Everything was good except the air conditioning wasn't set on cold and we had to tell them to change it a couple of times but they tried their best to solve this problem but generally everything was perfect from food to the cleanliness of the room and also the room design 🌸

Повелась на фото отеля, когда ехала. Но треш был был даже не в ожидание- реальность, а в том , что ОКАЗЫВАЕТСЯ тебе попадается номер случайный, а не тот , который на фотографиях😳. Я ехала более 7 часов на машине в предвкушении ванной и эстетического отеля. Сначала дали комнату без нее. Я расплакалась, потом вроде как поменяли. Но настроение уже было СИЛЬНО ИСПОРЧЕНО. Эти желтые отстойные полотенца на УНИТАЗЕ. В общем противно было там оставаться и мы уехали оттуда уже через час прибывания. Хотя полностью оплатили 3 дня. Отель совершенно не стоит своих денег. Полное разочарование . Про завтрак ничего не могу сказать , потому что мы уехали и не пробовали ничего . Единственный плюс - персонал, молоденькие ребята.

Location: The location of the hotel is really good. It is in the center of Alacati, easy access to the attractions around. The hotel has the only Michelin guide restaurant in the town, they have live music in the evening, It can be heard in the room. But do not be afraid, the music is really chill. Alacati is really lively at night, you can find a lot of bars and restaurants with live music. But you do not need to be afraid to be bothered in the hotel, the loud music did not reach to our room at least. We really enjoyed to take a walk in the city center after diner, doing so every night during our stay. Enjoying the lively city, walking around then back to hotel to chill afterwards. Cleanliness: The room is really clean and the staff is really friendly. Services: We have breakfast included, the buffet option is relatively limited comparing to other hotels we had. BUT it has freshly cooked turkish beef bacon with Turkish Fried Bread (Pisi) served to your table with a list of other things, vegetable, cheese, butter, jams, olives etc. Start a lovely day with fresh made traditional Turkish breakfast, it was great. Facilities: The pool is not really big, but good for relaxing. Next to the pool there are benches and a lime tree. You can chose to stay under the sun or under the shadow. We really love the hotel building itself, it looks great, really beautiful building and the decoration in the hotel also looks lovely.

Très satisfait d'une expérience de logement, l'hôtel est comme un jardin privé, plein d'air romantique et de sensation de chaleur chez lui. La chambre est propre et propre, la température est appropriée, la nuit est particulièrement calme, vous pouvez bien se reposer. Il convient de mentionner particulièrement le grand petit-déjeuner, non seulement avec une valeur de délicieux, mais aussi avec un goût particulièrement bon. La position de l'hôtel est très confortable, à pied au centre-ville de cinq minutes, à pied dans le minibus à la mer 10 minutes, à Cheshmei Castle 20 minutes, à pied dans la gare minibus. L'enthousiasme des propriétaires est poli, le service est très attentif, nous pouvons nous sentir comme chez nous, un hôtel et une zone de vacances où je suis resté.

Le personnel et la direction sont excellents. Très attentionné, discret, ne peut pas en faire assez pour vous. Les installations sont excellentes - très propres, tout fonctionne Service de plage excellent avec la nourriture Nous aimons cet hôtel

We stayed two nights at a wonderful hotel in Ilıca, the pearl of Çeşme, that has preserved its historical character, and our experience far exceeded our expectations. Nars Adult Hotel possesses a timeless elegance. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious. Despite being a historical building, all the amenities inside were modern and comfortable. Everything in our room was meticulously maintained. The hotel offers free access to beach for its guest. Swimming in Ilıca's famously clear, turquoise waters was a privilege. We’d especially like to thank the Manager and the staff for their warm approach and hospitality.

Sirin Ce chien est un chien-guide à la retraite et peut vous prendre comme guide lors de vos sorties en journée. Je connais très bien les chiens de la ville. Les chiens locaux sont très doués pour dégager les routes. Et c'est une vieille chienne très bien élevée, douce et mignonne. 2. L'hébergement pour les visites autonomes est très convivial et le stationnement est très pratique. C'est aussi l'avantage de ne pas être dans une petite ville. Il y a de nombreuses places de parking à la porte. 3. Le petit-déjeuner est un moment fort. Le petit-déjeuner préparé par trois tantes locales est très délicieux, riche et très populaire. 4. Le propriétaire est également très enthousiaste et attentionné. Cela nous aidera à résoudre de nombreux problèmes, et il nous faudra également regonfler les pneus s'ils sont dégonflés. 5. La cour est très belle. défaut: 1. La situation géographique est relativement isolée et désolée. À l'extérieur de la cour se trouvent une autoroute et un terrain sauvage. Il appartient à une zone de villas en construction. 2. Il n'y a pas assez d'eau chaude. Les filles qui veulent prendre un bain chaud seront déçues. C'est très rentable, produit des photos et est très proche du centre-ville à pied. Si vous souhaitez séjourner dans un hébergement discret et de qualité, il est recommandé de vous rendre à l'Alacati Seaside Hotel.

Overall a beautiful property. The rooms are lovely, breakfast is great and the daily housekeeping service is very good. There was one gentleman who was really very nice and helped us figure out the bus to the airport. He even drove us to the bus stop to show us where it was. It was just a few minutes away but really nice of him. Some cons and things to take note of: 1. Most staff DO NOT speak English. They use google translate which is effective for the most part, but tough if you need to have a discussion. 2. The hotel page mentions airport drop of free. The hotel claims it’s not included and impossible to have a discussion so couldn’t do much. Not sure if this is a trip.com issue or a hotel issue. 3. Breakfast really is very good. But it’s a fixed Turkish breakfast so if you have dietaries this may be tough. The staff would casually ask “tea,coffee, juice?” as though it was all included and then when we were checking out we get a bill of £40 for a few coffees. Seems only the tea was included. When we told them no one informed us if it was chargeable, all they did was offer us 2 coffees in the morning to compensate. Really not okay. 4. LOUD MUSIC. There is music playing loudly till 1am. The first 2 nights it was a bit quieter and shut off by 12. But the last night it went on till 1am. When we complained around 12 they said oh this is normal but now since some guests have complained we’ll reduce the volume. Really didn’t make much of a difference. Last night there, completely spoilt the lovely few days we had there.
