1. L'hôtel est situé dans la meilleure zone centrale d'Alaçati.
2. Il y a plein de parkings à quelques pas de l'hôtel.
3. Le petit déjeuner est gratuit.
4. L'hôtel est propre.
5. La vue et la conception intérieure de l'hôtel sont très belles et attrayantes.
Points négatifs:
1. Considerez l'augmentation de la variété du petit-déjeuner buffet et l'offre de café aussi.
2. Comme l'aéroport est très loin de l'hôtel (1.5 heures), il n'y a pas de service de transfert, ou le coût est assez élevé.
3. Il n'y a pas de piscine chauffée. Il serait bon d'avoir de l'eau chaude dans la piscine pendant les saisons froides.
4. La zone de chaise extérieure de la piscine est inutilisable pendant les mois froids.
Les pantalons de mousse disponibles ne sont pas adaptés aux zones humides et sont avalés.
6. Il n'y a pas de boisson de bienvenue ou de quelque chose de similaire.
Tout en tout, je le choisirai à nouveau.

IInvitéLocation: The location of the hotel is really good. It is in the center of Alacati, easy access to the attractions around. The hotel has the only Michelin guide restaurant in the town, they have live music in the evening, It can be heard in the room. But do not be afraid, the music is really chill. Alacati is really lively at night, you can find a lot of bars and restaurants with live music. But you do not need to be afraid to be bothered in the hotel, the loud music did not reach to our room at least. We really enjoyed to take a walk in the city center after diner, doing so every night during our stay. Enjoying the lively city, walking around then back to hotel to chill afterwards.
Cleanliness: The room is really clean and the staff is really friendly.
Services: We have breakfast included, the buffet option is relatively limited comparing to other hotels we had. BUT it has freshly cooked turkish beef bacon with Turkish Fried Bread (Pisi) served to your table with a list of other things, vegetable, cheese, butter, jams, olives etc. Start a lovely day with fresh made traditional Turkish breakfast, it was great.
Facilities: The pool is not really big, but good for relaxing. Next to the pool there are benches and a lime tree. You can chose to stay under the sun or under the shadow. We really love the hotel building itself, it looks great, really beautiful building and the decoration in the hotel also looks lovely.

IInvitéI think everything is perfect in this hotel. From design to service. I had a great time relaxing in this hotel. The guys who work there are responsive, always helped, solved all the issues, which made the vacation even more comfortable. The food was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back to it again. Special thanks to Ali and the whole team who created home comfort and a great mood.

IInvitéErtu and his parents are running a lovely little hotel business! We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hosts were very hospitable. Very helpful, and friendly. The hotel is positioned in great location. The room we stayed in was very clean with good working air conditioning. Simple design with the spacious bathroom on the first floor and bed and balcony on the second floor. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful, with fresh and home made items! Pretty undercover area to have breakfast.
Unfortunately poor/limited wifi connection on the second floor of the room.
I would be wary of the room you book if you were tall, as the room we stayed in (economy double room) had very low ceilings. It didn't bother me but the other guest kept hitting their head.

İİlknur Şen UzunWe stayed two nights at a wonderful hotel in Ilıca, the pearl of Çeşme, that has preserved its historical character, and our experience far exceeded our expectations. Nars Adult Hotel possesses a timeless elegance. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious. Despite being a historical building, all the amenities inside were modern and comfortable. Everything in our room was meticulously maintained. The hotel offers free access to beach for its guest. Swimming in Ilıca's famously clear, turquoise waters was a privilege. We’d especially like to thank the Manager and the staff for their warm approach and hospitality.

MM. Jhôtel mignon, haut sur une colline haut vue sur la baie. Beaus jardins et chambres qui sont ouvertes sur les jardins. Beau chambre aussi, vraiment très jolie. Environ quinze minutes à pied de la ville, pas loin mais un peu loin. Il est un petit hôtel boutique, il est limité en termes d'équipement, il n'y a pas de gym mais la piscine est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner était décevant, très basique fourniture de nourriture et il est extra pour l'omélette ou le jus et le café était juste necafé avec de l'eau chaude, vraiment en dessous de la norme et j'ai été surpris à ce sujet. C'est le seul truc négatif qui pourrait être amélioré, mais nous avons apprécié notre séjour et l'environnement était magnifique.

UUtilisateur anonymeOverall a beautiful property. The rooms are lovely, breakfast is great and the daily housekeeping service is very good.
There was one gentleman who was really very nice and helped us figure out the bus to the airport. He even drove us to the bus stop to show us where it was. It was just a few minutes away but really nice of him.
Some cons and things to take note of:
1. Most staff DO NOT speak English. They use google translate which is effective for the most part, but tough if you need to have a discussion.
2. The hotel page mentions airport drop of free. The hotel claims it’s not included and impossible to have a discussion so couldn’t do much. Not sure if this is a trip.com issue or a hotel issue.
3. Breakfast really is very good. But it’s a fixed Turkish breakfast so if you have dietaries this may be tough. The staff would casually ask “tea,coffee, juice?” as though it was all included and then when we were checking out we get a bill of £40 for a few coffees. Seems only the tea was included. When we told them no one informed us if it was chargeable, all they did was offer us 2 coffees in the morning to compensate. Really not okay.
4. LOUD MUSIC. There is music playing loudly till 1am. The first 2 nights it was a bit quieter and shut off by 12. But the last night it went on till 1am. When we complained around 12 they said oh this is normal but now since some guests have complained we’ll reduce the volume. Really didn’t make much of a difference. Last night there, completely spoilt the lovely few days we had there.

IInvitéWe had a wonderful stay at Genesis Hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The entire hotel was spotless, and all facilities were in excellent condition. We also really enjoyed the breakfasts, and the gym was surprisingly well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with our workouts.
Overall, Genesis is a small, cozy, and very well-managed hotel. We would definitely stay here again and can recommend it with complete confidence. 100% recommended.
