We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Enes is incredibly nice and even helped us with our luggage upon arrival. He also assisted us with planning all our activities in Cappadocia, including local tours, the Turkish Night experience, dress rentals, and photography services, everything was smooth and convenient. Enes is very approachable and caring, which made our trip more enjoyable. The hotel location is perfect, right in the middle of Göreme, close to popular viewpoints and just a short walk from the bus station, which made getting around very easy. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of hot dishes and a great variety to choose from. Our cave-style room was cozy and unique, with a heating feature that was perfect for the current season. The room also had complimentary beverages and a fridge, which was a nice touch. Another highlight of this place is the rooftop terrace. The view is amazing, especially early in the morning when you can watch the hot air balloons rising over the valley, which is amazing and truly unforgettable. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended!

Nous avons réservé 2 nuits au Hira Cave Hotel. Omar et Mehdi ont répondu à toutes nos demandes pendant notre séjour ! La propriété est magnifique, les chambres sont bien entretenues et l'emplacement est au point de vue idéal pour profiter de belles vues (depuis leur toit). 📱 Ils nous ont contactés avant l'enregistrement pour nous donner des informations sur la réservation de la montgolfière, diverses autres visites et nous ont aidés à organiser une navette aéroport - tout cela via WhatsApp. Ils nous ont même aidés à organiser un taxi tard dans la nuit pour aller en ville / ainsi que pour retourner à l'hôtel. 🛜 Le WiFi est bon ici ! Il n'y a pas eu non plus de problèmes de connectivité avec la 4G/5G ✅ 🚪 Au départ, nous avions réservé la « Arch Room » (qui a des fenêtres), mais à notre arrivée le soir, on nous a donné la chambre Deluxe Cave (plus petite et sans fenêtre). Je crois que c'était une erreur honnête, et une fois que nous l'avons signalé, Mehdi nous a emmenés voir les autres chambres disponibles et nous avons fini par choisir la chambre Queen avec jacuzzi. J'apprécie vraiment qu'il ait fait cela, et le problème a été résolu sur place ! 🛁 La chambre Queen est belle et spacieuse, et la salle de bain est immense ! Elle dispose d'un jacuzzi pouvant accueillir 2 personnes ! La pression de l'eau dans la douche est excellente, et des équipements de base étaient fournis dans la salle de bain. 🌬️ Il y a la climatisation dans la chambre, mais elle n'était pas aussi rafraîchissante que nous l'avions espéré. Il y avait aussi un problème où elle s'éteignait sans cesse après environ 30 minutes, puis nous montrait une erreur. Nous avons donc dû la rallumer sans cesse - ce qui était un peu gênant 🤷🏻♀️. Le problème a été soulevé lors du paiement, et ils ont dit qu'ils allaient y remédier. 👍🏼 🍽️ Ils ont une terrasse pour le petit-déjeuner qui est couverte mais qui offre une vue panoramique IMPRENABLE sur toute la ville de Göreme. Ils avaient un délicieux assortiment de plats fraîchement préparés, propres et sains ! Ils ont également pu préparer des œufs brouillés sur demande. Dans l'ensemble, notre expérience ici a été formidable. Nous nous sommes sentis pris en charge et nous pouvons dire sans risque que nous avons fait le bon choix en séjournant ici ! 🫰🏼✨ Un merci spécial à Omar et Mehdi pour leur aimable hospitalité ! Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit à tout le monde, car chaque chambre est unique et plaira aux personnes aux goûts variés. 📝 Notes d'amélioration : - Inclure une planche à repasser dans la chambre/placard - Inclure un miroir pleine longueur dans la chambre. Vos invités vous en remercieront !

Dans l'ensemble, je suis assez satisfait, mais il est préférable de laisser le personnel du magasin monter et descendre vos bagages. Le restaurant est très bon, avec un décor de premier ordre, une cuisine de premier ordre et un service moyen. Ce n'est pas très accueillant, il faut donc prendre l'initiative pour le trouver. La chambre ci-dessous où j'ai séjourné avait une excellente eau de bain, comme une salle de bain privée.

My stay at Şah Saray Cave Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service, cleanliness, and genuine warmth of the people made this experience incredibly special. I want to give a special shout-out to the restaurant manager (I wish I remembered his name) — he was absolutely fantastic. Attentive, kind, and truly passionate about making guests feel welcome. Truly the man of the hour. He was there throughout the day. I even asked him for an ice cream late at night one day and he gave me more than I can ask for. Sadly he was not there on my last day to bid farewell, but I will remember him. Truly a legend. Also The breakfast here was truly amazing, never in my life experience. truly blessed. The hotel manager was equally wonderful too, I appreciate his gestures and presence on most days thank you 😇 What stood out most was how the staff made me feel — I didn’t feel like a guest, I felt like I belonged. That sense of comfort, care, and home is rare, and it’s something I will always remember. This has genuinely been one of the best experiences of my life, and I will most definitely return. Thank you to the incredible team for making my time in Cappadocia so meaningful. Mashallah 🧿

The only thing i would say about this establishment is: ACCOMODATING. Abdulrachman is very helpful during our stay in from room arrangement to book and plan our trip in Cappadocia. Best cave hotel in Gerome, beautiful room with huge space , and free access to balcony of Sultan suites for hot air balloon photography. Special shoutout to staff Alp , he gave us a tour of the hotel and room and gave us the most needed help when I had ankle injury from hot air balloon ride. Thank you for your service.

The place was clean, warm in a great location. Since I got a bad weather and stayed in the room I can say that the only thing that bugs me is the tv has only turkish channels. This is a factor to be improved due to turkish language has no similarities with English and being hard to understand. I guess because I choose the most cavely room the internet signal was weak and it was difficult to connect. Other than that I want to express my gratitude with the staff that was great.

À tous les Coréens ! Séjournez ici à Göreme 👍 C'est le meilleur hôtel où j'ai séjourné lors d'un voyage à l'étranger ! Il est situé à seulement 5 minutes à pied, juste en face de la gare routière de Göreme, et deux supermarchés se trouvent à proximité, ce qui est très pratique pour acheter de l'eau, des en-cas, etc. Ce que j'ai le plus apprécié, c'est la gentillesse du personnel ! Tout le personnel était vraiment très sympathique. Je m'excuse d'avoir oublié son nom, mais le jeune homme qui travaillait de nuit nous appelait « des amis ». Il s'est rendu compte tardivement que nous avions réservé un vol en montgolfière pour une destination située à plus d'une heure de Göreme, et il nous a appelés personnellement à plusieurs reprises pour tenter de résoudre le problème. J'ai été très touchée. Je vous recommande vivement de réserver votre vol en montgolfière par l'intermédiaire de l'hôtel. Je regrette beaucoup d'avoir ignoré le message proposant de l'aide pour la réservation du vol en montgolfière après avoir déjà réservé l'hôtel. Le prix était plus avantageux que les tarifs habituels, et la qualité du tour-opérateur était excellente ! Et la propreté ! Aucune odeur désagréable, la salle de bain et la literie étaient impeccables, et même la climatisation était propre et performante. Par contre, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, je vous recommande donc de réserver une chambre au deuxième étage ! Il suffit de monter quelques marches. Le petit-déjeuner inclus est délicieux, avec un large choix de fromages, œufs, légumes, fruits, pains et bien plus encore ! Enfin, je joins une photo de la vue sur les montgolfières prise depuis le toit ! Pas besoin d'aller dans un observatoire séparé 💕 D'habitude, je ne prends pas la peine de laisser des avis, c'est trop compliqué, mais cet endroit était tellement exceptionnel que je me suis lancée dans un long message !

We stayed here 3 nights. December. Simple hotel with an open courtyard & we were in quad family room. When booking, we requested for cave room as we see there are pics of room that does not look like cave. Upon arrival we were given non-cave room (because it's a slightly bigger room compared to cave) we like that it's at level 1. Right at courtyard. It is convenient & nice to just hangout there. We checked with reception and requested to stay in a cave room. The reception was very helpful & allowed us to change for the next two nights after showing us how the cave room looks. My teenage girls love Lucky the dog (part of the reason why we picked this hotel) after reading reviews, and there are also 3-4 cats. They totally enjoyed the stay having these cute company. Breakfast was good enough & location is good too. We took bus to uchisar, even to derinkuyu on our own. Not too tough. Bus station within walking distance. Only hope to improve is the cave room toilet can be very stuffy. And the shower area can be curtained to prevent water from splashing around. Overall we are happy with our stay. And all the staff are helpful & nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at Arinna Cappadocia! The owner, Mustafa, and his team went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and to ensure that we were fully taken care of when it came to transport and activities. In fact, Mustafa personally checked us in and gave us a mini orientation when we arrived at the hotel, despite it being pretty late at night. 🙏🏻 Regarding activities: if you’re the type of free and easy traveler that doesn’t pre-book their itinerary/tours until you reach your destination, the team at Arinna has you covered. We had already booked two tours prior to arriving in Cappadocia, but when we wanted to do camel-riding, horse-riding and a whirling dervish performance, we only had to tell them when we wanted to do and they took care of everything. The room we stayed in was very comfortable, had a great view of the hot air balloons in the morning, and WiFi was strong too. Water pressure in the bathroom was AMAZING. If I could give some gentle feedback, it’s that one of the rugs in our room was a little worn and the frayed edges made it a bit of a tripping hazard, and the main door creaks quite loudly as well. But truly, these were very minor issues that did not bother us much at all. Thank you again to the team at Arinna Cappadocia for taking such good care of two Singaporeans far from home! 💖
