying on a marble slab. All in all, an unexpectedly disappointing experience! I will say, however, that the hotel staff was polite, professional, and kind (as is typical in Thailand).

Le logement est facile à trouver. La chambre dispose d'un espace utilisable raisonnable. Le lit est assez moelleux. Pas si difficile Mais l'oreiller est inconfortable à utiliser. La salle de bain est correcte, pas d'odeur de moisi et l'eau coule fort.

excellent location, near the Mekong river with good view both in the morning and late afternoon, with car parks, basic room with reasonable size with river view, quiet despite next to the main road, both lady staff are friendly but speak no English, free coffee and toaste in the morning, i will recommend if you need a clean, basic room with parking in a budget price.. no doubt i will stay again
