JJasmijn SThe reception staff were friendly. However, the bed was not very comfortable as the mattress shifted and sunken, making it uncomfortable to sleep and your legs might go over the edge of the bed. In addition, the water heater for the shower did not work. Even though we informed the staff and it was fixed by the technician, the next morning the same problem still occurred, causing us to have to take a cold shower. Furthermore, there were no cups for making tea or coffee, only two cups that could not be used with hot water. The area under the sink was also found to be unclean and had mold. Parking is limited. If you arrive late, you may not find a free parking space.

TT MeeThe hotel was overall okay and fairly clean, but the floor didn’t seem properly cleaned, there were quite a lot of shoe marks, almost like it had just been finished and not fully cleaned yet. Also, it’s a new branch and wasn’t easy to find on Google Maps. I accidentally booked a motorbike at another branch about 3 km away, which was quite inconvenient. This is something they should update online. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a decent stay, just a few issues that were a bit frustrating.

เราเดินทางกันเป็นครอบครัวใหญ่แต่ทางพนักงานไม่สามารถค้นหาชื่อของเราได้ พนักงานบอกว่าเราไม่ได้จองมากับทางโรงแรม อีกทั้งห้องที่จองไว้ก็ไม่ตรงปก ตอนจองจองอีกแบบตอนไปถึงที่พักได้ที่พักอีกแบบนึง ทางเราไปพักก็หวังว่าจะได้สะดวกสบายได้ไปพักผ่อน แต่กลับกลายเป็นว่าต้องมาทนอยู่ในห้องเล็กๆและอึดอัดเพราะห้องไม่ตรงตามที่จองไป อีกทั้งพนักงานพยายามเสนอห้องอื่นให้เพื่อเป็นการทดแทนห้องที่ไม่ได้รับ แต่ห้องที่เสนอให้กับทางเราเป็นห้องที่สะอาดแถมอยู่ชั้นบน ถ้าเป็นไปได้ในส่วนของพนักงานอยากให้ปรับปรุงเรื่องการอัปเดตข้อมูลของผู้เข้าพักให้ดีกว่านี้ ทางเราไปโรงแรมเพื่อจะไปพักผ่อนไม่ใช่มัวหาหลักฐานในการจอง
